I am frustrated with the constant password change requests from Google on my phone. Moreover, the phone numbers listed for Google support do not work. I have a list of over 15 password change requests on a sheet of paper, yet every time I change it, the system claims it is incorrect. I am fed up and considering filing a complaint with the FCC due to these issues.

Hi there, I apologize for accessing some of your Gmail emails. I mistakenly selected the update option. Kindly do not proceed with updating my Gmail account. Everything is fine as it is. My phone number is [redacted]. Although I was informed that the update would be completed in 28 days, I now realize that I misunderstood the situation. I might have accidentally confirmed it, but I am reaching out as soon as possible to cancel this update process. The current version I have is perfectly okay for me. I appreciate your prompt response via email or message. Thank you.

I have been struggling for days to reset a password that was changed over 26 days ago. I have tried using passcodes sent to my phone and entering codes sent to an alternative email, but I keep getting messages saying my identity can't be verified. My phone number has been associated with my Google account for a long time. The account I'm trying to reset the password for is linked to [redacted]. Despite switching from an Android to an Apple device, I still can't resolve the issue. The email I need the password reset for is [redacted] Thank you. - Catherine N.

Hello, I was placed in Facebook jail. I searched online for help filing a complaint against Facebook. I found a site claiming to be for a class-action lawsuit against Facebook for censorship. Upon joining, I discovered it was a pro-Trump site unrelated to Facebook censorship. I received death threats and harassment from members, which I reported to Facebook. When I shared the site on my page to alert others, Facebook banned me for 30 days and even blocked me on Messenger.

I chatted with Ethan about disputing unknown charges. Initially, I was unsure about the charges, but later discovered it was my little cousin making the purchases without permission. I filed the dispute promptly after learning about the unauthorized transactions, within 24-48 hours. Now that I understand the situation better and realize it wasn't due to stolen information, I am seeking to cancel the dispute and receive a refund instead.

I recently switched phone carriers and devices on 9/30/19. Since then, I have been unable to access my email on my new phone, although I can still log in from my computer. I urgently need this matter resolved as I am missing work-related emails and experiencing delays due to this issue. I request your prompt assistance to ensure a smoother transition and access to my email on both devices.

My name is Malcolm Hill. Around midnight on 10/10/19, I called Google's dating site called Hyvee for the first time. Through an automated voice, I was offered a subscription for $2.[redacted] monthly. I agreed without hesitation. I opted not to require special access. Later that morning at 11:20 am, I checked my balance at the ATM and noticed a discrepancy. Initially, my bank book showed $[redacted].28 minus $2.37 for Hyvee, but my ATM balance displayed as $[redacted].26. I am requesting a refund for any amount deducted from my account other than $2.37. It has been challenging as Google lacks available customer service staff, which is unusual. My contact details are [redacted] and [redacted]. I am hoping Google can assist me in resolving this matter.

I'm trying to understand why Google is showing an error message saying "cannot send prompts device not recognized" on my tablet, which I've been using since creating the account on it. Despite resetting it twice, I keep getting locked out. I have multiple Gmail accounts due to this issue. When I tried to change my password on my phone and sign out, Google said I would automatically sign out after entering a 10-digit code, but that never happened. Additionally, there were two identical devices connected to my Google account for over a month, and I received an unfamiliar device name. I've also experienced anomalies like Google Maps showing me in a different location. I suspect someone might be interfering with my accounts. This has led me to create several new emails while dealing with phone-related problems.

I have an exciting idea for a partnership! I am thinking of launching a company named "The Helping Hands." The concept is to create an app where customers can request various services. For example, if someone needs assistance taking their grandmother to the hospital, we can send a trusted individual at a reasonable rate. Similarly, we can offer services like house cleaning for 50 rupees per hour, hiring a chef, painter, laborer, electrician, plumber, or even a driver or babysitter. We aim to act as intermediaries connecting people with the help they require. Imagine having access to all services in one convenient app! Apologies for any language errors, and I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you and have a great day!

My spouse has unauthorized access to my accounts and despite repeated requests, she continues to download my banking details, alter settings, and access business information. I am considering legal action against those who enable this. Kindly delete all her downloads, close the accounts she opened using my information, and block her from all my accounts. The email addresses involved are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I have tried everything to stop her, but this has been ongoing for months. She goes by the name Trista P., previously known as Trista K. Please ensure all my business information is removed. Your urgent attention is appreciated.

