I have been using my [redacted] account for over 15 years. Recently, I forgot my password and when trying to reset it, I encountered the Google authentication process which I had never set up before. To complicate matters, I have relocated from NC to AZ and updated my phone number and address. Unfortunately, due to these changes, I am unable to receive the verification code to regain access to my account. Additionally, I realized that my backup email is the same as my original email, which seems unnecessary. I have never set up Google authentication and am unfamiliar with the process. All I want is to retrieve my photos and documents that are stored in my account.

I used my roommate's laptop to access my Google account, [redacted] However, I forgot to sign out, and now I suspect he or his girlfriend have taken over my account and made themselves the administrators. I never assigned an administrator to my account before. I need help to recover my account. My name is Tracy Brooks Holtzapfel. My recovery email was [redacted], but it seems to have been changed to [redacted], and then possibly to one of my roommate's or his girlfriend's email addresses. You can contact me through my daughter's email address, which is not compromised. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Tracy Holtzapfel

Hello Google Support, I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my Gmail account, [redacted], as I'm not receiving the verification code needed for login. This Gmail account was created with the phone number +1 [redacted], which I used while studying in the US from [redacted] to [redacted]. Unfortunately, AT&T informed me that this phone number is now in use by another individual. Despite my efforts to contact them for assistance, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining the verification code necessary to access my Gmail account promptly. Given the urgency of the situation, as I need to retrieve important files from my account, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Can you please update the phone number on the account to +86 [redacted]1 or link it to my alternative Gmail account, [redacted]? Thank you for your prompt attention and support.

I updated my password, which caused me to be logged out of all my devices. Now, I am unable to verify myself even though I have the correct password and email. I am stuck in a loop trying to access my account because I am not receiving the verification code sent to my email. The phone numbers linked to my email are inactive, and the verification email I have attached is missing. It would be helpful if there was a contact number provided to address issues like this. Creating a new account is not an option as this email is linked to many personal accounts with important emails. I am willing to provide personal information for verification, but I need access to my account back.

I have a concern about transferring my old phone number to my new phone, as the new phone has a Yahoo account linked to it which I cannot access. I'm struggling to retrieve my Google accounts and all the valuable data in Google Chrome. I am locked out and unable to answer security questions for verification. I have important memories and information stored in my Google accounts that I need access to. It seems like there may be interference with my accounts, and I am seeking urgent assistance to resolve this issue. Kindly contact me at [redacted] to help me regain access to my accounts. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

I recently got a new phone number, [redacted], after breaking my old phone. However, after trying to transfer my Google account to this new number, I encountered issues with a random Yahoo account associated with it. Now, when I try to access my Google accounts, it keeps sending codes to the Yahoo account. I can't log in to access my passwords saved on Google Chrome, and it's become a frustrating cycle of trying different approaches. I even had to create a new Gmail account. This ordeal began when I switched phone numbers, and I am puzzled by the interference from the Yahoo account. I feel stuck without access to my contacts, photos, and social media accounts. Any assistance or insights into resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, '[redacted]', after changing my phone number. Despite having two-step verification enabled, the account is sending the security codes to my old number instead of my current one, +[redacted]44, both of which are associated with my account. When I try to recover the account, it claims I am logged in on a different device, which is inaccurate. I fear my account might be compromised, and I urgently need to regain access. I have created a temporary email, [redacted], as a contact point since my other email, [redacted], is not receiving verification codes. Time is of the essence as I have pressing matters to attend to, so please assist me in recovering my account '[redacted]' by tomorrow, 14/2/22, to prevent potential financial losses. For additional context, I frequently use a Google Pixel 6, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7fe, and a Toshiba television linked to my account. Thank you, Josh Woodrow

I am seeking assistance with an issue on multiple accounts after purchasing a new computer at Walmart. Upon returning from a trip, I noticed an unfamiliar username, "[redacted]," appearing on my Microsoft and other accounts. I have only set up usernames for myself and my wife, not this unknown one. Despite clearing it multiple times, it keeps reappearing. I am unsure how this occurred and would appreciate any advice or guidance on resolving this matter. I hope to find a solution to this unsettling situation and I am open to learning about others' experiences with similar issues.

