I am experiencing an issue that requires assistance from Google's customer service. I am disappointed with the lack of live customer support, as I believe it is essential for a paying customer to have direct contact when needed. While I understand there are support pages available, sometimes they are not sufficient for resolving certain issues. It is frustrating that Google doesn't provide adequate customer service representatives to address concerns over the phone. I have not been able to find a solution through their online resources and the lack of phone support is very disappointing.

I encountered an issue when trying to transfer my Google account to a new phone last Friday, April 27th. Despite having the same phone number, I was placed under "Security Hold" for not providing a backup code during 2-step verification. I had previously saved the codes to Google Drive but mistakenly deleted them. Although I saved them to Evernote as well, I can't access that account because it's linked to my Google account. I have evidence that I downloaded the backup codes and can provide a screenshot, but not the actual code. This situation is causing a lot of trouble as I cannot access important work files and am locked out of various accounts linked to my Google account. I've tried to provide all the information I can to verify my identity to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently updated my password after my phone was stolen, but now I can't recall the new one. I typically use four different passwords in various formats of lower and upper case. Google prohibited me from reusing an old password, so I came up with a new variation that I can't remember now. Despite updating my phone number, Google still prompts me to enter the old one which is linked to my stolen device. I am Eliu Chavarria and I remember my original password when creating my [redacted] account. I am willing to provide various identifying information like my driver's license number, social security number, address, business name, uploaded videos on YouTube, and other personal details to confirm my ownership of the account. Please assist me in recovering access to my [redacted] account, as it is crucial to me. Thank you.

I recently acquired Escape Games Worcester and began transferring billing details to new accounts. After closing the old debit account, I was notified that my G Suite payment bounced, prompting me to update my billing information. When trying to access admin.google.com, I was redirected to apps.google.com/user/hub, which suggests I may not have admin access despite being able to log in. I couldn't find the "admin console" in the apps list. I've attempted logging in with various email addresses, including the former owner's personal email, without success. I require assistance in identifying the administrator for my Google Apps subscription.

Hello, I recently changed my password about a month ago but unfortunately, I cannot remember it. Despite multiple attempts to reset it by answering the security questions correctly and having access to the associated phone, I keep receiving automated emails denying my password reset request. The interesting part is, I am still able to access my account on my phone without any issues, except for changing the password and enhancing the account security. I believe that more evidence is not necessary given my continued access to the account. I suspect that an automated system is erroneously denying my requests. I am hesitant to try again and risk getting locked out of my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please respond to the email associated with the account. Thank you.

My Gmail account, [redacted], has been stolen by a friend on Facebook. We exchanged gaming accounts, and when I asked for my Gmail account back because he cheated me, he changed the password and blocked me after I tried to contact him. He also changed all the account recovery information. His phone number is +[redacted]00, and I believe his name is Yusuf. I am the rightful owner of this account as it was created with my phone number [redacted]. My important data for various apps and my Amazon account are linked to this Gmail address. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account.

Dear Google, I want to bring to your attention the decline in visibility of my website, www.theeveningstore.com, since its establishment in January [redacted]. In the years [redacted] - [redacted], my important keywords consistently ranked at the top of Page 1 for search terms like Mother of the Bride dresses, Plus size Mother of the Bride Dresses, and Evening Dresses. Despite maintaining the same website, my online presence has significantly diminished, impacting my business from [redacted],[redacted] visitors to just 20,[redacted]. I cannot afford the costly methods to improve my visibility that other overseas companies seem to effortlessly achieve. I implore you to assist me in restoring my previous level of visibility, as I used to attract thousands of visitors daily, which has now dwindled to only [redacted] monthly. I have always valued Google's support. Kindly consider my plea for help to revitalize my business. Sincerely, Barry The Evening Store

Between [redacted] and [redacted], my website ranked high on the first page for key search phrases like "Mother of the Bride dresses," "Plus size Mother of the Bride Dresses," and "Evening Dresses." I'm really frustrated because I keep receiving inappropriate phone calls on my mobile. Recently, a man disclosed he got my number from Google when I asked. I searched and saw my number listed on numerous escort service websites. This situation is distressing, and I don't want to go through the hassle of changing my number. To make matters worse, my 8-year-old daughter unknowingly shared personal details with a caller mistaking him for her grandma. It's extremely concerning. How can I go about removing my number from these sites? Any help would be appreciated.

I encountered difficulty transferring my phone information from Verizon to Cricket and was unable to access my Gmail account. Seeking assistance from Google customer service led me to a phone number where two individuals from different locations in the U.S. claimed my account was compromised. They then referred me to the purported "hacking department," insisting that I purchase Google Play cards to resolve the issue. Refusing this request, a person named "Mr. Max Johnson" with a noticeable Indian accent advised me to contact [redacted] for further assistance, implying potential identity theft if I did not comply. I wish to warn others about these fraudulent activities. My confidence in using my Gmail account has been shaken. Is it secure? Thank you, Lynn.

