I have encountered an issue with purchasing the movie 'Taken 2' twice on my Sony Android TV. Despite attempting to restart my device as instructed, the error message persists. This problem has not occurred with any other movie selections for my family, which have downloaded and played without issue. I would like to request a credit for the two duplicate payments made for this movie and seek guidance on how to successfully watch 'Taken 2' in the future. My iPhone 6S is old and water damaged. I was able to access my emails until a week ago, but now I can't remember my password despite trying all the known ones. The verification process requires me to provide an alternate email, so I used my niece's email, but I haven't received any response yet. It's essential for me to regain access to my emails as a diabetic, as they contain important information from my doctors and airlines. Currently, I'm in Florida, traveling back and forth to Pennsylvania every month to visit my sister, who has stage four cancer. I need to speak with a person for assistance with resolving this issue, as I struggle to remember the exact date I signed up for Google due to it being around 14 years ago. Your help in sorting this out is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account. My official login ID is my .gmail address, but when I try to view my saved passwords in the sync area, it automatically populates my recovery email that ends in comcast.net. Despite changing my password multiple times, I still cannot access my saved passwords. I keep trying to update it, but it's not working. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

Recently, I encountered an issue with my email account, and it didn't bother me until my phone was stolen, which had my 'Steam' mobile verification on it. I urgently need to recover my Steam account since I've invested a significant amount of money in it. Despite knowing some past passwords and being confident about when the account was created in [redacted]/09, I am unable to reset the password as the verification process fails. Regaining access to my Steam account is crucial not only for the funds invested but also to recover my YouTube account and a few others linked to the same email address. I seem to have lost access to my YouTube Playlists! I recently set up a G Suite for enlightenedkitty.org on Wednesday, May 15th, but I think I opted out of the trial period. Can someone please confirm this for me? I currently see a $12.00 charge on my credit card, but I do not want to pay that amount monthly. I only require the email service, not the domain or G-Suite. Additionally, I have created an additional email address, and now when I access YOUTUBE, it is completely new without any of my History or PLAYLISTS - frustrating! I need to have it linked to my previous email, which is [redacted] Although it appears at the top and says it is syncing, none of my playlists or history are showing on my PC screen. I am seeking assistance to delete my deceased husband's email account, which has been hacked and is sending out bogus emails to friends. Since deleting his email from our shared devices, my own emails have been inaccessible. I have taken steps to rectify this issue. However, the hacked email address, [redacted], continues to send unauthorized emails, causing distress to recipients. I am willing to provide a death certificate if necessary. I have access to his passwords due to being his Power of Attorney. Although I no longer receive his emails on the iPad, I am prompted for his email password which is deemed unavailable when entered. Assistance in permanently removing his email account would be greatly appreciated to prevent further distress.

Google must address the issue of spam, especially explicit content, originating from overseas individuals targeting users through scams and fake apps. These activities can harm relationships and deceive people into financial traps. It is concerning how these scammers utilize Google services for their unethical practices. The situation is distressing, and action needs to be taken. It's alarming that such misleading content can infiltrate platforms like the Google Play Store. There should be better prevention measures in place. Hopefully, efforts from the attorney general will help combat these scams. It's important for Google and possibly other platforms like Facebook to collaborate to tackle this significant problem within the United States.

I have encountered issues with my Gmail account. Two individuals seem to have accessed my account without authorization causing me to experience frequent logouts on my devices and receiving alerts from Google about unauthorized access. I have details on one individual including their name and address, but for the other, I only have a first name. Despite no longer actively using Gmail, I need it for my Google Fiber Internet/HD services. I am open to changing my email address, as most of my contacts are already updated, although I am concerned about potential data loss during the transition. I am having trouble accessing my Samsung Galaxy S7 because it requires me to sign in to a Google account that was previously synced to the device, which I no longer have access to. I am in urgent need of assistance. I recently deleted my Gmail account, [redacted], and switched to a new one, [redacted] However, my Android phone keeps showing an Account Action Required notification with my old email, and I cannot progress past the Google sign-in page. Even though I am signed in with the new email, I cannot download apps from the Play Store due to an Authentication Required message and a Google account sign-in request. This is my 18th message requesting the release of my email address meant for Diamond at gmail.com. I've used this email since [redacted] and it holds many memories, photos, and important documents. However, about a month ago, I forgot my password and after a phone reset, I lost access to everything. Despite my attempts to regain access, the system does not recognize me. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail and Facebook accounts. I created my Gmail account in August [redacted] during my one-year study tour in North Carolina. When I returned to China, I couldn't log into either account and eventually gave up. Now that I'm back in the U.S. for my master's degree, I really need to recover my Facebook contacts. In China, Google sends an alert to my backup email whenever I try to access my accounts, but I can't receive the verification code because I no longer have the phone number associated with the account from [redacted]. Unfortunately, the security questions on my Gmail account aren't being prompted, so I'm unable to prove my identity for [redacted] I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I recently had an issue with Google Photos that caused it to use up all my data within two days, even my carryover data. I have been using smartphones for a decade, and I've never experienced anything like this before. I feel frustrated and let down by Google. I never intentionally activated a setting that would allow the Google Photos app to back up or update videos and photos using cellular data. I'm curious if this setting was enabled due to a recent Google update. I believe the app should request permission before performing operations like backing up photos when not connected to Wi-Fi. The developers and Google should have foreseen that backing up even one video could deplete all of a user's cellular data. This situation is disappointing, and I expected better from Google.

I have been struggling with IGG for days now and have made no progress. The items I purchased are still not showing up on my account from the first incident. It's not just one purchase missing, but several. I feel that IGG's service has significantly declined since the updates, especially with hackers causing server crashes. I feel like my time and money are being wasted with them. Despite some purchases coming through and seemingly fixing the issue, the items have now disappeared again. I have spent a significant amount of money on this game! It's frustrating to trust a company to fulfill its promises, only to be let down. I attempted to contact Google Play as advised but made no headway. It's disheartening that both companies I trusted to safeguard my purchases are letting me down. Is Google truly supporting a developer that isn't upholding their end of the deal?

I am in Oman and recently lost my old phone, which led me to buy a new phone with the same old number. Unfortunately, I forgot my email password and attempted to recover it by using my phone number repeatedly. However, I did not receive any messages. I am using a Friendi sim card in Oman, and when I contacted the Friendi Customer Care, they explained they were facing network issues and advised me to try again after 7 hours. Even after waiting for 9 hours, I received the Google verification code messages too late to utilize. Subsequently, I attempted to log in but encountered a message stating there were too many failed attempts, instructing me to wait before trying again. I am currently locked out of my primary Google account, jessicawoods2008, after accidentally removing it from my Samsung phone.
