Hello, I recently reset my Android ASUS ZenFone 3 and encountered an issue with logging into Gmail. I forgot my password and attempted to recover it following the steps provided. However, I did not set up an alternate email or phone number for verification purposes. When I tried to log in using my mobile number, I received a verification code, but upon entering it, I was instructed to go to my device settings, Google, manage account, security, and get another code, which seems illogical.
I have used a different Gmail account, [redacted], in the past and experienced the same process of receiving codes without being able to proceed further. It's becoming frustrating as I keep getting stuck at the same step. If anyone could offer guidance on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I contacted Google this morning at [redacted] to report unwanted Ads appearing on my screen. A man named Henry Austin offered to fix the issue by remotely accessing my computer. Claiming to install protective software for my accounts, he accessed my Citibank account and initiated a fraudulent $[redacted] transfer. Despite my objections, he reassured me it was for security purposes only. This was a scam, and Austin was not affiliated with Google. He managed to extract $[redacted] and transfer $1,[redacted] within my Citibank accounts before I realized the deception. I promptly contacted Citibank, and they confirmed the hack, issuing a new card and ATM number. I am baffled as I believed I was calling Google Customer Support. How did this breach occur? Have you heard of a Henry Austin working for you? Please advise.

I signed up for the Wonder Video Editors' three-day free trial offer, which clearly states I wouldn't be charged during these days and wouldn't incur the $79.99 yearly subscription if I canceled before the trial ended. However, upon subscribing, I was immediately charged $84. There was no free trial as promised. I requested a refund minutes after this misleading purchase, but the process didn't allow me to provide any details or evidence. I have screenshots proving the initial terms of the subscription. I am within the policy's 48-hour window for refunds. I demand a prompt refund as this was not an error on my part. Many other customers have also shared similar experiences in reviews, feeling scammed out of over $80 while attempting to access the free trial. I urgently need my money back to avoid overdrafts in my bank account, as I depend on that money for other bills. I attached a screenshot of the subscription terms showing the promised three days of free use before any charges are applied.

To whom it may concern,
I am Malcolm Bradley. The reason for my contact is that recently, there have been unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account in Brisbane, Australia. The withdrawals are under the names of Pyrmont and Barangaroo. I have not permitted these individuals to access my account, and I request that Google take immediate action to prevent further withdrawals. This activity has occurred primarily on the 5th and 6th of February over the last few days.
Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my old secondary Gmail account after getting a new computer and phone number. The security measures keep redirecting me to two-step verification, but I no longer have access to the recovery phone number. I am frustrated with the lack of options to resolve this issue and cannot find a direct contact number for assistance. I've tried following Google's official guidelines, but they are not providing practical solutions. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my Google account has been hacked. I have followed all the steps carefully on the Google Help page but I am unable to proceed. When I try to sign in, it prompts me to verify it through the phone, and the hacker obviously declines. I urgently need help from an admin to review the case. I have payments and addresses where my device was logged in to facilitate my verification, as I am the rightful owner. Is there a service hotline available for phone support? I am completely stuck as the hacker has entered their phone number, changed the name, and created backup codes. The same issue occurs every time I try to log in.
Best regards,
Lukas

Dear Sir, I need help with my Gmail account, [redacted] I received a message from Google stating that my account has been disabled. I have many contacts and photos stored in Google Drive. Google mentioned that there are unauthorized activities in my account, but after contacting them, I learned that I had violated Google's policies. I assure you I will not repeat this mistake. Even when I try to change my password through the link provided by Google, I keep getting prompted to enter recovery details. This situation is causing me a lot of distress. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my Gmail accounts being hacked by an app called Digital Wellbeing and some other link-sharing software. These hackers have managed to access and take audio and video by manipulating the permission settings on my phone. Despite trying to create new Gmail accounts three times, I have been unable to recover them as the hackers quickly change the recovery email and number. They have also gained access to all my files and are deleting my photos. I am looking for a way to track and prosecute them. How can I regain control of my phone and protect my accounts?

