I purchased a Groupon for my mom from Face and Body Solutions by Beth as a Christmas gift. The service was supposed to be an Anti-Aging Facial with Microdermabrasion. Despite arriving ten minutes early for the appointment, my mom was kept waiting for almost an hour before being acknowledged. The owner eventually appeared and claimed to have no record of the appointment, which was scheduled in January [redacted] for 3/11/19. The owner was unapologetic and told my mom to deal with Groupon for an extension or refund. My mom is understandably upset and does not plan to return to this establishment. The lack of customer service in this situation is inexcusable.

I have been using Groupons for Laurel airport parking for many years. We always present it when entering without any issues. However, last Friday morning, upon exiting, an agent refused to accept the Groupon, stating a new policy change requiring it upon entry. We asked for a manager but were initially denied and blocked from leaving. After some delay, we were allowed to exit. The situation was eventually clarified by the manager, Robert, who explained the new policy causing confusion with many customers. I believe these changes should be clearly communicated by Groupon to avoid such situations. We paid $49 for the Groupon and did not pay extra to Laurel Parking. Robert mentioned a credit would be issued. I hope this feedback prevents similar incidents for others.

I purchased two vouchers for a dual massage session at King Culture Massage at [redacted] Montage St, South Melbourne. However, upon trying to redeem them, the spa claimed they could only accommodate one person due to limited capacity, contradicting their earlier communication.
When I requested a refund, they insisted I contact Groupon. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I decided to proceed with the massage despite suffering from chronic pain. Interestingly, during the visit, I discovered they had ample rooms and staff available, which contradicted their earlier claims.
After the massage exacerbated my chronic pain, I asked to schedule another session the following week, but they rudely declined and threatened to involve the authorities if I pursued a refund at the spa.

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax at Sweet Samba in Atlanta ahead of a trip I have scheduled for tomorrow morning. I attempted to make an appointment on Sunday, but found out they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Today when I called at 9:30 am, someone surprisingly answered even though they were not open yet. They initially offered an appointment for today but as soon as I mentioned my Groupon, they claimed there were no available slots for Groupon holders and only open slots were for non-Groupon customers. I leave town early tomorrow morning and pleaded with them to accommodate me, but they refused.
I did not expect being a Groupon customer would result in being turned away by the business. I am now left with a useless Groupon as I depart tomorrow. I am requesting a prompt refund of my money. This experience has left me dissatisfied as a customer and hesitant about using Groupon again.

Approximately five weeks ago, I bought a "90-minute couples massage session" deal from Fit Foot in Chicago, Illinois through Groupon for my mother and me. Though the voucher is valid until August 18, [redacted], we decided to use it on March 10. Upon calling to schedule the appointment, a language barrier was evident due to the receptionist's accent. During our appointment, which started promptly at 10AM, the massage lasted only 60 minutes instead of the 90 minutes indicated on the voucher. Despite my attempts to clarify with the masseuse and the receptionist, I was still charged for the session. My mother, who speaks Mandarin, was able to communicate better with the receptionist regarding the confusion. The receptionist acknowledged the mistake and informed us we could return for a 90-minute session without an additional charge, as I had already paid for it through Groupon. I purchased a set of four and a set of two tickets to Butterfly Wonderland using my girlfriend's account ([redacted]). I am currently in a live chat with one of your customer service agents, and I am facing difficulties with resolving my issue. Recently, I bought a Groupon deal for Popeyes chicken in Gilbert, AZ. In June [redacted], I bought three facials from Videll's Day Spa in Wilmington, DE, and although my daughter was unable to redeem them due to the owner's personal health reasons, the voucher was marked as redeemed. 2. Additionally, I accidentally bought four Groupons for Angelo's Cleaning Service in Delaware when I only wanted one. Despite only using one, all four were marked as redeemed.
