I need to report an internet scam. Regrettably, I spent quite some time listening to a presentation from "MSWsystem.com" or "easykits.org/kayako" thinking I could pursue their internet business venture. It cost $47 to sign up, with assurances of a refund if not interested. After viewing the initial tutorial requiring website building, I realized it wasn't for me. I called customer service today for a refund and was informed I would only receive half back. $24 might not seem significant, but on a fixed income, it matters to us. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you, N. C.

I have some feedback about the recent Android update on my Samsung device.
1) The screen color is too dark, causing eye strain.
2) The clock display changed to a 2-line layout, which I prefer to be back to the previous format.
3) Despite turning off notifications for most apps, the notification alarm keeps going off, forcing me to mute my phone completely.
4) The icons became smaller and have been rearranged unexpectedly.
I kindly request to revert my phone to the previous version before this latest update. Thank you.

I need help with recovering my old gaming account that is linked to certain vendor websites and my gaming Youtube account. The Youtube channel name and icon have been changed, but my videos are still up, including a few with my facecam. I have been receiving suspicious activity emails related to my account linked to Fortnite but ignored them. When I try to log into my Gmail, it's not allowing me access, and the recovery process only asks for the last known password and date of account creation without any other options. I attempted to use my backup email but was unsuccessful. Additionally, I have a forwarding tag on my current email which I haven't checked directly, but I can prove it's mine. I want to shut down my old account and link my Youtube channel to a new Google account.

I have a LG Zone 3 phone, model VS425PP, that is only 1 month old. The Google Play Services app seems to have disappeared from my device, causing issues with many other apps, including the Google Play Store. Despite numerous attempts to reinstall the services, I have been unsuccessful. Every time I try to contact Google for help, I am stuck on a screen that prompts me to sign on, but the button doesn't respond. Additionally, I am facing challenges with my account sign on and password, which might be linked to the missing Google Play Services. Although the app should be built-in and not removable, I have thoroughly searched my phone and it appears to be completely gone, showing zero space occupied.

Since December [redacted], we have been actively identifying and reporting fake reviews on our platform. Our company openly discloses being a Rebuilt Car Company on our website, car titles, and car labeling. We had a situation where a customer, initially excited about his purchase, later discovered the vehicle was rebuilt and demanded a refund of his non-refundable down payment. Subsequently, he threatened to have his associates post fake reviews, which they did. Despite our efforts to report these reviews, Google has been unresponsive to assisting for over six months. The false claims, including unjust accusations of racism, have been detrimental to our business. We are puzzled by the misinformation as the majority of our clientele are from diverse racial backgrounds. Some reviews even bear nonsensical names like "Zghj Xdfgh." We are disheartened by the lack of support from Google in addressing this issue effectively.

I accidentally deleted my vacation photos from my Android cell phone. I've searched through various platforms like Google Drive, Google Photos, Trash, and more, but I couldn't recover them. I've tried recovery tools and freed up space, as all my photos are synced to my Gmail account. I've even spoken to Google Drive specialists who managed to retrieve photos from three years ago. However, I could only retrieve a few photos from May 11-16, [redacted], out of the 20-30 deleted ones. I'm puzzled as to why these specific photos weren't backed up compared to others. I'm unsure if my missing photos can still be retrieved and feel frustrated with the lack of answers from Google, Samsung, and others.

My eldest son, his girlfriend, and my other two children are involved in this problem. They have hacked into my computer, iPhones, and iPad, changing all the passwords and adding an encrypted key that prevents me from updating my accounts. I recently visited the ATT store to switch the gmail account on my phone to one of my own. The original account, set up by the salesman at the time of purchase, needed to be removed as I never used it and couldn't access it. Unfortunately, after deleting the original account, I lost my calendar, texts, and most of my contacts. I attempted to restore the information, but I didn't have the phone number or password for the old account. Despite contacting ATT to retrieve my old phone number, I was unsuccessful. I'm desperate to recover my lost data but have been informed that it's not possible without access to the old account. I'm wondering if there's a way to determine the name of the deleted gmail account. I feel lost without my phone information.

When searching the airport, after clicking on 'more details,' under "Call" "Directions" "Website," selecting directions leads to an incorrect location. The guidance should lead to an airport, not a shopping mall.
To verify, search the airport name directly on Google Maps for accurate directions to the airport.

I've noticed previous notes requesting help contained various typos. This time, I'll strive for accuracy. I'm encountering an issue where my recent newsletter to over [redacted] customers and friends got flagged as "spam." I'm unsure why this happened. Issue with Reactivating Google Voice Number
I recently recovered a deleted account to regain access to my Google Voice number tied to the account. However, I encountered an error message when trying to select the number during reactivation. The system prompts me to start a new sign-up process with a different phone number due to issues with the number used for verification.
Despite checking my account details, I cannot modify my listed Google Voice number. Although I added a recovery number, I still cannot delete the existing Google Voice number from my settings. Furthermore, when attempting a Google Voice username search, the system claims the provided number is not associated with Google Voice and prompts a reattempt.
While the Google Voice number is inactive and unresponsive to calls, I can somewhat link it to Google Hangouts but cannot send or receive texts through the service. I am seeking assistance on how to successfully reactivate and regain control of this Google Voice number.

I am deeply concerned about a situation involving my 82-year-old mother who is being targeted by an individual claiming to be Dr. Sammy Jones on Gmail Chat. This person is attempting to manipulate her into sending $4,[redacted].00 under false pretenses. The scammer has instructed her to withdraw the money from her bank, take a taxi to Walmart, and send the money via Western Union. Claiming to be a UN doctor in Syria, Dr. Jones has even gone as far as proposing marriage to my mother to exploit her emotions.