I've been locked out of my phone for two weeks now after my phone company did a hard reset and changed my phone number, leaving me unable to access anything on my phone. This situation is especially frustrating as I'm currently experiencing homelessness, and missing two weeks of my phone payment is very concerning. I suspect my phone may have a technical issue because it allows me to set a new pin, but later does not accept it when I try to verify the pin. Unfortunately, I also can't access my email [redacted] because I can't remember my password, and the recovery setup is linked to my old number. My last three numbers are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].

I noticed I've been billed twice for my HBO Max subscription on my January credit card statement. After speaking with HBO Max, it seems there might be a mix-up with two email addresses associated with my account: [redacted] and [redacted] Could you please investigate this issue, remove the incorrect email address, and refund $16.04 to my credit card? Thank you.

A few years back, I updated to a new phone number. When I switched devices, they sent a code to my old number to transfer my data. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old number, and my current phone is not functioning. I am unable to transfer my information without accessing my Gmail account, which is sending the reset code to my old number. Is there a way to receive the code through my Yahoo email address instead? Please assist me in resetting my password for [redacted] by sending the necessary code to modifiable @yahoo.com. Thank you. 🙏

I accidentally canceled my account and have been trying to restore it without success. Even though the workspace console shows my status as active, when I try to access the account, it tells me I do not have access. I have attempted to resolve this through online options but have not been successful. I also called the [redacted] number provided, but when I entered my 8-digit alphanumeric Customer ID, it was not accepted. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I am having difficulty updating the phone number associated with my account on this iPad since I have moved and now have a new phone number. The old phone number linked to the device is no longer active. When I tried to change it online, I was unable to proceed as I was asked for a 6-digit code that I never received. I did not get the code via text message or any other method. I need help updating my account with my current and only phone number without facing any online obstacles.

I lost my Rebel 4 phone, and I had to change the password for my Google account. Now I can't access my Gmail messages. Can you please help me retrieve my password? Initially, it was "Pensacola1979," then I changed it to either "Pensacola$" or "Latoria$." Thank you.

Hello, I'm Sidney Rightmyer. I've been struggling to access my Gmail since yesterday. I didn't have any issues in the morning, but around 1 p.m., I couldn't log in. I've attempted various solutions, including using LastPass and trying all my past passwords with no luck. Even my IT Tech-savvy wife couldn't help. I have a secondary Gmail account, [redacted], that I haven't used in about a year and a half. When trying to access my main account, [redacted], I received verification codes on the [redacted] account, which unfortunately I couldn't open. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a few old Gmail accounts that I have forgotten the passwords for, and I no longer have access to the phone numbers or recovery information. Google support is not providing any useful solutions, and I am struggling to recover them through the built-in recovery system.
I lost the password for my main account while trying to update it to something more secure, resulting in a complex password using incorrect leet translations. The other accounts were forgotten over time as I did not use them frequently.
I am particularly concerned about my main account, where my old game profiles and Facebook are linked. Despite not having access to these accounts since around [redacted], I am now facing issues accessing certain services tied to them. The support teams are sending reactivation links to the inaccessible email, making it challenging to retrieve them.
I urgently need assistance in recovering my email to regain access to my accounts. However, due to the significant time passed and lack of communication with Google, I am unsure how to proceed. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I have been using Google Workspace as an individual user since [redacted]. My entire digital life, including photos on Google Photos, documents on Google Docs, emails on Gmail, and website authentication through Google, is linked to my Google Workspace email address. With the planned closure of the Google Workspace Free edition on July 1st and the subsequent annual cost of over $[redacted], I am concerned about losing access to these essential services. I feel somewhat trapped in this situation.
Given the current challenges presented by the pandemic and confinement, my mental well-being is not at its best, and I would like to seek assistance from customer service to address my concerns. Could you please guide me on how to contact them via phone? I reside in Montreal, Canada, where French is predominantly spoken, although I am comfortable communicating in English as well. Having the option to speak in French would be greatly appreciated in my current circumstances.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am David Christian Michael, a music producer and international recording artist. I recently collaborated with a musician from Nigeria named Master Preacher. Unfortunately, Master Preacher's account was closed due to suspicious activity after I attempted to log in with his permission to upload our latest track and promote it. Since internet data is expensive in Nigeria and I am based in Romania, we are reaching out to seek assistance in recovering Master Preacher's account. Despite following the steps on your website, we have been unsuccessful in our attempts. This is an official Youtube channel crucial for a musician, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