I am seeking help to recover my contacts from my old phone that got damaged. Despite knowing my email address, I forgot my password and my linked phone number is no longer active. After verifying my account via an alternate email for the code, I followed the process correctly. However, even though I can answer security questions, I am not being prompted to do so. This urgent issue needs immediate attention and resolution. Thank you.

I am Harold F., a Colorado attorney and sole shareholder of Faletti Law Office PC. In [redacted], an employee set up a Google account, [redacted], to communicate with my clients. The employee recently filed a grievance against me and accessed emails from this account, which I discovered last Thursday. I suspect she accessed the emails to print them. The security service only provides reports for 28 days, and I need to go back further to show her recent access, possibly in March or April. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have multiple Gmail accounts, and the one I really need to access is [redacted] I tried to verify my identity by sending a picture, but if that method fails, I'm unsure how to regain access to my account. I suspect it might have been hacked by my ex. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my other email accounts like [redacted] and [redacted] I typically use the passwords "Giavanni6151," "Giavanni5400," "Giavanni0769," "Bailey6151," "Bailey5400," "Bailey0769," "Herbert5400," "Herbert6151," and "Herbert0769." I desperately need to retrieve photos of my child from my account. Your assistance in recovering both my email accounts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a concern regarding my account security. I suspect that my account may be under parental control without my knowledge. While browsing your website, particularly when trying to access the privacy policy, I noticed unusual redirects to different websites instead of the intended page. This has led me to believe that there may be unauthorized access or monitoring of my account activities. Additionally, I feel like I have unintentionally agreed to various terms and conditions on websites that allow invasive tracking of my online and financial activities. I am troubled by delayed emails, erroneous advertisements, and discrepancies in phone calls. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these issues with a representative. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I have a government-provided cell phone, but I've misplaced it somewhere at home. I am unable to locate it by calling it from another phone associated with my Gmail account. The other phone also has Gmail, but I'm unsure how to access the Gmail account linked to that phone to make my lost phone ring. I suspect it may be inside the house or possibly in the van. However, due to a back injury, I can't thoroughly search the van where many items are stored. It would be challenging to search through the inventory in my house to find the missing phone. I need assistance in accessing my other phone's Gmail account to use Google's "Find My Phone" feature, possibly through the device manager.

I recently received an automated email from Google informing me that my email account was being disabled, possibly for a policy violation. After reaching out for assistance, I was told to expect a response within 48-72 hours. It has now been almost a month, and I have not heard back despite sending multiple reports. I suspect my account was mistakenly disabled as I was actively reporting spam emails. This email is crucial for staying in touch with my military family and accessing important services like the VA system for my medical needs. I kindly request that my account be restored, or at least granted temporary access to transition to a new email address. You can contact me at [redacted] Thank you. James Hill

I've been trying to access one of my Gmail accounts, which is also my recovery email, but keep receiving "Google cannot verify it is you." My recovery phone number has changed, and the listed number's last two digits are from years ago and I can't recall them. When asked for the account opening year, I believe it was around or before [redacted], but I can only select back to [redacted] on the help site. Despite entering the confirmation number sent to my primary email, I'm told I am unverifiable. What should I do next?

I'm facing an issue with the Find My Device app and website. Though the location is displayed correctly, I'm unable to ring or unlock my device. Error messages like "Couldn't ring device" appear. I've ensured my Google account is active, Chrome has location turned on, and all permissions are granted. I've tried troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and data, reinstalling the app, and signing out without success. Interestingly, using my backup account allows me to perform all functions. Any guidance on fixing this for future security would be appreciated.

I lost access to two crucial accounts a couple of months ago when I broke my phone. Both accounts used Google Wallet, with a significant amount of money passing through. I also have many paid apps tied to these accounts. It's essential to me as I have all my photos there, and my Google Voice number is significant. I remember the passwords, but I can't bypass the two-step verification without my phone. I've been trying for months now. The recovery email for the first account, [redacted], is [redacted] The Google Voice number is [redacted]. There were transactions with Rebecca Botwinis depositing money into the wallet. I accidentally dropped my LGE LG-V930 device today, which has a game linked to my Gmail account. Regrettably, I am now unable to access the Gmail accounts as I didn't save the information elsewhere. I am struggling to recover these accounts and I really don't want to lose my progress. There are five accounts connected to the same device, all linked to my main account. I have used my credit card on each of these Google email accounts as well. I hope to find a way to access them as they are all associated with my main account, credit card, and device.
