I bought a voucher for a hotel that does not have the amenities advertised on your site. Unfortunately, the customer service line is unresponsive, and the live chat is currently unavailable, leaving me unable to resolve this issue promptly. I had to purchase another voucher and now await your assistance to address this problem. Such situations are unprofessional, especially for a company like yours that relies on direct customer interactions for its services. The hotel I'm referring to, Main Gate Lakeside Resort, lacks essential amenities like the pool and fitness center, which are important to me. I request a refund either to my original payment method or as Groupon credit. Due to this inconvenience, I had to buy a voucher for a different hotel, as I can't use the one for Main Gate Lakeside Resort. Please reach out to me to assist with this matter. Thank you.

Hello,
I recently bought three different accessories for my Apple Watch from Groupon. They include a Milanese Loop Mesh Band with Matching Frame, an Element Works Dual Charging Stand for Apple Watch, and a 9-H Tempered Glass Screen Protector. The total cost, including taxes and free shipping, was $38.57.
However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed three additional charges on my credit card dated May 5, [redacted], totaling $71.79. I only authorized the initial charge of $38.57, which was confirmed for delivery by May 18 via email with order number #1[redacted]50-[redacted].
I kindly request that the extra $71.79 be promptly refunded to my account. My name is M.G. and my email is [redacted] Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I bought two Groupon vouchers for $24 each to suburbanite Bowl, totaling $48. I was initially told we could bowl from 8:30 to 10:30, but upon arrival at 9:30, I was informed that bowling wasn't available until then. The manager didn't offer a solution and stated I could only bowl at 9:30. This was the second time the staff provided incorrect information in one day, leaving my group of girls frustrated. I request a credit back to my credit card for the two vouchers purchased at suburbanite Bowl. Thank you.

I placed an order for 2 bottles of Apple Cider Vinegar on April 16, [redacted], through Groupon, but I have not received it yet. I also ordered 3 packs of tooth oil on April 30, [redacted], which are also overdue, and I haven't received any response from Groupon regarding the missing items. Groupon's customer service reputation in the U.K. is disappointing. In the past, I could contact them via email or phone, but this time, it's been a frustrating experience. The Groupon app is not helpful in submitting queries. It lacks a follow-up box to clarify issues and doesn't confirm if a query has been registered. How can I reach out to Groupon for assistance? It seems like the customer service has declined, and customers like me are left wondering about the delayed responses. Groupon used to be a preferred platform for me, but now I'm considering shopping elsewhere if these issues persist. Thank you. - M.N. Ali

I recently received an email regarding some tickets I purchased, but I am unsure if it refers to the Ted Nugent or Johnny Mathis tickets. As someone who may need assistance with technology, I would appreciate speaking with a customer service representative from Groupon over the phone. The Johnny Mathis tickets appear as sold out on the website, making it impossible for me to reprint them, as recommended. If I don't receive support to resolve this issue, I may not use Groupon in the future and will share my experience on social media. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered a package deal from Groupon for a [redacted]-minute jump around for two at Helium Trampoline Indoor Adventure Park, which also included two grip socks and two large Icees. The initial cost was $42, but using the promo code TAKE50 made it $21 at checkout. However, after completing the purchase and my app crashing, the charge in my account reverted back to $42. When trying to seek help, I kept encountering an internal error message. I have proof of the effective promo code and screenshots of the error. I bought the tickets for Mother's Day with my kids, expecting to pay $21, not $42. Please either refund the overcharged amount or provide the purchased package at the discounted price. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello,
Good afternoon,
I booked a brunch at Bachanal in Las Vegas at Caesar’s Palace for a trip starting Friday morning. However, due to a flight delay in Oakland, we arrived in Vegas past the brunch's redemption time of 10:30 am and missed the opportunity to use the Groupon. Since the brunch was only valid on weekdays and we have left Las Vegas, I kindly request a refund for the Groupon purchase. As a first-time Groupon user, I hope for your understanding in this matter. Sadly, I won't be able to utilize the Groupon in Las Vegas as I don't have any immediate plans to return.
Best regards,
Nick E.

Hello, I am Scott R. I would like to discuss a refund for a recent accidental purchase I made on Groupon. While browsing for a hotel stay in Amish country, Ohio, I unintentionally clicked the purchase button on the app without intending to. The booking was meant as a gift and not for my personal use. Before deciding whether to keep the reservation, I would appreciate it if I could inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for this mistaken transaction. For further communication, please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your understanding.

I purchased bracelets on November 30, [redacted], through Groupon, but they never arrived. After contacting them, they credited me €23.98 as a voucher. I then bought a lash extension voucher, only to find out months later that the provider no longer works with Groupon and had been delaying me. I reached out via email to Groupon for help, but despite sending four emails, I have not received a response. It has been six months, and I have not been able to use my voucher or receive a refund of €29.90. At this point, I would like the amount refunded to my Paypal account instead of a voucher. I kindly request for them to accept my decision.

