I managed the [redacted] Medical GoFundMe for B.B. The previous campaign is closed, and I have been trying to either reactivate it or start a new one. B.B. doesn't use a computer, so I assist with setting up his fundraisers. Despite reaching out multiple times, I've sent a total of 48 inquiries without any success in creating a new GoFundMe account.

I feel like a scapegoat in my family, with feelings of psychosis around me. I believe there is fraud by a man named Che Covington in Tacoma, WA, who claims to have a Master's in theology. I'm encountering difficulties moving money to my bank account. The system indicates that the funds are on hold and requires me to complete a form, which I have done. The system displays a message stating, "We need more information from you before sending funds. You’ll receive an email with next steps." Subsequently, I received an email requesting me to verify my bank account, which I have also done. Uncertain about the subsequent steps. Kindly provide guidance promptly as I urgently need to distribute some of the funds to the individuals I am assisting. Warm Regards, MIKE

I made a donation for my son's college expenses through Facebook, and it was meant to go into my bank account, but I haven't received it yet. How can I ensure it reaches my bank account? I have linked my bank account on GOFUNDME, but nothing has happened. I spoke with a support agent who promised to get back to me via email later today, but it is taking longer than expected for the email to arrive, and he abruptly disconnected. I am feeling perplexed at the moment as I urgently require the funds.

I need help setting up my GoFundMe account. I've tried to sign in three times using the 6-digit code provided via phone calls, but I keep getting denied. Thank you for your patience. I appreciate the email method for assistance. I tried using the live chat, but it's too fast for me to respond. How can I change my title? Can you review the story I submitted as it might be too long. I usually follow directions well but have been preoccupied and nervous about making this work. I'm struggling to get assistance! The "live chat" agent asked me the same four questions before I could receive a ticket. They required information such as my name and Gmail address. The agent then suggested I may have misspelled my Gmail address. I have been dealing with this for two whole days and it's causing me a lot of stress. I urgently need my site to be up and running, but I'm unable to sign in because I was asked to verify my identity. I received three separate codes on my phone, which I sent, but still can't sign in. I'm seeking help, as I also want to change my site theme. I asked about this yesterday but got no response. Moving forward, I'm determined to get my site operational, although I recognize it's a lengthy process. Could someone please review my concerns and provide assistance? My daughter created an account for my granddaughter, Isabella, who is 16 and battling leukemia. I'm frustrated with filling out this form repeatedly. I've submitted it four times and paid the fee each time. A GoFundMe page was created for me by a person I'm not in touch with. Vivian Melendez, a childhood friend, donated $[redacted] but I never received it. After a recent fire, I really need that money. GoFundMe hasn't been helpful. Can someone please assist me in getting the $[redacted] that was meant for me?
