For the past two years, I've been struggling to eliminate website links tied to my name from Google search results. Despite temporary removals, these links resurface after weeks or months. The Google removal tool sometimes denies my requests, claiming the websites are expired or invalid. When I reach out to the webmasters, they state the links are not associated with them, even when the link leads to their site, often containing adult content. Attempts to visit these sites prove futile as they show an expired or invalid message. I'm at a loss, feeling defamed and distressed by these relentless efforts to remove the content. I seek a final solution as both Google's tool and the webmasters seem unable to assist. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kendall.

I inadvertently enabled 2-factor authentication on my Google account, and I no longer possess the mobile phone I used to receive texts. I cannot recall if I added an alternate email, and the ones I have tried aren't working. I have provided answers to all the recovery questions except for the account creation date due to the passage of time. This has resulted in being unable to access my Facebook account as well. This situation is extremely frustrating for me.

I am requesting a refund for 3 accidental purchases made on Monday, October 10th for Wordscapes game bundles/packages. The purchases were mistakenly made on my friend's phone while they were trying to clear open apps, costing me $99.97. I usually make smaller purchases through Google and have also bought bundles for my friend in the past. I noticed these purchases through an email notification and have previously contacted support for unauthorized smaller purchases. I am hopeful that you can reverse these transactions and reimburse the amount to my account. Thank you. - Sherry S.

During the week of October 30th, [redacted], I mistakenly changed the name and date of birth on my account profile. The name was changed from Elda Teixeira to Sarena Teixeira, and I entered my daughter's date of birth. Despite my attempts to correct this, I keep receiving a message stating that she is underage. I am aware of this issue and trying to revert the name and age back to mine. I urgently need my Gmail account restored as I am receiving important emails that require my attention. I made a purchase using Google Pay for clothing, but I never received the items. When I tried to dispute the transaction, I was told it was sent from the wrong email, even though that is the only email linked to my account. The customer service representative wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor when I called for assistance. I have screenshots showing that the person received the money, and I would like to dispute the charges and get a refund so that I can close my Google Pay account.

Unfortunately, all my emails are missing, and I am unable to reach anyone to address this issue. I am unsure about the status of my claim. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with my Gmail account, [redacted] Unfortunately, my child accidentally deleted emails from my inbox, and then proceeded to delete and empty the trash folder as well. I am 73 years old and really unhappy with the recent updates you've made. My photos are all mixed up now, not in the order I took them. I even thought some were deleted, but when I went to Verizon, they found a photo from 10/4/19 way down out of order. They mentioned there were two Google apps, which I did not authorize. I keep getting pop-ups and inappropriate messages about Asian women, which is disturbing because no one else accesses my phone and I do not visit such sites. Please address these issues with Google. Many of my friends in Montana are experiencing similar problems. I am frustrated enough to file a complaint!

Recently, I've been experiencing issues with my photos being tampered with, and I initially believed they were deleted. I'm also receiving unwanted pop-up messages from Asian women and noticing unnecessary icons on my device. These are causing me concern, as they were not present a few weeks ago. I have not encountered such problems before, and I'm hesitant to accept any new updates fearing they may be contributing to these issues. I've heard that others are facing similar problems, possibly due to Google. I am employed at a spa therapy center in Dothan, Alabama. Recently, a negative review was posted about my services by Heather, a hairstylist. She left this review out of spite because I changed hairstylists. The review does not accurately reflect my work ethic, as my other reviews are very positive. I believe Heather's actions were malicious, and I kindly request for this review to be removed. Thank you.

I have been in touch with my bank about charges from "Google Play-tika" dating back to October [redacted]. I only recently noticed the ongoing charges, thinking they were for in-game items I purchased. However, I realized a few months ago that these charges were not made by me, as my legitimate purchases were reflected in a different account. The charges varied in amount, some even exceeding $27. My bank's records only go back 60 days, leaving this extended issue unresolved. Can anyone assist me with this matter? Thank you.

I can't access my Google account after losing my phone, despite having the correct password. I've tried various methods to verify my identity, including using my recovery email address at skhenneseyaol.com. The recovery phone number associated with the account is outdated, making verification difficult. This account is crucial for my business, as it contains important contacts, documents, and emails. Due to not receiving verification codes, I can't log into any apps on my new phone. I urgently need to regain access to my account for work purposes.

I am attempting to access an old email that I utilized for various purposes, but I have forgotten my password. Upon selecting the "forgot password" option, I went through verification steps such as providing a phone number and an associated email for verification, but I no longer have access to them. Subsequently, I was prompted to answer a security question, which I was able to provide. Nevertheless, I received an error stating that Google could not verify that the account belongs to me.

Subject: Printing Issue with Google Chrome Dear Google Support Team, I am experiencing printing problems with Google Chrome. After replacing my router and setting up my wireless system, my Epson printer is correctly installed as the default printer with assistance from Epson Tech. However, Google Chrome does not recognize it. Epson has mentioned that the Epson L455 Printer works perfectly fine with LibreOffice and Firefox. The issue arises when I try to print from Google Chrome. It incorrectly defaults to my Brother printer, making the Epson printer unavailable. I am unable to manually select the Epson printer as an option within the print program on Google Chrome. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, A. Cryer

I recently left a review for a behavioral agency, and after posting it, Melissa from the agency sent me an email asking to take it down. She was quite unpleasant in her communication. I stand by my review as I believe it reflects my honest experience with their service, which I found to be subpar. Despite Melissa's request, I feel it's important to express my true feelings about my interaction with the agency. The behavioral agency in question is called Best Behavioral Agency, and my interactions with Melissa and her team left me feeling disheartened. I believe in the freedom to share my thoughts and experiences.

I need to recover my email account [redacted] The last password I remember was "anianuavi." My true name is Damini, not Suman. I created the account because my parents didn't permit me to have one at the time. I simply want to access it to read some messages; it is not associated with any bank accounts. Google is stating it is not my account, but it is. My new account is [redacted] I changed the password, but I have forgotten what it was. 😢

I lost my phone in early June, and to secure my account, I changed the password. However, I have forgotten it now and can't remember my security questions. This has left me locked out of my Google account, where I have important photos and emails that I need access to. I am looking for a way to reset my password without relying on the security questions. Is there a possibility to speak with someone from Google support to verify my identity through the files I have stored on the account?

Hello, I reside in Pakistan and I am currently using a OnePlus 5T with a Jazz-Warid sim card. I have been attempting to activate direct carrier billing on the Google Play Store, but I am encountering registration issues. Despite trying with a newly issued sim card, having 4G enabled, and using only one sim card in my phone, I am unable to register my account in the payment section.
