I purchased two MoneyPak cards, one for $[redacted] and the other for $48 to pay my rent. When trying to load them onto my RushCard, I encountered issues with the Re-Captcha repeatedly prompting me to try again and then crashing the page. Upon getting through, I was unable to load the funds due to the cards being blocked for suspicious activity. I am seeking a refund, but the customer service representatives were extremely rude. This was my first time using the service, and it will be my last. When I called the next day to confirm the status of my refund, the representatives were once again disrespectful, hung up on me, and blocked my number. I am sending a copy of my license and the receipts for both cards in hopes that they rectify the situation promptly and provide me with the refund I desperately need to avoid homelessness.

I have been trying all day to get my card to work and speak with a representative. I cannot find an option to talk to a person over the phone no matter what I try. My card holds a balance of $90.00, but I am only able to use it once as I never received the verification code from Greendot. I am unable to reach a corporate director or person of authority to assist in unlocking my card, even after sending my driver's license copy via email three times. Green Dot has been deducting money fraudulently from my account, which was reimbursed without informing me that I needed to request eight new cards due to activation issues. Despite five hours of phone calls with representatives repeatedly sending new cards, the security lock was never explained. This has left me unable to access my funds or resolve the card activation problem that started two months ago. I am requesting the reversal of the fees being deducted illegally and access to my full account balance. I contacted Priceline.com and they rebooked me into a new hotel, refunded $94.55, and gave me an $18 credit for the inconvenience. I made a $50 deposit at the new hotel using my GreenDot card, which the hotel promised to refund in 3 to 5 business days. When the refund didn't show up, GreenDot said it could take until the 20th of February. By the 18th, the refund hadn't arrived, but there was a $50 charge from a different hotel, Travelodge, on the 7th. I disputed the charge with Travelodge but didn't receive a response. After my disputes were denied, I couldn't access my GreenDot mobile app for 2 weeks. When I finally did, the La Quinta refund and deposit were missing, along with a $35 charge from Google that I didn't make. It's now March 7th, a month since my hotel stay, and approximately $[redacted] is missing from my account. I just want the $94.55 from Priceline, the $50 deposit from La Quinta, and the $35 from Google refunded, totaling $[redacted]. Any other charges I'm not concerned about.

The $35.88 charge from Google was also not refunded. It has been a month since my stay, and I am still out of approximately $[redacted]. I request the removal of the $94.51 charge from Priceline, the $50 deposit from La Quinta, and the $35 from Google, totaling $[redacted]. I applied for a TurboTax prepaid card but haven't received it. After checking online, I noticed my address was incorrect. I had my mother transfer my tax refund to my Green Dot card. It has been eight days, and there is a hold on my account preventing me from accessing my funds. As a result, I have been without electricity for a week now since I can't pay my bill. The customer service representatives couldn't explain the reason for the hold. On 1/23/[redacted], I requested refunds for $60.00 and $[redacted].00. I provided copies of my receipts, Money Pak, and ID. After their investigation, Green Dot customer service promised my refunds for Feb. 10th and February 13th. Despite my calls and emails, the money hasn't arrived. They mentioned completing their research but claimed I received a refund. It's my money, of course, I should get it back. In March, a female representative named I mentioned I would receive the refunds by March 8th or to follow up. Since January 22-23, it's already March 12th, nearly two months, and I'm still waiting for my refunds. I expect to know the status of my funds. I have all correspondences, call logs, and reminders, and I am eager to receive what's rightfully mine.
