I recently received a Google security alert on my Samsung Galaxy J3 regarding my Gmail account. The notification mentioned that Samsung email had access to my Google Account. I was prompted to install Smart Lock to secure my phone and change my password, which I did. Now, I am unable to access my phone for any purpose. Even though the screen is on and showing ads, I cannot access any settings. Whenever I touch the screen, it prompts me to enter a password. I have tried entering both my old and new Gmail passwords without success. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with my Google accounts, which are causing confusion. I have an email address ([redacted]) linked to multiple accounts. Firstly, I am unable to log in to Waze on my computer and don't know the password used on my iPhone. Additionally, I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account ([redacted]) even with a new password. Is there a way to streamline my Google accounts so I can use the same credentials across all devices, such as my home PC and iPhone? I would like a consistent login for apps like Google Chrome, Waze, and Maps on both devices. Thank you.

I recently received my new iPhone and my first iPad, along with my MacBook Air [redacted] model. I have been encountering third-party interference issues that Apple does not support, mainly phishing attempts linked to Google, not Apple. My password resets are constantly interrupted, some work initially like with Chase bank, but many others fail to recognize the reset. This ongoing problem is disrupting my interior design business operations. Seeking support to fix these glitches promptly is essential for smooth transitioning between devices. In the past 10 months, there has been some improvement, but the issues persist, and I urgently need help sorting this out on my computer as soon as possible.

I would like to request assistance in recovering my hacked account. The hacker changed my password and phone number. I am providing evidence that this Gmail account belongs to me. My name is Christian Ching from Makati. My previous contact details were [redacted] and [redacted]9. I was born on January 4, [redacted], making me 28 years old. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the 8-digit verification code for my account. I am confident in answering security questions, including my previous password. Please verify the login device for authentication. I appreciate any help your team can provide. Thank you for your assistance, Google team.

I'm the proprietor of Stillwater Valley Catering based in Troy, Ohio. My name is Robert B. Several customers have recently informed me that my business is listed as permanently closed on Google. This misleading information has caused distress to clients who have booked my services for their weddings. What concerns me even more is the potential loss of new clients who might have been discouraged from reaching out due to this incorrect status. I have been unable to reach the appropriate channels to rectify this issue. I urge you to contact me promptly to address this matter as it is causing significant worry and financial repercussions.

Dear Sir or Madam, On Monday, 15th April [redacted], around 17:30, I received a text from you announcing that I had won a new phone for being a loyal GOOGLE user. Unfortunately, the first three choices were no longer available, but I selected option FOUR. However, I was then asked to answer four questions, which I successfully completed. The issue arose when I tried to claim my prize using the provided links, none of which were functional despite numerous attempts. I am making my claim as follows: Barry E. Hurst, 144A London Road, Southborough, Kent, TN4 0PJ. Telephone: 0[redacted]. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Regards, B.E.H.

I am experiencing issues completing the two-step verification on my account. I no longer have access to the phone number associated with my account and the backup number is disconnected. After a factory reset on my phone, I'm struggling to bring my main Google account back to my device where my Contacts are stored.
Unfortunately, I cannot locate my backup codes, and my Google Wifi router is linked to the account I can't access. I spoke with a representative today but did not receive assistance. My account is on Security Hold due to my inability to recall the exact account creation date from over a decade ago.
Recovering is crucial for me to restore access to my contacts and manage my Google Wifi Router successfully. Despite completing the Recovery form, I have not heard back from Google. While I can still access my email through an email client, I urgently need to retrieve my contacts and ensure control over my router settings.

Recently, one of my Google Home Minis suddenly started malfunctioning. It keeps turning off and rebooting when I ask it a question, displaying the message "there must be a glitch, try again in a few minutes." Even after a hard reset, the issue persists. When I check the Google Home app, the Mini appears and disappears repeatedly. I'm uncertain why one is working correctly while the other is not. I wonder if I need to buy a new one or if there's a solution through an update or another method, considering I paid $49 for it and now it's unusable.

Hello,
I am attempting to regain access to my old account, [redacted], which has been suspended. I provided a photo of my ID in hopes of resolving this. I made adjustments to my account due to excessive and repetitive ads, by changing my age in the settings, but this did not help as intended.
Information regarding my account was sent to my Yahoo email, requiring me to log in to my Google account to recover it, which I am unable to do. How can I access the data sent to my Yahoo account without logging into Google? This process is not convenient.
I have had this account for many years, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication channels or methods to verify my ownership. Thank you.
Regards,
Mirela M.

