I bought UC cash through an in-app purchase on PUBG Mobile on October 27 at 12:22 a.m. using internet banking. The charge was Rs. [redacted] for [redacted]+[redacted] UC credits. Although the amount was debited from my account, I did not receive the UCs in the game. My SBI account shows the money went to INB Times of Money Ltd. This is concerning as it is a significant sum of money. I have been unable to reach customer care for assistance. The beneficiary is Times of Money Ltd, with reference number IGAEQLWQZ4. I request that this issue be resolved promptly by either crediting the UC to my account or refunding the money. I have noticed others facing similar problems, leading me to question the trustworthiness of Times of Money Ltd. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

I recently set up two-factor authentication on all my Google applications using a YubiKey, but it didn't work on all devices, so I switched to text notifications. Unfortunately, my phone got damaged, and it will take a week to get a new one from Sprint. Without my phone, I can't use two-factor authentication, and the Google Authenticator app isn't working. I had to create a new Gmail account on my new phone just to download apps. I need help recovering my original Gmail account without two-factor authentication. I hope this explanation is clear. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I encountered an issue while trying to create a new Google account. After providing my name, username, and password, I was prompted to enter my phone number. Upon doing so and clicking "next," I received an error message stating that my number has been used too many times. Despite deleting my extra Google accounts, I faced the same problem upon retrying. Since this is my sole phone number, I believe others might also face this challenge. Google should consider resetting the limit on the phone number's usage after the deletion of all other accounts. This would facilitate the verification process for creating a new account.

Hello, I am having difficulty accessing my [redacted] account due to forgetting my password. While I receive the SMS for the first verification step, I am not receiving the second verification code at my email [redacted] This is concerning as I have important documents and a Google Play developer account linked to this email. Additionally, I cannot recall my recovery codes and suspect unauthorized access to my account. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account and receiving the verification code through alternative channels. Thank you for your help and support in this matter.

I need help with recovering access to my Gmail account. My wife inadvertently changed the password during an argument, and now she cannot remember the new password. She is currently logged in on her device using the Gmail app, but I am unable to access the account since I do not know the password. Whenever I try to reset the password on her phone, it asks for the old password, which I do not know. Despite numerous attempts at the recovery process, I have been unable to prove ownership of the account. The email address in question is [redacted], created earlier this year, although I cannot recall the exact month. I am Trevor Wafler, the sole owner of the account, and I simply need to regain access to retrieve my photos and use my YouTube account.

I am struggling to recover my Gmail account, [redacted] Despite knowing my password and security questions, and having access to [redacted], the account recovery process keeps looping on all devices. I can access [redacted] on my personal Mac where it is logged in. Despite extensive efforts with Apple technicians, the issue persists. As I cannot reach Google through phone or chat, I am turning to this forum for help. I am unable to receive emails on my new phone or reset my old iPhone until I resolve the password issue with Google, trapping me in a frustrating cycle on their website.

I've been changing my password frequently due to issues in my relationship. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and when I tried to recover it, my account was put on security hold. I also had to factory reset my phone, so now I don't have access to my Google Authenticator for the code. I never saved the passcodes anywhere. Even when I input the correct password and validate the code sent via text, I'm prompted for another form of verification. The only options left are the Google Authenticator code or waiting 3-5 days for assistance. Waiting is not an option for me as critical accounts, like those for smart products, are linked to this account, including Google Wifi and the August Home App, which currently has me locked out of my own home.

Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach Google support for assistance in resolving this issue and transferring my data to the new account. I urgently need help to regain access to my old account and resolve this data transfer problem.

I need urgent assistance with a serious issue regarding my ex-girlfriend. She has taken control of my Google, Facebook, and other social media accounts by setting up parental controls and face recognition. This is affecting my business as some of these accounts are linked to it. Additionally, she has changed my phone number on Messenger, preventing me from receiving calls and emails. She has threatened to harm my business if I leave her, which she has now done. She even redirected my calls and emails to herself and disabled my Google device. I have all the passwords for these accounts, but I am unable to regain control. This has been going on for eight months and is greatly impacting my life. I fear she may be intercepting my messages as well. Please reach out to me at [redacted] for any assistance. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Google account. I've had issues with iCloud in the past, but Google seems worse. I'm unable to access my Google account as it claims my email is already taken - of course it is, I created it. Additionally, I can't log in to my backup accounts either. This frustration is significant.

I am currently experiencing a significant issue with the South Park: Phone Destroyerâ„¢ app created by Ubisoft Entertainment. My account was unexpectedly banned, leaving me confused as I received no prior warning or email about the situation. Regrettably, I have invested approximately $[redacted] in the past, which now seems to have no value. Despite my attempts, they have refused to provide any explanations or assistance, which has left me feeling frustrated. I am considering seeking a refund, but it appears challenging given the circumstances. This situation has led me to question their respect for customer rights, and I am concerned that I may not be the only one facing issues like this. (I managed to secure refunds for my last three transactions through Google Play.)

