I made an error with my purchase. My friend and I bought our tickets separately for the Bill Burr event in Philadelphia, PA. The individual who was supposed to manage the salon contacted me and arranged an appointment for 5:30pm last Saturday. Upon arriving at the nail salon, I found the door locked despite the website stating it should be open until 8pm. Moreover, my repeated calls went unanswered as the phone consistently went to voicemail, with the mailbox being full. There was no attempt to reschedule or communicate about the situation. I am seeking a refund for the Groupon as I believe this experience demonstrated poor customer service and unprofessionalism.

I recently purchased Chado Tea Room in Hollywood and my experience was extremely disappointing. The scones were stale, the food quality was poor, and the dessert offering was lackluster with a store-bought cookie and a small stuffed item. Despite Groupon showing a 50% discount charging $31 instead of $62, the menu prices were misrepresented. They also miscalculated the sales tax based on the incorrect full price of $62 instead of $36. As someone who has enjoyed tea and scones across the U.S. and England, the use of whipped cream instead of Devonshire Clotted cream was a letdown. Additionally, finding a black hair in the tea and overall subpar ingredients made the experience unappetizing. I took my fiancée to celebrate our 1-year anniversary, hoping for a special tea experience in preparation for our trip to England next year. The aged scones and low-quality sandwiches, including processed cheese instead of real Swiss, were far from fresh. I strongly advise against recommending this place to anyone.

I recently purchased a Groupon for services at the Geldner Center, hoping to use it for laser hair removal on a specific body area. I ordered a rug on November 25th, but didn't receive any order acknowledgement. I waited until November 30th and then reordered it. Surprisingly, on December 1st, a rug was delivered and left in my shed while I was away. I contacted Groupon via live chat immediately and spoke with Vikrosh K. He should have the details noted down. I recently bought a voucher for 47St. Closeouts. However, my experience at the store was quite disappointing. The elevator was out of order, and communication with the staff was challenging due to language barriers. Despite my repeated attempts to explain that I needed to resize a ring, I was asked to wait multiple times. After waiting for a total of 30 minutes with little progress, I decided to request a refund for my voucher. The overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and deceived. I purchased a Black Vegan Leather and Black Swarovski Elements Crystal Wrap Bracelet from Groupon for $5. When it arrived, I received a Grey Vegan Leather and Smokey Grey Swarovski Elements Crystal Wrap Bracelet instead. The current price for the item is now $5.99, and I suspect my promo code has expired. Despite my order clearly stating the Black & Black bracelet, I am struggling to reach Groupon customer service to arrange an exchange without incurring additional costs.

I bought a Vax steamer on May 6th, and it stopped working about three weeks ago. I reached out to Groupon via email, and Sakthi Ganesh replied, mentioning that since it had been over six months, they couldn't replace it. They credited my account with £20 as an apology, but that doesn't solve my floor cleaning issue. I have sent multiple emails requesting the supplier's details, as I believe the machine should have a one-year guarantee, but I haven't received a response. I made a booking with the Revolve studio for a photo shoot on Wednesday at 3 pm through a Groupon offer for a VIP platinum pamper makeover and photo shoot for two. The customer service assistant did not provide clear details on the CD included in the package. Upon inquiry, she mentioned there would only be one image on the CD, contrary to what was understood during booking. I had to cancel my order as I require more images. Despite mentioning the 48-hour cancellation policy outlined in the Groupon offer, the assistant stated the studio does not do cancellations and advised me to contact you. I have emailed you regarding this discrepancy. The initial cost of £37 seems to be incorrect as my bank account shows a charge of £62. When I inquired, the assistant mentioned an additional £25 charge per person, not mentioned in the offer. I kindly request a prompt response and hope for a refund of £62. I recently bought some merchandise through Groupon from Monogramhub. After receiving a delivery confirmation stating it was sent via UPS, I noticed the tracking link led me to FedEx instead. However, neither FedEx nor UPS have any record of my package in their system when I checked. On December 4, we arrived at our scheduled appointment but encountered confusion in the lobby. After speaking with the owner, Collard Gal, over the phone, we learned that our appointment was a misunderstanding due to her being ill. Three to four years ago, I received a $[redacted] credit for a hot air balloon ride that was repeatedly cancelled due to weather. I also got about $10 credited back for Blockbuster movie rentals as they closed their kiosks and stores in Florida. I need to get in touch with Maze Collection. I was okay with reaching out for a possible exchange, but I recently learned they only accept returns within two weeks of purchase. My dad bought the leggings as a Christmas gift, which was more than two weeks ago. Despite loving the leggings, I've noticed a run in them that I'm concerned about. Walking around with the fear of them tearing open is not ideal.

I purchased this as a birthday present for my husband. Unfortunately, when he attempted to schedule the day (2 weeks before the expiration date), he was informed that the center had closed for the season two weeks earlier. They suggested using it when they resumed operations in the spring, but this is inconvenient for us. The advertisement was misleading, and we are quite disappointed with this costly outcome. I assumed a refund was not an option since he had held onto the voucher for two months before attempting to make a booking.

We purchased Groupons for a mystery dinner back in December and booked our reservations at that time. When we recently called to confirm our reservations, we were informed that one of our tables had been dropped. The earliest available reservation they could offer us was on February 26th. Unfortunately, this date does not work for us as it is not convenient for the weekend and it is also one and a half hours away from where we live. After this experience of poor customer service, we are no longer interested in attending the dinner.

I purchased a Groupon for a show that is now unavailable. The venue informed me that they could support my refund request, but Groupon needs to process it. After I bought the Groupon, I called the venue the next day to book a ticket. They stated I could only confirm the reservation 48 hours in advance. When I called exactly 48 hours before the show, there were no tickets available. I am seeking a refund for the Groupon since I am unable to use it because of this situation.

I've discovered some unauthorized purchases made using my account on Omaha Steaks. I am looking to obtain the original Groupon used for these purchases, as my credit card was fraudulently used to pay for them. The transactions occurred around 6:15 am EST this morning. Omaha mentioned they require the Groupon numbers for further assistance. Unfortunately, I cannot access the Groupon numbers as the purchases were promptly redeemed. I am in urgent need of assistance and need to speak with a representative regarding this matter.

I noticed a $30.00 pending charge on my bank statement for a discount coupon from the Black Bull Chop House in Huntington Beach. I want to clarify that I did not make this purchase. I was simply browsing the deals on my Groupon app and have only bought tickets for the Lyon Air Museum in the past.