I contacted Google yesterday regarding an issue with watching Season 2 Episode 13 of ALF due to digital interference. The support representative advised me to try logging in on a desktop to see if the problem persisted on a different device. However, I encountered difficulty accessing my account on the desktop despite being able to do so on my phone. After resetting my password, the new password was not accepted. Additionally, I did not receive the sign-in notifications on my phone from the computer. It is disappointing that customer support does not engage in direct conversations like before, redirecting customers to the website for assistance instead. If the issue could have been resolved on the website, I wouldn't have reached out to them in the first place.

In March [redacted], just before St. Patrick’s Day, I lost my phone with the number [redacted]. I remember creating a password for my Google account, possibly Srvjr6mack. Though I recall my original email password, I changed it. I am specifically interested in retrieving the photos saved on the drive, not the email content. Despite getting a new phone and number shortly after, I have been unable to log in since. I can provide the account creation month and year, my previous phone number, and the recovery email (even though I can't access it). I desperately need access as I lost my dog, and all the memories are stored there. I am willing to verify my identity and provide photo ID if necessary. Please assist me in recovering access to my account.

Dear Community Members,
I am facing an issue with my personal Gmail account being disabled since I moved from Ankara to Istanbul. I have not been able to access my emails for the past seven days, and despite knowing all the correct login information, I am still unable to log in. I recently updated my personal information on my [redacted] account from Isa Kaymaz to Ugur Ozkara. I use [redacted] as a secondary email for security purposes and have a phone number linked for verification, which is +90 [redacted] [redacted] 50 01. My previous passwords were "iskadozkara1930uur" and "06aranix199406". I also receive emails from Black Desert Online, an online game that may provide additional information for recovering my account. I have attempted to recover my account using Gmail's support steps with no success. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for understanding my situation.

I need help recovering my Gmail accounts that were overtaken by my ex. When I follow the recovery process, I successfully receive a code and enter the date I created the accounts. The issue arises when asked for an email address for contact as my accounts remain unverified. Despite providing a contact email, I never hear back from Google. The recovery process loops me back to "google couldn't verify your account" and directs me to accounts.recovery.com, which leads to the same cycle. The emails I'm trying to recover are [redacted] and [redacted] I need access to these accounts, especially because one contains precious photos of my daughter. Additionally, my Facebook accounts are linked to these emails, posing further complications. I'm willing to provide any necessary identification to prove ownership and regain access.

I have two Gmail accounts: one is [redacted], and the other is [redacted] Since April 11th, when I tried to log in to both accounts, it said the password was wrong. I set both emails as recovery options, and for [redacted], I used my mobile number. The mobile number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] is no longer active since I left the UK in [redacted] and didn't know it needed regular use to stay active. I contacted T-Mobile, and they said the number is not recoverable as it has been recycled. Google advised me to create a new email for them to contact me, but the verification codes sent to me said both emails do not belong to me. It is frustrating. My contact email now is [redacted] Please help me recover my emails. My account name is Mohammed Tawhidur Rahman. Phone Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Email: [redacted] DOB: February 1st, [redacted].

I have recently retired as the Pastor of Fort Lewis Baptist Church in Salem, VA. I initially set up the email address [redacted] for my role. The recovery email associated with this account is my personal email: [redacted] I would like to switch my personal email to be the primary one and keep the flbclspastor account for future reference only. As my personal email ends in gmail.com, I am unable to change it to primary. How can I achieve this transition without losing any current information such as addresses, emails, labels, etc.? I am requesting a refund for the iFax app. I canceled it within the 7-day free trial period. Charging without permission is unacceptable. The app also linked itself to my bank account without consent. Please contact me to cease these practices. I refuse any further charges on my card from your programs. I have halted payment through USAA, yet was still wrongly charged again. This disregard for customers is disappointing. Your service prioritizes profits over customer well-being, causing frustration. I am exploring alternatives that support individuals with disabilities. Please assist me promptly. - M.P.

I need help cancelling my OneDrive subscription. After contacting Microsoft, they directed me to reach out to Google for assistance, but I've been struggling to find a way to cancel it. I only required it for one file and understood I could cancel anytime. As my 30-day trial is ending soon, I cannot reach a person over the phone despite trying. This is crucial as the charge will impact my debit card, which is crucial for my family's survival since my husband's passing. Managing my budget is challenging, and unexpected charges will cause financial strain, potentially leading to overdraft fees. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

I received a text from Google stating my Gmail was compromised, but I didn't notice any issues. I changed my password, but now I can't remember it. The accounts I'm locked out of are [redacted] and [redacted] I need help to recover access to these accounts.
