I recently opened a new Greendot bank account along with my fiance. strangely, her account got restricted for suspicious activity even though she hasn't used it yet. Shortly after, my account also got restricted for the same reason, despite just receiving deposits. This seems like a tactic to keep our money longer as they profit from funds in accounts. It's frustrating to have accounts randomly restricted for no valid reason. I believe this practice might be illegal.

I am frustrated with Green Dot's misleading information about using their card to pay bills. They claimed I could use the card before receiving one with my name on it. However, I had to wait for the personalized card, and now, after being promised a refund on October 1st, I am still waiting. Getting in touch with customer service has been a nightmare. The first call lasted nearly 3 hours, spread over two phones, and the representative was incredibly rude. The delay in receiving my refund is unacceptable, especially since I am in California. Today, once again, I am unable to reach a live person as the phone systems are down. The situation is incredibly frustrating and illogical.

I purchased a Green Dot card and loaded it with $[redacted] back in September. Despite receiving a permanent card in the mail and registering it, I have been unable to use it because merchants cannot verify it's mine. Even after contacting customer service, I was informed of insufficient funds and pressured to join a club with monthly fees of $46. Feeling frustrated and misled, I now just want to close my account and get my money back. I believe there has been a misunderstanding, and I request the issue be resolved promptly. I recently bought a Green Dot prepaid debit card at Walgreens. After loading $40 onto the temporary card, I went home to activate it, only to find out that it's invalid. I think the cashier processed my transaction too quickly at Walgreens, and now I'm struggling to access my money. I already have two Green Dot debit cards and a full account, so this issue is completely unrelated.

I lost my card and my account is on hold. I am trying to locate my funds. I received a check from the IRS for a tax refund which I provided the account details associated with my Green Dot card for the funds to be deposited. Suddenly, the account is closed, my password doesn't work on the app anymore, and the contact information on the account has been changed without my knowledge. This is very frustrating, and I urgently need to access my funds. I have been waiting for a resolution for too long without any answers. I need this matter addressed promptly.

I have a Green Dot account, and my card has been missing. Last month, $[redacted] went missing from the account, and this month it's over $[redacted]. I'm unable to log in as I don't have my card information, which was lost months ago. I need to reach a live agent urgently but can't get through on the phone without the card details. Two weeks ago, my card showed it was overdrawn, which is impossible! I am confident I never spent more than I had. Even attempting to go a penny over resulted in insufficient funds alerts. Now, I am baffled at being overdrawn by $25 with it increasing daily. I am considering seeking legal advice. I was informed via email a week ago that my concern was being reviewed and someone would reach out within one business day, but I have not heard anything yet. I am now struggling to reach corporate or customer service because the system does not recognize the information I input regarding my account number and SS#. What is going on?

I attempted to reach out to Walmart Money Card regarding the personalized card I ordered a month ago. While chatting with them, the conversation turned to fraud, and suddenly the chat was terminated. Now my card is not working, and Customer Service is unable to provide any answers as to why. I received an email from VerifyMyDocs asking for identification, which I promptly submitted. However, they claimed my driver's license was rejected, and if I don't comply within 30 days, they will close my account and keep my funds. I tried contacting their fraud department but couldn't get through. It's frustrating that no one seems to know what's going on, and I can't even find information about VerifyMyDocs online.

I purchased a Walmart Visa card that allows you to load any desired amount onto it. I loaded a significant sum onto the card but am experiencing issues using it. Despite seeking assistance at Walmart's customer service without success, I haven't been able to activate the card or set up an account. I'm unsure why I can't access the funds. I purchased a prepaid Green Dot card on October 11, [redacted], for $[redacted]. Despite having the receipt showing the card was activated, I couldn't use it as the balance was 0. After calling three times and receiving different claim numbers each time, I felt frustrated with the runaround. I have not received my disability benefits for 2 months. I lost my money card, so I called for a replacement. They sent it to an address in New Jersey, where I haven't lived in over 10 years. After verifying my identity, they sent it to another address where I haven't lived in 6 years. I confirmed my identity again, and they sent me two cards, but neither have my money on them. When I called back, they said I don't have an account and don't know me. I've been with this company for twenty years and never been this frustrated. I purchased a card on the 4th and faced issues registering it with an $80 balance. I need my money. I encountered difficulties loading money onto a card that is not functioning for me. Please step down from your position. Whoever is in charge of this MoneyPak service should return to where they came from. I am frustrated as I wasted $[redacted] that I cannot afford to lose. I demand a refund for this MoneyPak.