Recently, my Gmail, Google, and YouTube accounts were stolen. I just fell victim to a scam and I'm struggling to contact Google or Gmail support for help. I've tried following guides to restore my account, but I need to log in to do so, which I can't. When I enter my email and most recent password, it prompts that the password was changed 28 hours ago. I receive a message indicating that the sign-in is from an unrecognized device, and I can't verify my identity. All the information, including my alternative email, has been altered. I have a screenshot of Google codes, old videos, and even remember my previous passwords. My real name and surname were changed as well. How can I go about regaining access to my accounts?

I have six Facebook accounts that I use to play Bingo Blitz. Recently, I've been experiencing distorted screens and getting kicked out of the game with a brownish gray screen and a frowning face in the center. I'm using a Chromebook that is brand new and have never had any issues until now. Bingo Blitz suggested trying another browser, but I'm concerned about potential viruses. When the screen is covered in that color with the face, I can't see the options they want me to use to document the issue. They mentioned I have an outdated version of Chrome, but I don't see the update button as advised. My OS system has been updated in the past couple of weeks. I need help as I'm losing money playing the game.

I recently purchased a phone for my 81-year-old mother. Unfortunately, she forgot her password after entering her email address. Seeking assistance at the Sprint store led to a phone reset but we were unaware that it would still require the initial synchronized email - which we couldn't access. Despite a second visit to another Sprint store where they claimed to have contacted Google for a reset, 24 hours later, we were still locked out. The account is linked to [redacted], with an incorrect phone number and correct recovery email [redacted] I'm struggling to gain access despite it being registered under my Sprint account in a family plan. I seek support in gaining access to my mother's email or unsyncing it to set up a new one. I appreciate a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I set up an email on my Samsung phone for my boyfriend and me to use with RapidVisa back in June. Yesterday morning, October 14th, in the Philippines, I accessed the email on my Samsung tablet because my phone was broken. My boyfriend asked me to log out, but I couldn't find the sign out button, so I removed the account from my tablet. Later that evening around 6:30 pm, I tried to log in again to take a screenshot of some settings, but discovered that the password had been changed. Two hours later, my boyfriend received notifications that an unrecognized device had attempted to log in, one from the Philippines and another from Taiwan. It appeared that a recovery address was deleted as well. This caused issues on his phone, linking to his other Gmail accounts and he even received notifications about someone trying to access his Google Photos and Google Drive. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I would like to express my gratitude to the individuals behind the creation of the Google Mini device. During a recent health emergency where my husband and I were trapped in an elevator due to a malfunction, the Google Mini played a crucial role in alerting my daughter and eventually getting us rescued. This incident made me realize the importance of having such a device for safety purposes, especially in times of need. I am thoroughly impressed by how the Google Mini helped us communicate effectively in a dire situation. As a senior citizen actively involved in various organizations, I am now advocating for others to consider having multiple Minis for their safety. Thank you once again for this valuable creation. Warm regards, Kathy Hunter

Over the weekend, I changed the lock screen passcode on my iPhone 7 Plus, only to forget it the next day, leading to a phone recovery through iTunes. Unfortunately, my notes were not recovered through iCloud, causing a problem accessing my Gmail account with saved passwords. Despite trying the Gmail password recovery process, Google does not recognize my iPhone or iPad, despite having them for years. During the iTunes recovery, the internet icons on my laptop got erased, leaving me without internet access. Even attempting to use my MSN email as an alternative for Gmail recovery was unsuccessful. Hopefully, I can find a solution to regain access to my Gmail account.

Hello, I am sorry but also happy to have finally found your website to share my problem. I apologize for my broken English. I am the owner of the Gmail account [redacted] Since I changed my phone, I lost access to it. I didn't realize my phone was broken, and now I can't log in because I forgot my password. I tried to recover my account, providing my correct phone number and creation date, but Google couldn't verify it's mine. I am desperate as I use this email for many apps like Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, games, etc. I have some screenshots that prove this is my email. I really don't know what to do. Please help. I am eagerly waiting for your response. Thank you!
