I have a SafeLink phone but forgot my email password and all my info. Someone tried to reset my phone. My husband and daughter had SafeLink phones too, but we forgot their email passwords as well. My old email address was [redacted] You can contact me there. I set up a new account as [redacted] with password [redacted]7vm, but it requires the original one used to synchronize the phone. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account on my iPhone. It is set as the default email, but I keep getting locked out despite entering the correct password. I receive emails notifying me of unauthorized login attempts, which I confirm are me, but the cycle continues. Please assist in stopping my phone from being locked out. The notes on my phone were linked to this Gmail account and are crucial to me. I am unable to view them and they are now in the cloud, visible to others. I would appreciate help in resolving this issue to regain access to my account and protect my privacy.

Hello,
I would appreciate some assistance in updating the cellphone number associated with my Google email account, [redacted] The old number was [redacted], and the new number is [redacted].
Additionally, I am unable to access my account as I cannot receive a verification code due to the change in my phone number. I have also encountered issues with resetting my password as the security question answer does not seem to be accepted. The security question is related to embroidery or sewing, potentially involving the name of a company like Janome. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the exact answer as it was lost during a system crash.
I last changed my password on 05-07-16 at 15:20:53 from "nottelling88" to a more secure one with the last five characters being "OLD@4."
I have tried providing evidence of my account ownership by mentioning some file folder names stored in the account. However, I am still unable to regain access.
Any help with resetting my password and updating the cellphone number would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you kindly for your assistance.
Regards,
Ila from Maine

Hello,
I need assistance updating my cell phone number on my Google email account, [redacted], to receive a verification code. My old number was [redacted], and the new one is [redacted].
Alternatively, could you reset my password and provide me with the new one to access my account? Both updates may be necessary.
Due to my changed cell phone number, I'm unable to verify or change my password, hindering my access. Although I receive codes at my backup email, the system redirects me to a support person who doubts my ownership of the account. My account includes my name, Ila.
I urgently need to access this email ([redacted]) to retrieve important files.
In addition, my security question pertains to embroidery or sewing, possibly involving a company name like Janome. Unfortunately, I can't recall the exact answer. I previously safeguarded this information with a screenshot, which was lost during a system crash.
Further details: my password update occurred on 05-07-16 at 15:20:53 from "nottelling88" to a more secure one ending in "OLD@4." I accessed this account primarily on my HP Satellite computer and integrated it with my main Gmail ([redacted]) around 6 to 8 months ago.
If necessary, I can provide a list of folder names as proof of ownership. Please assist in resetting my password or updating my phone number to regain account access.
Thank you for your help.
Respectfully,
Ila M. Turner

I am addressing the incorrect charges on my Bank of America credit card. There are charges from Netflix on both my Capital One and Bank of America credit cards, as well as charges from YouTube, mfpd.com, Google storage, and trapcall-cc.com. I had already paid the full amounts for these charges months ago. I kindly request that you promptly refund the full amounts back to my account. I am also seeking help to recover my email account that was hacked on August 16, [redacted]. Despite providing all required information to prove ownership, I have not been able to regain access. I ask that you address these issues promptly. Thank you for rectifying these errors and ensuring the correct charges are credited back to my bank account. Sincerely, A.R. Leon.

Hello, my name is Gerald Lee. I recently purchased a new Android phone, the Alcatel Fierce. I've been a long-time customer of Google and have had many phones over the years. This time, when I turned on my new phone, my contact numbers did not sync correctly. Normally, I have over [redacted] contacts displayed, but now I only have around [redacted]. I've tried syncing the contacts from my other devices multiple times, waited 24 hours, and still no luck. Yesterday, November 4th, was my 60th birthday, and I was unable to call my mother and sons who live out of state because their numbers are not in my phone due to the reduced contact list. I reached out to Metro for help, but despite several attempts by their technicians, the issue remains unresolved. From [redacted]+ contacts on my previous phone, my new phone only shows [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I had issues with the Tinder app on Saturday night. While trying to use it, the membership pop-ups kept blocking the screen, so I cancelled within five minutes. Even though Google confirmed the cancellation, Tinder still charged me on Sunday morning. I've been trying to get my money back, but Tinder is not helping, and Google's customer service is not resolving the problem either. It's frustrating dealing with this situation, and the lack of assistance from both companies is disappointing. I hope they can address this issue promptly and provide a solution.

