However, after entering my credit card details, I was charged the full $13 on my Chase account. I am reaching out for assistance as I would not have made the purchase without the $10 discount. I am eager to keep the Groupon if I can be charged the correct amount of $3. If not feasible, I kindly request a refund for the Groupon. I believe this might be a simple issue to resolve. I purchased a furniture slipcover for my couch and loveseat. I am unhappy with the quality and fit. I have been attempting to reach out to Groupon for assistance, but my computer keeps crashing when I try to contact them through their website or live chat. When I try to initiate a return, it says it's not eligible or the system is down. Interestingly, if I try to reorder, it indicates that the item is returnable, which is confusing. I've been trying to resolve this issue since Saturday. One of the items I bought is the REYNOLD [redacted]-ANTI, and the order ID is [redacted]63.

Hello Groupon, I visited your website on March 1st, [redacted], looking for a hotel to stay in for a couple of nights and found one I liked. When I tried to book a room for March 1st - March 3rd, [redacted], there was a delay after clicking "book room," and my order ended up on the pending list. Assuming it was a glitch, I tried booking multiple times, resulting in 5 pending orders that later failed. Consequently, I had to pay the full price at the hotel since I still needed a place to stay. On March 3rd, [redacted], after depositing money into my account, Groupon charged me $[redacted].47 twice for the pending orders that failed on March 1st. This unexpected charge of $[redacted].47 is upsetting as it disrupted my plans and impacted my finances. I urgently request a refund as this amount was meant for my car payment. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

This is my second email requesting a refund. You guys need to verify the availability of items sold on your platform. Trying to cancel an order seems impossible as there's no assistance available. I ordered a large heart-shaped glass from 3D Glass as a gift, but they are now unable to provide it for almost a month. This is unacceptable and too late for me to find an alternative. 3D Glass suggested contacting you for a refund. It's important to ensure companies have stock before advertising products. Hello, I have five expired Groupon deals totaling up to $[redacted] that I never used. I am in need of a refund or a trade for the same value. I have tried contacting customer service, including calling and using live chat, but have not received any assistance. It is frustrating that Groupon is not providing a resolution for unused deals. I received a massage gift from my husband, and I had a scheduled appointment with the therapist, Gary. Due to a delay with my Lyft ride, I informed Gary, who agreed to accommodate the change. However, upon arriving at the location, I faced difficulty finding the correct suite. My Lyft driver even had to call Gary for directions, resulting in Gary being rude and expressing frustration regarding Groupon deals. I later received a poorly written email from him. My intention was simply to redeem my gift without any issues.

I have been a long-time Groupon customer and today's experience at Peng's Spa on West 96th St. in Manhattan was quite unusual. I purchased a Groupon for a 60-minute full body massage and had a 10:30am appointment. Upon arrival, I found two non-English speaking men at the spa who seemed unaware of my appointment. A female employee with limited English arrived later and took a picture of my Groupon, but then struggled to reach the manager for guidance. After waiting until 10:55am, I left feeling disappointed. I purchased six sessions of Soprano Ice Platinum laser hair removal for one large and one medium area using code: [redacted]BU9. I have had three sessions so far and recently faced some issues at the salon. During my last visit, there was a 20-minute delay. The technician mentioned my session would be shortened due to a previous client arriving late. I requested for my full treatment within the scheduled hour, but she declined. I then asked to reschedule as her attitude towards me was unprofessional. On my next appointment, the beautician seemed distracted, sipping tea and delayed the start. The treatment started abruptly, and she was rough with the machines. I felt uncomfortable and her lack of experience was evident. I believe a different beautician should handle my last session or I would prefer to switch branches for future visits. Several days after ordering on February 16, [redacted], for 3 sessions totaling $49.00, what I believed to be Treatments for Salt Cave in Vero Beach, FL, I underwent heart surgery and developed severe pneumonia, followed by a cancer surgery for Sebaceous Cell Carcinoma. Upon verifying my purchase recently, I discovered it was actually in Del Ray Beach, FL. Given my age and health conditions, the distance is too far, and this was a significant mistake. I have always purchased in Vero Beach before and never encountered any issues. Due to our financial limitations on Social Security, receiving a refund for this error would be greatly appreciated. Last night, my family and I dined at "The Knife Parilla Argentina Orlando." Upon arriving, we inquired about the Groupon deal available. The waiter suggested one option over another, emphasizing that it included drinks. We agreed and purchased the suggested Groupon. However, when we presented the voucher, the waiter clarified that drinks were not included. Good afternoon, I purchased a mattress from your company, and although I have no complaints about the product, I encountered an issue regarding the delivery. I contacted the delivery company but was placed on hold for an hour and a half before they disconnected the call. The billing statement indicated that the cost would be 7p per minute, but I was charged £50. Upon contacting my phone supplier, they confirmed there were no additional charges. The delivery company, DX, informed me that they are not responsible for the refund and directed me to Groupon. I am seeking clarification on who should reimburse me for the £50 as it seems unjust for DX to charge this amount when the call should have cost no more than £8-9. I am simply looking for a resolution to this matter promptly as I am currently out of pocket. Dear Groupon Customer Service, Over the weekend, my girlfriend and I visited Frankie and Benny's in Newcastle using a voucher deal. I encountered an issue while trying to pay with my Visa card as the transaction got stuck on "Processing" due to insufficient funds in my account. After topping up my Visa, the problem persisted. Following the refund policy, I attempted a second purchase with adequate funds on my Visa, but the processing issue persisted. I switched to PayPal, and the transaction went through smoothly. This morning, I was purchasing tickets for Melissa Etheridge. Initially, I bought two tickets without using the coupon code for savings. Thinking the sale didn't go through, I closed the purchase. I need assistance with the Career Academy Microsoft Office Specialist course I bought through Groupon. As a computer novice, the advanced content is overwhelming. I'm seeking a beginner's course explaining how to use Office programs, not administer them. Redeeming my Groupon and accessing the courses was challenging and required help. Navigating the outline was confusing, making finding individual courses difficult. During the course, constant clicking to keep it playing was frustrating. Now, I am struggling to locate the course outline again. I believe the course might not be suitable for me due to the complexity of the content. Could I please request a $39 refund to use towards a more accessible course?

Hello, I'm Amanda Ortega. I had a terrible experience with Daytona Spa and Wellness regarding two Groupons on my account. The customer service was unresponsive, and scheduling for Groupon massages was limited. After finally booking an appointment, the spa claimed renovations and never rescheduled as promised.
