I have had my email address for almost 10 years now. Approximately 2 years ago, Gmail required me to change my password due to their updated policy. They automatically generated a new password and it was securely stored in my iCloud Keychain, so I didn't worry about it. However, yesterday when I got a new phone, I noticed that the password was not saved in my iCloud Keychain. I also checked my old phone, but couldn't locate it there either. I am quite worried as all my important emails are in that account. Interestingly, I can still access my email through the mail app on my phone, although it is not the Gmail app.

My old email address, [redacted], has been inaccessible for months. Despite trying various methods, I am unable to recover it as I do not remember the exact month I created it six years ago, and I no longer have the same phone number from that time. The last passwords I recall are Jesuschrist123 and Mayest[redacted]. Losing access to this email means losing a lot of personal information. I find it frustrating that Google does not have a direct helpline for such critical issues. I believe speaking to someone at Google could easily resolve this matter, but I have been struggling with this for a long time. Since I cannot access my old accounts due to a phone number change, I am willing to pay to regain access to my email.

Hello, my name is Karthik Baskar. Approximately two weeks ago, I misplaced my Vivo Y51L mobile phone, and unfortunately, I also lost access to my Google accounts as I cannot recall my passwords. The accounts linked to my recovery phone number ([redacted]) are [redacted] and [redacted] Despite acquiring a new sim card with my previous number, I encountered difficulties during the account recovery process. After verifying my mobile number, Google proceeded to send a verification email to my account 2, "[redacted]" Regrettably, I cannot recollect the passwords for either account. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues connecting third-party apps to Drive and Photos. I'm unable to access my Google 1 account and storage settings using Chrome - when selecting storage options, it redirects me back to the main Google settings page. This problem persists across four or more devices. Interestingly, I can sign into a secondary Google account without any issues and utilize all third-party services. To navigate this, I've shared my complete photo library with the secondary account. I suspect there may be corruption in my Google account. Is there a way to resolve this?

I am seeking a refund for a $99.99 charge for Talking Hank made by my 5-year-old autistic grandson on Oct 4. He was unaware that it required a purchase, thinking he could simply play. As a retiree on a fixed income, I kindly request the reimbursement of the amount. I accidentally recharged my Google Play account with Rs. [redacted] by making two transactions of Rs. [redacted] each through PhonePe. I haven't used this amount on Google Play yet and would like to have it refunded back to my account. I have been trying to reach Google Play customer care but the number keeps me on hold. I suspect that someone has placed a parental lock on my account without my knowledge for malicious purposes. I would like to know how to regain access to the admin privileges on my account to prevent this from happening in the future. The reasons supporting my suspicion include: 1. My phone and apps behave as if someone else is controlling them. 2. Certain apps exhibit unusual behavior on their own. 3. Overnight, tampering occurs on my account while I am asleep, leading to entire playlists, searches, and bookmarks being deleted. 4. Lastly, my attempts to access the admin page have been unsuccessful. I seek guidance on how to resolve this concerning issue. Thank you.

I searched on Google and it initially displayed About 5,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] results. After checking through 26 pages, I only found a total of [redacted] results. When I checked again, Google showed only about [redacted] results. I tried to display the omitted results, but it only showed about 47 pages with approximately [redacted] results.

My organization uses Gmail for its email address. At work, I use [redacted], which is a Gmail account. I recently joined the organization, and our system administrator switched the name on our former development director's account ([redacted]) to mine ([redacted]) to grant me access to the previous director's emails, folders, and labels. Now, my name displays on the account information, but when I send emails, they appear to be from Molly Severtson with the email address [redacted] We need to remove Molly Severtson's name from my account as it causes confusion when communicating with volunteers, donors, and members. Despite changing the name to Cheri Long in Settings/Account, the issue persists. Can anyone help resolve this?

I am having trouble with Google not updating my contact information or email address. It seems to be sending messages from my computer without my request, and then placing them in the outbox as if they were not sent. The recipient has reported receiving multiple copies of the same message even though I only sent it once. I am also getting notifications from Google saying some messages were not sent. Additionally, my account is continuously "synchronizing" without my consent. I would like assistance in resolving these issues as soon as possible. My email address is [redacted]

I created a cover letter document on 09/26/19, modifying it extensively on the early morning of 10/7/19, spending at least 3 hours on it. I saved it using either Google Chrome or Google. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to locate the file. When trying to recover the document or PDF, I receive a message stating there is no history on that particular date. I am feeling extremely frustrated and seeking assistance in retrieving my work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Josh. I've been experiencing issues with certain websites not displaying correctly on my browser. Some sites are cutting off parts of the sides, while others have scaling problems. I've checked my extensions, ensured the zoom level is at default, and even reset Chrome, but the problem persists. Specifically, Roblox and Mixer are the sites where I've noticed these issues, but I'm worried it might happen on other websites too. I signed up for a free trial of Compass Pro: GPS Coordinates - GPS Navigation, but was mistakenly charged AU$[redacted].99 through my PayPal account by Google. Despite Google not having my current credit card details, the charge went through. I tried to dispute the charge with PayPal and Google, but have not been successful. I have already deleted the app from my phone. I am seeking a refund for this charge. Please let me know what evidence you need from me to process this refund. When trying to log into my email account, Sembran66, I encountered an issue. It stated that I had changed my password around 2, which I did not do as I was in a college class at that time. This email account is crucial to me, and although I can't recall when I created it, I recognize it by the term "Sembran." Gmail suggested waiting a week before trying again. I'm concerned about a potential hacker accessing my email during this period. Despite multiple login attempts, Gmail still requires me to await their response within a week without concrete proof of ownership.

I recently received a message from your company congratulating me on winning a Walmart gift card. I completed a survey as instructed and was informed that I had won a $[redacted] Walmart gift card. However, when I tried to provide my email address, the page closed. I am confused about what happened as it raised my hopes only to end up disappointed. We made a payment via UPI to an account. The funds were deducted from our account but have not been received by the beneficiary. We lodged a complaint and were told they would update us. It's been almost a week since the payment, and the money hasn't reached the recipient's account or been refunded to us. Can you advise on this situation?
