I have previously conducted business with a website, www.earthing.com, and made purchases. Recently, when trying to visit the site, I encountered a privacy error stating "Your connection is not private... NET::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY." This issue only occurs on my iMac using Google Chrome. Safari and Google Chrome on my MacBook Pro allow me to access the site. I contacted Earthing.com at 1-[redacted], and they could access the site using Google Chrome. It seems the problem is specific to my iMac's Google Chrome settings. I want to resolve this to continue using Google Chrome for browsing. I am also disappointed with the lack of a customer service phone number for direct assistance.

I am trying to generate a geographic report to analyze keyword performance in different regions like zip codes and city names. However, when including search keywords in the report, I cannot add zip codes or city names. Is there a solution, script, or third-party tool that can help me achieve this? I understand this may result in a large report, but I am interested in seeing the performance metrics for each keyword in specific cities and zip codes.

A few days ago, I was asked to change my password and unfortunately forgot to write it down. When I tried to log back in, I got locked out as Google couldn't verify my identity. Our phone number changed after switching from Suddenlink, but my laptop remains in the same location at home. I am using a Samsung phone from AT&T at home near my laptop, both with location services on. Despite changing my password again, Google continues to lock me out. I have always been a fan of Google and even own a Chromebook. If you were to turn on my camera, you'd see it's really me, although I've grown a beard since my last login. Another issue was the mobile wifi hotspot on my phone shutting down unexpectedly, leading to numerous restarts. Thanks for any help.

I am experiencing an issue with Google Sync being suspended. I am not very tech-savvy, but attempted to transfer photos from my Android phone to Google Drive or my Google Account to then upload them to my laptop for a new Word document called "Pictorial Directions." Initially, it said it was "waiting on wifi," and now it states that it is having difficulty and to standby, which has been ongoing for hours. I urgently need to finish and submit my "Pictorial Directions." The wifi in question is from an AT&T product. The only trouble being reported is with Google Sync, so I am reaching out for assistance. My Pixel 2XL only charges with third-party chargers now. Even Google fast chargers don't work at home or in the car. I tried a new charger from Verizon, but it didn't help. They gave me a Samsung fast charger that works, but it's not as fast as the Google ones. Verizon was not able to provide a solution. I want my Google fast charger to work as advertised, as this issue started after the latest update. Google, please fix this or refund me for the technology that is not working correctly. I am disappointed as I paid for the fast charging feature, and it's not functioning properly since the update.

I have been attempting to access my Gmail account without success for the past few days. My Gmail account is [redacted], and my password is ouida101. I now have a new Samsung Galaxy J7 phone with the number [redacted]. On Thursday, 11/09/18, I received a security alert email from Google informing me that there was a suspicious login attempt on my Gmail account, which was blocked. I immediately changed my password and checked the list of devices with access to my account. I noticed that a device from Brazil, unknown to me, had been blocked by Google. Since I reside in Durham, North Carolina, I find it concerning that a device from Brazil tried to access my account. I have been unable to remove this unknown device myself and would appreciate guidance on how to do so. Additionally, I am eager to learn how to prevent similar unauthorized access attempts in the future. The unauthorized device attempted to access my account on 11/9/18 at 2:08 am, making this issue time-sensitive.

Dear Google Team,
I am reaching out regarding my account [redacted] Recently, my mother changed the password to Namovenkatesa16$ from a different location. Unfortunately, when I couldn't recall this password, I changed it to something I can remember, Ramadas33. The phone number linked to the account has been removed, and I have been unable to access my account for the past two days.
One password I do recall using for an extended period is Venkateshwara!16. Within my Gmail drive, I have a voice recording of my father who has since passed away. This drive holds many important memories and documents for me.
After receiving an email to [redacted] notifying me that my phone number was removed, I have been unable to reset the password and access my account. Despite trying various methods, I have not received any emails from Google as promised.

I believe someone has created a Gmail account using the combination of my first and last name along with the number 7. The Gmail address is garrityterry7. This person seems to have accessed all my Google accounts through this Gmail account. I request a thorough review of this account to identify any potentially harmful activities that could endanger me financially or legally. I kindly ask for a detailed scan of all activities across Google platforms associated with this account. Hello! I'm Brandon. My brother, Julien, and I created a Gmail and YouTube account named "SKY 2" in August [redacted]. The channel has a video titled "Bright Lights."

I noticed INR [redacted] was debited from my account on November 11. The bank notification stated, "Dear Customer, A/c XX489 debited with Rs.[redacted].00 Info: GOOGLE Renderwiso Cur Bal: Rs.[redacted].21." I did not make this payment. After contacting the bank, they mentioned Google processed the transaction. I have not authorized any Google app to use my card details. Although my card was stored in Google Play store, I removed it immediately upon discovering the unauthorized deduction. Kindly investigate this issue further. During a Google Duo call, photos were taken without consent on two iOS devices, an iPhone 8 and iPhone 6. The individual who borrowed the iPhone 6 previously owned an iPhone 4 which was listed as a trusted device on the iPhone 6. Concerns are raised about how the photos were taken and the lack of awareness during the call, especially as the disabled person in the photos was unaware. The person who took the photos had access to both phones and likely paired or synced them. The person seemed to have used the internet and the disabled person's phone number for various apps. Law enforcement is handling the matter, but they don't seem to grasp the seriousness of the situation. The individual insists the disabled person was aware of the call, but she denies it. Suspicious behavior was observed during the call, indicating potential wrongdoing. Assistance is sought to understand how this breach of privacy occurred, given both phones are owned by the same individual and certain settings were tampered with on the disabled person's device. A request is made for diagnostic information on the two iPhones, as well as guidance on resolving this alarming issue that has left the disabled person feeling vulnerable.

I used up my base plan data and purchased an additional gigabyte for $30 plus tax in Canadian dollars on Friday the 9th. Shortly after buying the data, I received a text stating that I had already used 95% of the add-on data. I primarily intended to use the data for gaming purposes, but to my surprise, it was all consumed by Google Play movies without my knowledge. I usually download shows on Netflix without any issues, but the fact that a whole gigabyte was used for just one movie and a half-hour show seems excessive. I did not receive any notifications about these downloads, and the typical download arrow did not appear on my screen. I am requesting compensation for the data that was used without my consent.