Hello! I purchased two services endorsed by Groupon from Memories on Media for about $[redacted]. I mailed off a substantial amount of video memories, but despite tracking the delivery, the business number is disconnected, and they have not been in touch for two months. I am considering reaching out to Groupon but have come across similar complaints online. This situation reflects poorly on Groupon, considering their ongoing endorsement of the company. I am concerned as I cannot contact the company or retrieve my memories. Groupon's assistance would be greatly appreciated as I rely on their platform for purchases, but this experience may deter me from future transactions. It is distressing to face the possibility of not getting back my DVD conversions. - Melissa W.

Dear Customer Support,
I recently ordered two vouchers for the "3-Choice Orlando Explorer Pass - Adult Pass - Go City - Orlando Explorer Pass," but I received six vouchers instead. My American Express account was charged for all six vouchers. I kindly request that you remove the extra four vouchers and process a refund back to my American Express account promptly. I have tried to reach out to customer service through the mobile app and other reported channels but have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative. The provided phone numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], do not connect me to any agents. Please assist me with this issue at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,

I have two vouchers for massages at Elite Rehab, totaling 4 massages, expiring on June 3 and June 9. I have struggled to book my massages due to limited availability on weekends when I am in town. Despite being told no female masseuses are available on weekends, I found one weekday option. However, they require me to provide the Groupon code over the phone, which would mark it as redeemed. I have used Groupons before without this issue and am seeking a credit for both vouchers. Thank you. Heather T.

Hello,
I bought two Groupons last year from P&P Services. It was a challenge to reach them by phone and email over several months. When they finally showed for an appointment after some no-shows, the estimate provided was much higher than anticipated. They assured me multiple times they would honor the Groupon beyond the eligibility period due to their communication issues. When I tried to use the Groupon this spring, I discovered the company is no longer in operation. The phone numbers are disconnected, mailboxes full, and emails unanswered. Kindly refund the purchase price of my two Groupons from last year for P&P Services and discontinue any future dealings with them.
Thank you,
Suzanne H.

I previously purchased a Groupon assuming it was for the same location as before, only to discover the studio had moved to a new spot. I accidentally got a deal for the Huntington Beach location instead of Tustin. The Groupon site did not clearly show the location details, so I missed it. I was looking for deals near Irvine, expecting the Tustin offer to appear first. I need a refund for the Huntington Beach deal as I intend to buy the one for Tustin instead.

I have recently bought two Groupons for A/C tune-up and cleaning but unfortunately, both were not valid.
The first one was from Oasis Air, but their phone number was invalid and they seem to be out of business. The order number for this Groupon was [redacted] and it has been refunded.
The second company, Greenway Home Services, mentioned they do not use Groupon when I contacted them, so I had to cancel that one with the order number [redacted].
I am concerned about how these unauthorized Groupons are still being listed on your site. How can I trust future purchases if this issue persists and vendors are not verified properly?
It seems I will have to search elsewhere for an A/C tune-up.
Sincerely,
Tom

I called the merchant, Yahira, to schedule partial highlights and a haircut, but she refused to honor my appointment and suggested I contact Groupon for a refund. Upon reaching out to Groupon at [redacted], I received an email stating the address was inactive. I paid $57.00 by Chase Visa credit card on January 1, [redacted], and have been struggling to resolve this since the end of March. The Groupon Support Center link requires attaching the voucher, which is missing from my account, preventing me from using the link. I would appreciate receiving the appropriate credit for this issue. Thank you, Paula Pagano [redacted].

I bought a Groupon for Kingdom Tire And Tint Center on 4/24/19, but fell ill right after. Unable to redeem until 5/3/19, I was disappointed by the service provided for $99. Groupon's response via email was unhelpful, so I turned to GetHuman for assistance. I typically haven't had issues with Groupon, but this experience was disheartening. I hope for a refund to my credit card or credit to my Groupon account for future use. It's frustrating to lose $99. Even though the 72-hour refund policy is in place, exceptions can be made considering unforeseen circumstances. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you for your assistance. - Cibel

Good afternoon,
I recently purchased four FTD certificates for Mother's Day and had a disappointing experience using them. I had to process them separately, incurring extra shipping costs that ended up being more than the certificates themselves. The delivery was delayed, and one certificate was not delivered at all. Despite living in a well-serviced area, the recipient did not receive the flowers and I was not notified until I called customer service. The lack of apology or assistance, and the refusal to escalate the issue to a supervisor, was disappointing. I am requesting a refund due to not receiving the flowers.
Thank you,
Judie
