I am seeking a refund for two purchases I made in May [redacted]. The first purchase is $34, and the second is $[redacted]. I am also trying to reclaim 0.[redacted] Bitcoin that was allegedly taken by the Multimine app. Despite numerous assurances from the app's support team, I have yet to receive any refunds. I have kept all email correspondence documenting their promises and have provided the requested proof. Google was contacted, but no resolution was provided. My card provider redirected me back to Google. This experience has left me feeling robbed and frustrated as I seek assistance in recovering both the funds and the missing Bitcoin. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Galaxy S8 after a factory reset because I forgot my password. During the setup process, it asks for Google account verification, which is linked to my email "[redacted]" that I remember the password for. However, the issue arises when it tries to verify through an old phone number that is no longer in service. I have tried entering the last password I used for the account, but it just restarts the process. I would appreciate any assistance in accessing my "[redacted]" account without these obstacles. You can verify that both "realn791" and "polobear147" emails belong to me by looking at the photos.

I receive numerous friend requests daily, even though I never send any myself, especially from sex-related apps. It feels like my online presence is solely associated with these apps, even though I swear that I'm not visiting any. While I admit to having used such websites in the past, it has been around 4 to 5 years since I last visited one. However, the constant influx of these requests is alarming and I need assistance in resolving this issue.

My Gmail account was hacked and taken over. The recovery phone number was changed, and now I can't access my email for verification. Several login attempts were made, and I reported it, but it was a former girlfriend with access to military intelligence causing this. All my important financial and personal information is in that email. I've alerted the PA state police. I hope to get some help as soon as possible. Yesterday, my Google Pixel 3 unexpectedly updated. I usually update manually and this caused some major problems. My phone seems frozen as the update did not complete fully, leaving me unable to access apps, support, or pictures. Despite trying to reboot and restart multiple times, the issue persists. I am hesitant to factory reset as I haven't backed up crucial personal data. I have researched solutions, called various Google numbers with no success, and now I am eagerly awaiting a call to resolve this matter. Our business, "Red Mountain Tree Farm," has encountered an issue with our Google listing since December. Previously, a search for us led to our Google page, but now only our Facebook page appears. Additionally, when searching for our business, the results show "Alpine Meadows Christmas Tree Farm," a competitor, prominently displayed with photos and comments on the right side of the screen. Our listing is pushed to the bottom amongst other tree farms. It's perplexing why our long-standing listing has disappeared, as I can still access it as the owner, but customers cannot locate our Google business page. Any suggestions on why this might be happening?

On December 31, [redacted], and January 1, [redacted], my wife gave me what I think was a beer laced with a lot of Xanax, and I didn't wake up until two days later. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that Google had posted about it online, saying it originated from Facebook. Google removed the post, but I couldn't find the document they mentioned. At one point, I saw it was on a drive, but it was locked, and I didn't know how to unlock it. The name Frelin and Kim Estep appeared on it, indicating one other person had access. I recall the Gmail was [redacted] on an Android phone which then stopped working. In March [redacted], I noticed she had retrieved it with a Samsung phone, and I believe they were involved.

Hello, my name is Karen Allen. I have been dealing with a hacked Google account for over a month now. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my last password to access my account and secure it. The hacker has intruded into my bank accounts and other personal information. Despite changing everything else, I am unable to stop the hacker from continuously harassing me by reverting passwords back to their control. This has greatly impacted my well-being, and I am desperate to delete my information and close my Google account to end this distressing situation. I have created a new email as I am unable to use my compromised Gmail account. I kindly request Google's assistance in resolving this matter. I continue to receive notifications regarding the verification code for my Visa ending in [redacted]. However, I have already used a different credit card ending in [redacted] for my payment. The discrepancies between the provided last four digits of the Visa card for verification and the one I used for payment are causing confusion.

I recently got locked out of my phone and received a notification saying it was being tracked by Find My Device. The accounts affected were either [redacted] or [redacted] This has made things challenging, especially because I use my phone for work. I don't know the password that was set to unlock it, which is concerning since only I should have access. I can provide ID to prove my ownership. Metro PCs suggested seeking tech support. Any assistance or ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to transfer my current G Suite email [redacted] out of Workspace and G Suite. I would like to keep using Google to manage [redacted], but I am encountering issues such as not being able to create a new personal account because it says the email already exists. I attempted to export my data from the account manager, but I am unable to do so because 2-factor authentication is not active. When I try to activate 2-factor authentication in my user account, it tells me it must be activated for the organization. I follow the link provided to activate it for the organization, but when I try to save it prompts me to register for 2-factor authentication on my account first. This loop is frustrating me, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

I have contacted Google support with the following email addresses, however, after receiving previous replies, I am now not getting any responses to my requests. I have attached links to screenshots showing that my unlimited uploads were supposed to stop from 01/02/22, but unexpectedly stopped on 31/01/22. My phone was stolen, and I managed to retrieve my SIM card. However, I am now facing difficulty signing in to my Google account on a new device to access important information. Despite only trying to request a verification code twice, the system says I have exceeded the allowed attempts. It advises me to try again later, but there is no indication of how long this delay will be. I recently encountered issues with my iPhone, Microsoft, and Gmail accounts. To regain access, I created a new Gmail account to securely manage my banking and financial information. However, I discovered unauthorized access to my account on January 22nd by a cell phone that I do not own. Additionally, my two-factor authentication settings were altered, unfamiliar apps appeared in my Google Play account, and unusual activity, such as emails being saved in drafts instead of sent, is happening on my Chromebook. Upon further inspection, I observed devices signed out sharing the same IP address as my current device. This situation has caused me to be locked out of two bank accounts for an extended period, and I am unable to verify my identity to my banking institutions. I found unrecognizable apps associated with password bypasses on my accounts and urgently need to regain control of them.

When I attempt to log in from this device into my other account, the system prompts me to input my password, which I cannot remember. I am currently unable to access my Google account due to issues with the two-step verification process. Firstly, I have not updated my new phone number on the account, so I am unable to receive the verification code via phone. Additionally, the email option displays an incorrect email address, missing a dot between "pamela" and "renae." As an alternative, I tried sending the recovery code to my husband's email as a backup, but it states that a link will only be sent in 24 hours, which is not ideal as I need immediate access to my account.

I recently changed the password for my primary Gmail account. However, when I attempt to log in now, I am prompted to verify it. The only options provided are to send a link to an email I can't access, get a code from my alternate email, or receive a code on an old number I no longer use. After entering the code from my alternate email, I am informed that I will receive an email in 48 hours with instructions, but it never arrives. I have tried resetting my password, but each time I am led through more security steps that lead to no resolution. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A21 phone and following the steps, I should receive a notification with a number to tap, but it never appears. When my computer got hacked by ransomware, I lost all my iPhone contacts because they were connected to Gmail instead of the cloud. I've now switched the connection to the cloud. Re-adding all the contacts to both devices is taking up a lot of time. I'm curious to know if I input all the contacts onto my phone and then sync them with Gmail, will the contacts appear on both devices? Also, if I later reconnect my iPhone contacts to the cloud, will these synced contacts still show up on my computer?

I am experiencing difficulties with my email accounts. Although I have changed passwords and added screen locks to my old, unused accounts, someone is still accessing them and visiting dating sites. This situation has created significant problems in my marriage. I am seeking to identify the individual responsible, press charges against them, and permanently close all my old accounts to prevent further misuse.
