Hello, I want to share my observations about the dominance of certain regional service providers like India Mart, Just Dial, and Sulekha in Google search results. These providers often take up the entire search page, making it hard for individual service providers to be noticed. It becomes frustrating when the listed vendors display fake prices or require contact information just to view their page. This tactic leads to unsolicited calls. I suggest these listings be placed in a side column so that other genuine service providers can have more visibility in search results. I hope this feedback will help improve the browsing experience for everyone.

A few weeks ago, I lost my phone and tablet. When I contacted Assurian for a replacement phone, they deactivated my phone for security purposes, which also signed me out of Google on all devices. I couldn't access the 2-step verification codes to recover my account. I heavily rely on Google for work, personal, and calendar information. Now, without access, I'm struggling to navigate my week with clients and employers. I also can't recall when I created my account. This situation is causing issues, and I need assistance urgently. My account was stolen from me, and the person who took it has made it extremely difficult to recover it. The questions Google is asking to verify my identity are nonsensical. How am I supposed to remember the exact year and month I created the account? The recovery process and questions they ask are frustrating. I hope Google improves their security measures. My email was "[redacted]," the old birthday on the account was 11/21/[redacted], and the old phone number was [redacted]. Despite trying for two years to retrieve my account, I have had no success. The security measures seem inadequate.

My friend sent me money through GCash and I wasn't sure how to cash it out. I called [redacted] for assistance on verifying my account and setting up an MPIN. The operator directed me to visit vless.gcash.9.com for further instructions. After following the steps provided, I was asked to share my PIN to cash out the balance. Subsequently, I was instructed to go to Villarica Pawnshop to claim the funds. Despite receiving a confirmation from the cashier, I did not receive the necessary codes. I have the sender's number and the account number used for the transfer. Can you please help me retrieve my money? Thank you. Please respond promptly!

As a 68-year-old woman, I have unfortunately forgotten my Google account password. Despite multiple attempts with Google's recovery process, I have not been successful. I recently bought a smartphone and require access to my Google account to utilize certain features. I can assure you that this is indeed my account, and I am fully responsible for it. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity. I trust that you can find a solution to assist me. I am willing to share details such as my driver's license and medical card with a photo. Please, do not block my account. I am feeling desperate after numerous unsuccessful password recovery attempts. Upon opening YouTube, I was prompted to sign in again. After entering my correct password, it did not work. I tried a second time with the same result. I didn't change my password recently, as I was in Physical Education during my 6th period where phones are prohibited. Only I know the password to both my phone and email. I urgently need access to my account.

I am having trouble accessing my email account with the address [redacted] After receiving an email from Google about a suspected login attempt, I followed their instructions to change the password. I would like to disable the autofill feature on my browser's address bar to prevent it from suggesting search terms I have used before. This issue is affecting my user experience negatively, and I would appreciate any help in resolving it. For instance, after searching for "free online grammar checker" on Google using Chrome, now when I try to type "facebook.com" in the address bar, the autofill function replaces it with my previous search term. I prefer the address bar to only show URLs, not previous search terms. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing issues with my [redacted] email account not receiving incoming emails. When I send emails to both my [redacted] and [redacted] accounts simultaneously, I promptly receive emails in my Capella100 account, but not in my cgreen6911 account. Despite reaching out to customer support through [redacted], I have not received any assistance yet. If responding to my request, kindly use my [redacted] account. This problem arose when Gmail introduced new folders such as Important and Update, causing me to miss emails. I simply prefer to receive all emails in my inbox for easier management and organization. I am struggling to access a crucial email account on my phone. Although I have been entering the verification code correctly, the system is not recognizing my ownership. The username "SweetPea" is consistent across all my accounts, proving it's me. I cannot recall the precise password but it involves my dog's name, SweetPea. I urgently need access as important court-related emails are in that account. My name is Brian K. Benson, and I require assistance with two old accounts as well. Please help me retrieve the passwords for: [redacted] (primary 1) and [redacted] (primary 3). For [redacted] (current working email - primary 2), I have no issues. As for [redacted], I don't care about the password as I only created it for phone activation. It should be evident from the pattern of using "SweetPea" in all my usernames and passwords that these accounts belong to me. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My identity was stolen, and I am working with the police to resolve the fraud issues. My original email was [redacted], but I have now updated it to [redacted] Unfortunately, the person who stole my identity has created email accounts and applied for loans using online platforms. Despite attempts to recover my original email for its valuable information, the process has been unsuccessful. I have some previous passwords that could be relevant. I lost my phone two days ago, which had my two Gmail accounts logged in. Unfortunately, I forgot the passwords for both accounts and had two-step verification activated without any backup codes. The backup codes were saved in the phone, now stolen, and I cannot access the recovery email addresses either since they were set to each other. I only have my mobile number linked to both accounts. My account was hacked in Ghana and recovered, but now I forgot the password. The recovery process keeps asking me when the account was set up, which was too many years ago for me to remember. I need a different security question. My account is [redacted], and my alternative email is [redacted] I live in Lakeland, FL, and my phone number is [redacted]. My wife's contact is [redacted] and [redacted] The hack occurred around 2:30, and I'm currently in Lakeland trying to log in on both my computer and phone. When in a panic, I went to Verizon and changed my login code, which is causing my password issue.

My Facebook account experienced issues, prompting me to search for solutions online. Upon searching, I clicked on a link to seek assistance. I spoke with an individual, who requested $[redacted] to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. My daughter and wife both warned me, emphasizing the prevalence of such scams. My fiancé, Jon Williams, is currently in jail, and I hold power of attorney over his affairs. However, I am unable to access one of his savings accounts because I can't get into his Google email account. The phone linked to his email was discarded at the facility he's in, and he can't provide me with the recovery information. I have encountered two concerning issues with my Google Account. Firstly, my Google Calendar is no longer displaying events I inputted before January 4, [redacted]. Secondly, I have reached capacity with only 16GB of storage left, consuming the entire space. In the past, I enjoyed a greater storage capacity at a favorable rate due to being a Gmail beta tester with a fixed storage price. It is perplexing how this storage and calendar data have vanished, potentially linked. I am seeking assistance in understanding the reduction in storage, identifying my previous storage costs, potentially reinstating the original plan, and recovering my pre-[redacted] Calendar entries and any other missing data from my Google storage, which may include photos or videos.

I am working on a school project that requires a 3-4 page story. I had written a page and a half and trusted that Google Docs autosaved my work. However, when I returned to continue, all the content from yesterday was missing. I checked my document history, but the work wasn’t there, even though it displayed “all changes saved to drive.” I have a tight deadline; my story is due on Tuesday, and now I must rewrite everything except for one paragraph. My phone was running extremely slow, so I performed a factory reset. Now, Gmail is not recognizing my device and is requesting a code to be sent to my phone. I recently changed my phone number due to harassing calls, and I forgot to update my new number in Gmail. The recovery email address is also asking for the same code, but both emails have my old phone numbers listed. I am unable to log in because my new number does not match the old ones on file. I know the passwords for both accounts, but I can't access them, and it's crucial for my job. I tried using the Google account security settings and entering the codes, but they are not working. I received an unpleasant call from a representative claiming issues with my business listing. The individual was disrespectful, escalating to name-calling when I requested a supervisor. Subsequently, a supervisor named Robert Roth belched loudly and there was mockery in the background. This experience was extremely distressing, and I seek a resolution or, at a minimum, acknowledgment of the poor service. In case of further action, I request documentation. My individual Google Drive account, associated with a non-profit G-Suite account, has been disabled. Unfortunately, I am caught in a loop between Drive support and G-Suite support, each stating they cannot assist due to the account setup.
