I hired Minnie Ways To Clean for a cleaning service in Indianapolis, IN, but I am facing challenges with them honoring the coupon. In January, I spoke to a lady who said she would call back within half an hour to schedule a service, but I never heard back. I tried again this month and finally booked an appointment for today at 1:30 PM. When they did not show up by 2 PM, I called and was told it was canceled without any prior notice. After expressing my disappointment, I was promised a call back promptly, but as of 9 PM, no one has reached out. I no longer feel comfortable allowing them into my home and simply want a refund at this point.

I would like to file a complaint regarding a voucher I purchased for 18 grams at Eastgardens, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I knew booking was necessary, but after buying the voucher, I realized there was no contact number provided. I visited the store at the food hall during my weekly shopping, but they informed me they were fully booked for the entire weekend, which seemed odd for a food court location. On checking their website, the latest booking available during the week was 2pm, which doesn't work for me due to my full-time job. Speaking with the manager, it seems this might be a scam on your site, from which I regularly make purchases. Although it's just $20, it's still my hard-earned money, and I feel very disappointed with the situation.

I recently went for a couples massage with my partner using a Groupon voucher. Initially, there was confusion about the voucher, but we figured it out with the receptionist. As a gay male couple, we deliberately selected female professionals to avoid such situations. Additionally, the linens used were repurposed from a local casino, and we had to rest our faces on paper towels instead of clean linens or towels. We also encountered disruptions like a worker's phone ringing during the session. Despite these issues, I paid the fee and tipped 30%, as it was the exact amount I had available. However, upon leaving, the staff insisted on a higher tip and attempted to overcharge me for an add-on service. I am requesting a refund and suggest that Groupon remove this business from their platform due to recurring complaints of inappropriate behavior and harassment, which can be found on various review sites.

I received a Dejuno luggage 3-piece set with a faulty lock. After contacting the manufacturer for a replacement, I needed my Groupon receipt. I have one massage session remaining in my account with Essence of Tea Massage Spa. Despite leaving numerous messages with my contact information, they have not returned my calls. I have sent over 40 texts trying to schedule an appointment, but I keep receiving excuses. Even though I have a flexible schedule, they always claim to be fully booked when I request a date. I used a Groupon for a shellac manicure at a Paul Mitchell studio in Cleveland. Despite attending my appointment and having my nails done, I was disappointed with the job. Upon inspection, I noticed multiple nails were not painted correctly, with polish missing in several areas. There were even traces of nail polish left on my skin and cuticles that were not cleaned up. One nail was peeling and bubbling, which the technician had to entirely redo due to poor application. Unfortunately, the situation worsened, with a large portion of the nail lacking polish after the second attempt. Although I asked for a refund and this wasn't possible through Groupon, the technician only offered to fix one nail that was already peeling off completely. I declined as the prior fixed nail looked worse. This has been my worst nail experience to date, and I am seeking a refund. I have pictures of the nails available if necessary.

I discovered that the water park tickets were not included in our reservation at Hope Lake Lodge tonight. The water park is fully booked, and we are unable to access it, which was our main reason for booking this hotel through a Groupon deal. The lodge manager has informed us that they are willing to change our reservation date due to the water park situation. We need Groupon to confirm this change by contacting the lodge. However, the customer service number provided by Groupon is closed, even though their hours indicate they should be open until 6 pm central time. We have decided not to stay at the hotel tonight since we cannot use the water park, and we would like to reschedule for another night, especially since we live nearby and can visit the water park at a later date. Hello, I made a reservation for one night at Hotel Wellington in NYC for tonight. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the website and my phone, causing the same reservation to be processed three times. I purchased a Tier One and Tier Two Glassblowing Experience at Rainier Glass Studio as a Christmas gift in December [redacted]. In February [redacted], when I tried to book the classes, I was informed that the studio was relocating. They mentioned that all classes are suspended until the move, expected to be completed in late Summer or early Fall of [redacted].