I have been locked out of my Gmail account, '[redacted]', after changing my phone number. The two-step security method is defaulting to texting the temporary number instead of my current number, +[redacted]44, even though both numbers are registered on the account. When trying to recover my account, it prompts that I'm logged in on another device, which is not the case. I fear my account is compromised but cannot reach anyone for help. I created a temporary email, [redacted], to be contacted. My alternate email, [redacted], is also not receiving codes. I urgently need access to my email by tomorrow, 14/2/22, to avoid financial loss. I have multiple devices linked to the account, including a Google Pixel 6, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7fe, and Toshiba television. Please help me rectify the issue with the text code or send it to the correct number, [redacted]4, which is already on the account. Thank you. - Josh Woodrow

I accidentally saved my login credentials for my account at [redacted] on my phone without writing them down. After losing that phone months ago along with the credentials, I didn't worry because I started a new email address. However, I now need access to my old Gmail account to receive important verification emails. I've tried the recovery method but can't progress as it only asks for my last password, which I don't remember. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

I recently found a charge of $69.54 on my credit card statement for GOOGLE YouTube TV. The charge was directed to Valerie M. Harris at [redacted] Camelot Ct., Luray, VA 22[redacted]. The last four digits of my credit card are [redacted]. I want to clarify this charge as I haven't used this card for a year, and we don't have a subscription to Google YouTube at this residence. It might be a fraudulent charge related to Google YouTube, or possibly an automatic renewal fee for my website hosted by godaddy.com. I'm uncertain about this charge and would appreciate clarifying whether it's legitimate or not. If you manage fees for godaddy.com as well, this charge could be valid. Kindly confirm this charge's nature. Thank you.

I received an email regarding my inactive Google Account. It was a message from Google Inactive Account Manager reminding me about the account setup in case of inactivity. The email listed points of contact in case of inactivity, along with a link to modify or deactivate the plan. I regularly use my Google Account and Gmail, so I'm unsure why this notification was sent. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. A phone call for guidance would be helpful as I take the necessary steps. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

When I request information on a specific topic, such as the location of the alternator mounting bracket on a [redacted] Nissan Murano, I only expect to see relevant images and answers. It's frustrating when search results show irrelevant details, like those for a [redacted] Nissan Altima. The accuracy matters, especially with technical details like car parts, as misinformation could lead to serious consequences like electrical issues or even a fire. It seems the search engine may be spreading itself too thin, possibly due to overwhelming amounts of information. I'm considering trying out other search engines like Bing to see if they can provide more accurate and tailored results to my inquiries. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the search experience for everyone, including avoiding such errors in the future.

I'm employed by Citizen Action of Wisconsin (CAW) as a phone banker. CAW utilizes a Google account for various purposes including emails and training materials. Recently, I attempted to create my own Google account, but faced a hurdle. Google informed me that due to it being a business account, I couldn't use my personal email. I followed their directions and set up a new account with an @gmail.com email address as directed. Despite verifying my user ID and password were correct, I continue to encounter the message that I'm unable to use the account as it is managed by my employer. Why is my new personal account not working as expected?

I have been an avid user of Google Voice since its inception. Recently, when upgrading to a new Pixel 5 5G, I discovered unauthorized purchases on my Google Store account. The timeline of events regarding a Nexus 6P case and phone raises suspicion as the case was bought before the phone, and my phone number was incorrect. Despite not receiving or ordering these items, charges were reflected on my Capitol One credit card statement connected to my Google account. Despite reaching out to Google in early January with screenshots and my credit card bill, I have faced significant challenges resolving this issue. Google has been unresponsive, only offering me the run-around and asking for order numbers I provided in screenshots. I am eager for a resolution, including a refund, acknowledgment of my time spent, and an explanation. I am fully willing to assist to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I have attempted calling various Google numbers but have only been connected to automated systems. I am seeking assistance from a real person to help me recover my account, as visiting Google support has not resolved the issue. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I urgently need to regain access to my old Google and YouTube account from [redacted]. The account holds an embarrassing video that is affecting my job search when my name is searched online. I remember the username and login email but can't recall the password. The recovery process asks for an old phone number I no longer have, complicating things. Refusing to verify without the phone exacerbates the issue. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am attempting to regain access to my Gmail account from which I was logged out. I recall both my email address and password, however, I receive an error message stating "wrong email or password." I am unable to receive the verification code on my phone as I no longer have access to that phone number. Moreover, I am not prompted to enter my recovery email, which Google claims does not exist. I proceeded to create a new Gmail account with identical information, and I did not receive any notification stating that "an account already exists with that name." How can I recover my email? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I am having trouble with receiving calls on my Google Voice number. When I try to answer the call, it disconnects. Also, calls made to my Google Voice number ring on my personal number first before coming through to Google Voice, causing dual calls. I want calls to come directly to my Google Voice number. How can I resolve these issues? It has been challenging to reach Google Voice customer support for help.
