I have the White Green Dot card with a monthly fee of $9.95. I have never had a negative balance, but after 11 months, it's still showing as completed only for 11 months. Despite paying for August and September, it's not updating to show 12 months completed for me to collect the $[redacted] reward. I've contacted customer service multiple times but keep getting the runaround. Today, I received an email stating there are no issues with my card, but clearly, there is an issue with the system or app as everything seems fine on my end. Thank you.

In August, I realized I had misplaced my Walmart Money Bank debit card. After contacting customer service to deactivate the card and request a new one, I faced complications due to not updating my address. Despite numerous emails, calls, and complaints, Green Dot has not released my funds, which include my social security deposits. I have sent my driver's license via fax five times, but Green Dot claims they cannot read them, although they were clearly scanned. They are withholding $[redacted].78 without valid explanation. I am exploring options to take legal action in Colorado's small claims court to recover my funds. At 70 years old on social security disability, I am unable to cover additional expenses. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My disability payment was deposited into my account on Monday, the 25th. On the 26th, I received a fraud alert, but mistakenly declined it. Since then, I've spent 3-4 hours on hold multiple times a day. Even though they assured me the restriction was removed, I'm currently on hold for 2 1/2 hours to speak with a technician. When I inquired about filing a complaint, I was only met with apologies for the inconvenience. It's frustrating to be without access to my funds for 5 days; my children had to make do with noodles during this time.

I needed to transfer money from my Cash App to my Chime account, but when I sent the money, it went to an old Green Dot account that I no longer have access to. I completely forgot I even added it as a bank on my Cash App. Anyways, I'll provide you with what Cash App has given me, and hopefully, you can locate my money. It's not a huge amount, but it's all I had to pay my taxes and get my refund. If you could kindly return the money to my Cash App account, it would resolve everything. My Go2 Visa card was blocked, and after speaking with a representative who assured me the block was removed, I attempted to use the card with a $50 balance but it was still declined. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 24 hours, attempting to pay a bill without success. I kindly request assistance in removing the block to access my funds.

I have a Go2 account, and I received 8 refunds from someone. I used Cash App to transfer the funds to my Cash App account, and the person refunded the money back to the original card linked to my Go2 Bank account. Three transactions came back pending initially, and then two more followed but also remained pending. Strangely, three refunds never appeared on my statement even a month later. Despite numerous calls to Go2 support and even reaching out to Cash App for transaction details, I received no clarity on the missing money. After several unsuccessful attempts, Go2 support claimed the transactions were completed, but they couldn't explain where the money went. They suggested taking the issue up with Cash App. Frustratingly, after being hit with overdraft fees and losing out on $[redacted], Go2 support couldn't help trace the missing funds. I arranged for my Social Security SSI check to be deposited into a Green Dot account, but I was informed that the account was closed before the deposit was made. Social Security confirms that you received my check and still hold my funds. I didn't receive a card because I was notified that upon further review, you would not open an account for me. However, you processed my check received on September 1st. I am unable to retrieve the money or track its status. I am requesting the transfer of the funds to another bank account. It's been challenging to reach a live person over the phone for assistance in resolving this issue.

This morning, I received a call stating I won $7.5 million and a car. Following instructions, I bought a $[redacted] debit card at Dollar General, but it only had $9 after activation. Mr. Anderson promised to refund it later. The claims department insisted I buy another $[redacted] card. Unable to comply, I was pressured to purchase a $[redacted] card instead. I can’t afford it. They said I must pay more to receive the prize by 10:30 AM. They even inquired about my bank. I’m worried about my checking account. I’ve never encountered such a request to claim a prize. Considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau if it’s not resolved.

I bought a Green Dot prepaid card at CVS. When I tried to activate it, I found out it was already activated with someone else's information. I am Glen Emerson. I'm sharing my experience with GO2bank to express my dissatisfaction. I was awaiting a new bank card and was dealing with a company dispute. Despite being told my new card would arrive in 7-10 days, it did not. Attempts to contact GO2bank were fruitless. This caused stress as my rent payment was due. GO2bank decided to suspend my account based on my attempts to reach them from the Mesa public library. They should have supported me instead of worsening the situation. It has been three weeks without access to my money, and I see no solution in sight. GO2bank's failure to listen and their actions have made my situation worse.
