I've been trying to access my account for the past five days but have had no success. Despite contacting customer service five times, this issue remains unresolved. They provided me with three different ticket numbers, promising assistance, but no one has reached out. I created this account for my son, who was in a serious accident and is now unable to work due to injuries and lack of insurance. It seems like gofundme might not be the solution we hoped for in this difficult time. I am truly disappointed in the lack of support from gofundme.

I set up a fundraiser "In Memory of Stacey Marie Norton." I tried to help my mom donate on Facebook using my PayPal and her credit card, but the donation is under my name instead of hers. I believe this happened because I used my PayPal account for the transaction.
I am unable to locate an option to change the donor information entered today (6/28) to reflect my mom's name, Karen Osmond, as it shows on her credit card.

I created a GoFundMe page for my daughter who is battling cancer. Although my bank details are accurate, they are still registered under my previous name, Button. I recently got married and now go by Anne Gallagher, which I updated on the GoFundMe page. Despite submitting my passport and even my bus pass with my new name, they were both rejected. I have had more trouble with getting my money and assistance from Gofundme than with any other platform. It is disappointing that their focus is solely on their profits, especially in urgent situations like trying to bury a loved one. The lack of a contact number or live chat reflects poorly on their customer service. While Gofundme is a well-known platform, my experience with them has been negative. My fundraiser was to replace construction tools stolen from my storage, but I feel for those in more desperate situations. I would rather resort to other means than use Gofundme in the future. They should consider rebranding to reflect their lack of empathy towards their users.

My uncle, Leonard, passed away in a car accident on July 4th. Cassandra Lee initiated a GoFundMe page on July 7th. However, despite mentioning on Facebook that they would give the funds to my Aunt Elaine on the day of the memorial, this has not yet happened.