I kindly request you to cease posting advertisements on my email account for the third time. The ads remain the same two every time, as I have consistently mentioned in your survey over [redacted] times. It is frustrating that nothing has changed despite my feedback. Moreover, it seems unfair to exploit your customers in this manner, especially considering the considerable profits your company enjoys. Removing these ads would greatly improve my business life. I implore you to discontinue adding these repetitive ads at the top of my email. It seems you promptly replace them with the same ad as soon as I delete the previous one. This practice feels exploitative towards your customers. I believe it is unjust to take advantage of customers in this manner. If I engaged in this behavior in my business, I would risk losing clients to more ethical competitors. The decision is now yours. These ads were not present for many years, so I urge you to make them stop.

I received a secondhand Samsung J3 Skypro from my ex-boyfriend, Robert J., and his family friend, Anthony B., who then hacked into my phone using my phone number during a WesternUnion transaction. They deleted pictures related to an incident in NY, leading me to break the phone intentionally and try to access my email accounts. Despite multiple attempts, Google did not send me a password reset, contact me via email, or provide backup codes for my accounts under the email addresses kenyattamckeithan and Tierra Mckeithan at gmail. I reported this to the sheriff's office and NYPD due to additional mail theft and vehicle tampering. Google has been my main support platform for years. They can contact my mother at [redacted] and me at [redacted], while my daughter now uses [redacted]. Photos have been sent to Google for verification through Google Docs and Photos.

I am feeling incredibly frustrated and overwhelmed by the situation I am experiencing. Earlier today, I tried to contact my daughter and granddaughter in Colorado but was redirected to a page requesting to recover my Google account, rendering my phone unusable. I cannot afford the $[redacted] repair cost as I am disabled and unable to work or drive anymore. Although my son got me a Cricket phone, I am unable to reach my family in the neighboring state, causing anxiety. My Gmail address is [redacted] with the password Lilylove1, a setup that has been in place for quite some time. Unfortunately, I can't access any verification codes, don't recall the associated phone number or the account creation year, and the old phone cannot receive calls or messages. Please urgently contact me at [redacted]. I will be anxiously waiting for your call. My name is Peggy.

I am seeking to have personal information removed from Google search results. While I understand that criminal records are public by law, I believe that accessing them directly through the courts is different from them being readily available in a Google search. This is an embarrassing part of my past, and I have moved on from the situation that led to those charges. Initially, Google did remove the link's content from search results, but when I requested for it to be entirely removed, the link was reactivated because I am not protected by the "European law" as I reside in the United States. This has caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I am reaching out for help to have this information removed. It is important to me as I now work as a professional and do not wish for this past incident to be easily accessible to everyone. I provided the specific link(s) above and any assistance with removing the first one would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day. Happy Halloween. - D. Galardi

Hello, Google. I mainly use my email for communication with family and friends as I do not have a phone and limited internet access through my tablet. I was surprised to find my account closed, which has caused inconvenience as my location is also incorrectly marked on Google Maps. This has made it difficult for my loved ones to reach out to me. Without a phone, I rely on Wi-Fi for internet access. I kindly request the reactivation of my Gmail account, Dennis V Larson at gmail.com. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm trying to contact someone from Google regarding a grant offer I received. The call informed me I was chosen for a $14,[redacted] grant sponsored by Google. They assured me it was free money I wouldn't have to repay. However, they later requested I purchase a $[redacted] Google card for registration before depositing the grant funds into my account. Feeling deceived and anxious, I realized this may be a scam. I regret giving out my bank details. I hope Google is not associated with such fraudulent practices. I can't express how disappointed and upset this has made me feel. I couldn't find a legitimate contact number. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me on [redacted].

Hello Google, I appreciate the opportunity to address my concern. I have experienced multiple compromises of my Gmail accounts, including Lisa presgrove at gmail.com, presgrove 65 at gmail.com, presgrove 4 at gmail.com, among others. The culprit appears to be someone I know, making it difficult to prove. Whenever I create a new email and password, within seconds, the account is changed to a different email address. This situation is distressing, and I have also experienced the sharing of my picture and account with this individual, causing significant discomfort. Please feel free to contact me at [redacted] I would greatly appreciate the chance to discuss this matter further with your team. Thank you for your attention and assistance. God bless.

My Google account has been locked for a month which is causing a lot of inconvenience. I am unable to access Google, YouTube, the Play Store, or even GPS on my phone. Google says the account is not mine because I can't recall the exact date I created it. My account was set to send a prompt to my cellphone each time I tried to access it, but suddenly the prompts stopped coming on 10/03/18. When I tried to reset my password, the reset prompts were sent to an old phone number that I haven't used since February [redacted] when it was stolen. This old phone had my previous accounts linked to it. The situation is frustrating as my current phone is low on storage and without the account, I can't back up data. I really need to regain access to my account as I have important information stored there.

I recently received an email in my Yahoo account that appeared to be from Gmail. The email used my full name and had a return address ending in google.com. Despite reading information stating that emails showing google.com are authentic, I discovered that this specific email was a phishing attempt. After changing my email address as requested in the email, I called what I believed was a valid Google number. Unfortunately, this led to my account being hacked. I immediately changed all my financial passwords after receiving an inappropriate message. Dell informed me that Google does not have a number for direct customer contact, which I find disappointing. It seems Google may not be concerned about these issues. I would appreciate an explanation from Google regarding this incident, as I was unable to reach them by phone to report the phishing attempt that targeted me through a non-Gmail email.