I have been receiving calls for a business that is no longer active. Despite speaking with multiple Google representatives and explaining that the business has closed, the information remains on Google Maps. I would like to have my details removed from the site. The former business name was 1st Source Cleaning Service. The associated email was [redacted], and the phone number was [redacted]. I am receiving group text messages with at least 17 other recipients, and the numbers all seem to trace back to Google, such as [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. This issue is causing disruptions to my personal time, and I would appreciate guidance on how to address this matter effectively.

I forgot my account password but tried to reset it using my phone number linked to the account. After entering my email and attempting to reset the password, Google asked for my last password or a verification code, which was sent to my phone. However, when I entered the code, Google then requested to know when the account was created. I want access to my account immediately. I am aware of the second password recovery option, but Google is asking for more time to review my request and is requesting an email for future contact, which I cannot provide.

When my daughter was 3 or 4 years old, I created a Gmail account for her. Over the years, I've been emailing pictures, videos, and more to that email address with the intention of sharing the password with her later on. Recently, I tried to access the account to ensure everything was intact, but I couldn't log in. Unfortunately, I didn't set up a recovery email or phone number for the account. Oddly enough, I created a similar account for my son at the same time and could recover his account using my information. Despite my repeated attempts at the recovery process, I always reach a point where it says, "unfortunately, we couldn't verify this is your account." I'm desperate for help as there are five years' worth of memories on that account that are irreplaceable.

My business, Roseann's Hair Studio, is facing a challenge with fake 1-star Google reviews from possibly a former employee or a disgruntled customer. These reviews lack explanation and have been ongoing for 2 months. I have tried reporting them to Google without any response. While one review may be legitimate regarding a phone experience, the others are fabricated as they don't match our client records. We urgently need assistance with this issue. Thank you for your attention.

I have two accounts that I need help accessing. One is an older account connected to dianabaltzley69@gmail that was compromised by my abusive ex-partner who is now in prison. He committed identity theft and I am unable to log in. I can provide my picture ID, police reports, court statements, and even a statement from an AT&T representative to verify my ownership. More recently, my email account linked to Diana baltzley 6 at gmail is inaccessible because my phone was stolen at work. The security verification sends a prompt to my phone which I can no longer access. I have proof of identification as Diana baltzley and I am willing to provide any necessary documents to regain access to both accounts.

Help needed!
Google keeps adding apps and notifications to my cell phone without my consent. For instance, every time I make a call, Google automatically adds the contact to my list. Despite my attempts to disable, force stop, or uninstall these apps, Google keeps restarting them.
My old Samsung Mini4 had battery issues, forcing me to keep it in airplane mode all the time. Now, with my new Samsung 7, I deliberately didn't transfer anything from my old phone, but Google apps are still causing problems. I can't remove Samsung's pre-installed apps, and I am bombarded with constant notifications, ads, and questions when using the phone.
I desperately need a new email address, and I would appreciate a text or phone call to set up a time for a phone appointment with a human to address these issues. I am frustrated and overwhelmed.
Thank you,
Kip Thurlow

In [redacted], I purchased an Apple product and they created an Apple ID and Gmail address for me for payment purposes. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my Apple ID and when I tried to unlock it, it sent an email to the Gmail address provided. The issue is that I no longer have access to that Gmail address as the password was changed by someone else. The security questions associated with the account were set up when the Gmail address was created for the Apple ID, so I do not have all the answers. One correct answer is that it was created in Dubai, UAE in October [redacted]. I need to regain access to this Gmail address to unlock my Apple ID, which is necessary for my two linked devices. I can prove ownership by detailing the locations and devices where the account was used. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you. Best regards, BA

Last night someone attempted to log into my Google Gmail account without authorization. I strongly suspect it was my ex-husband, whom I have a restraining order against. This happened twice and I have evidence of the location from where the attempts were made. I took screenshots when Google prompted me if I was trying to recover the account, to which I replied no. I also received messages about a sign-in request that was blocked since it wasn't from me. Is there a way to identify the person behind this unauthorized access? I have his contact details. Alternatively, I would appreciate speaking to a real person. My number is [redacted].

I was locked out of my account after an attempt from another country. Last time I called customer service, I was informed the password was correct but the account was locked. I need help to regain access to my account as I've been unable to do so for six months. Unfortunately, I misplaced the contact number for Google's customer service. The phone number linked to the account is inactive, but I now have a work phone and email. I possess my driver's license with details matching the account. I can provide alternate email addresses and connected accounts. The account [redacted] was mine, closed around the time I lost access to [redacted] I've attempted account recovery and password reset, but I lack access to the old phone number, blocking me each time. I fear unauthorized access due to the unique nature of my name and profession. I seek assurance that the account is secure or closed.
