I recently bought a new ZTE Android phone from Q Link Wireless. The phone came with Chrome preloaded. I wanted to create a separate account on the Android to keep it separate from my desktop. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of Google, Chrome, and internet use. I tried downloading Firefox but I still can't access anything. When I added Gmail to my desktop and tried to add it to my Android, an alert for an unauthorized attempt was triggered, even though it was me. I realize I should have connected the Android to my primary Google account from the start. I believe there is a conflict with my Android account that I can't resolve. My boyfriend's accounts, emails, and phones have been hacked by someone claiming to be Jeffrey Howard Rian. The hacker is Spanish, which sometimes leads to security questions in Spanish. We are from Ohio, and this situation has become severe, making it hard to trust my boyfriend. We aim to delete multiple old emails and keep just a couple, but the hacker has set up various accounts. We purchased a fingerprint identifier for added security. Help is needed to delete old accounts and recover the [redacted] account with the previous password musicgenius11 or 1. I recently received an email notification about a request for access to a private document on Google Drive. The document in question was not work-related and I had only shared a different Google Doc with the person making the request. It concerns me that someone could request access to a document they are not authorized to know about. Even though the content remains private, the fact that they could see the document's title feels like an infringement of my privacy. This incident has made me reconsider the security of using Google Drive, as I no longer feel confident that my unshared documents are truly private. I hope this issue is just a mistake and that Google will enhance their system to ensure that unshared documents, both title and content, are completely inaccessible to unauthorized individuals.

While trying to change my password for my active Gmail account, I encountered an issue with the temporary code being sent to an old unused email address. This led to me being locked out of my account. After contacting Google customer service, a technician informed me that my computer had been compromised by GuruAid, who had accessed my personal information during their previous service on October 23. The Google tech suggested further assistance and mentioned referring me to another company.

We are transitioning to a new advertising agency on 01 November [redacted] from Apple Advertising in Sydney, with Nicole Fitzpatrick, to Marketing Lab in Melbourne, with Sebastian Alberti.
Nicole has been unhelpful with providing access to our AdWords login. This account was initially ours and was transferred to her by our previous ad agency, Aussie Web, who were more cooperative than Apple Advertising. We need access to this account for our new agency as it rightfully belongs to us.
We are disappointed by this situation and request assistance in resolving it, as Nicole has not shared the ads or keywords data with us, which we contributed to building and financially supported. We believe there should be a code of ethics for such behavior from advertising agents, especially those claiming to be Google Partners.

I signed up for YouTube TV and attempted to cancel the next day; unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone due to the lack of phone support. After my bank couldn't assist in disputing the charge, I was advised to cancel my card. Despite this, YouTube TV managed to charge my new card, resulting in ongoing charges for a service I no longer want. I have been charged $40 twice, totaling $80. I am seeking a refund for these charges and to have my YouTube TV subscription cancelled.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my recent Gmail accounts. I have had numerous Gmail accounts hacked, preventing me from accessing them. I specifically need access to the last two accounts I created for my phone: [redacted] and [redacted] To address this issue, I created an Outlook email, [redacted] Despite this, when attempting to verify my identity with a second code from Google, I encountered obstacles. It seems hackers are able to access and control my Gmail accounts using my information. My professional name is JoJo Mag, and I have several accounts, such as the ones mentioned, that I cannot access. Due to these complications, I had to visit the MetroPCS store for a hard reset on my phone, resulting in the loss of all data stored on it.

I recently received an email from you regarding verifying my claim. Mentioning the possibility that a family member or friend may have used my card. Let me clarify that I am a 55-year-old woman living alone without any family members. I never share my card with anyone, not even a salesperson. I exclusively make online purchases and keep my card securely in my purse.
On Wednesday, Oct. 24, after returning home from my third-shift job, I was prepping dinner when my phone alerted me to eight fraudulent charges. I promptly contacted my bank to block the card, ordered a replacement, and tried to reach out to Google about the unauthorized charges.
Given my situation of living alone and securely handling my card, this fraudulent activity was not perpetrated by any family member or friend. Please review my claim accordingly.

I received a notification that someone from Russia tried to access my account, so I was prompted to change my password. I have had no issues for 7 years. The password they provided was a combination of letters and numbers I would never use, and it then required syncing my cell phone with my laptop, which I prefer not to do as my phone has user interface problems. I'm hesitant to shut down my computer now, unsure if my password has been altered. I'm no longer able to play Trivia Crack, although other games are accessible. Email access is still available, but I'm uncertain if any changes were made to my password.

I am unable to access my Gmail account. I remember the initial password and have additional information, but the recovery process is not working for me. The account was originally created for Pokemon Go. Initially, I mistakenly created the email "[redacted]" thinking it was for Pokemon Go, not realizing it was for Gmail. The email was used on my aunt's phone, and when she created her own Gmail account, my email was changed to "[redacted]" and the password was altered, which she doesn't remember. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the recovery email "[redacted]". I only require access to the account for Pokemon Go, ideally to transfer my Pokemon to another account. When seeking tech help at Staples, they couldn't find the email associated with my device, which makes sense since it had been inactive for a while. I recently received an email from Google stating that the phone I sent for trade-in was received in perfect condition, with an estimated value of $[redacted]. However, I was informed today that my screen is damaged and they are only offering $19.50. This is very upsetting, as my phone was initially in excellent condition. The representative informed me that my account had a red flag and identified multiple overseas IP addresses using my computer, along with a MEBROOT virus. I was directed to a level 6 tech support team who quoted a fee of $[redacted].99 to resolve the issue. However, upon requesting proof of the fix, they claimed it was no longer visible. Despite not paying the fee yet, I remain unable to sign in even with recovery options. On October 24th, I received a 7-day mute on Billionaire Casino due to using inappropriate language, which I sincerely apologize for. I have already served my time for the violation. However, after reaching out to Huuuge yesterday, they informed me that my mute will be extended. Interestingly, the other player who engaged in similar inappropriate language was only muted overnight. The situation arose because a jealous former club member reported our conversation where inappropriate language was used. While I acknowledge my mistake, I feel the punishment is unfair compared to others. I am frustrated with the inconsistency in how these issues are handled. I have decided not to spend any more money on the game until my chat privileges are restored. It seems unfair that this incident may prevent me from communicating with my friends in the game. I hope for a resolution and the chance to chat again without restrictions.
