I bought a used iPhone on 11/28/[redacted] and got a 1-year extended replacement plan. When the phone stopped working on 6/15/22, I contacted customer service. They said they had a replacement but needed my old phone first. I sent the old phone back on 6/20/22. When I called on 6/24/22, they mentioned they had no replacements. They suggested waiting or getting a refund, so I chose to wait. After no news, I called again on 6/27/22 and asked for a refund since there was no guarantee of a replacement. When I called on 7/13/22, I was informed the $[redacted].51 refund was sent to my PayPal account on 6/15/22. However, PayPal has no record of this transaction. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the refund, and I just want the refund processed along with some form of communication from them, as I haven't received any emails or phone calls regarding the matter.

I am reaching out regarding my order of 2 pre-orders for Splatoon 3 that were made using Paypal's Pay-in-4 on 8/12. Although I received order confirmations from Gamestop with the order numbers [redacted] and [redacted], I noticed that the first payment through Paypal is still pending. I attempted to track the orders as a guest using the order number and zipcode but was unable to locate them.
To ensure that Gamestop has been paid correctly and that the orders are in the pre-order queue, I created an account to check the status. Unfortunately, it still states that the order numbers and zip codes are unrecognized.
If the orders have not been successfully processed, I kindly request that they be canceled. Alternatively, if Paypal will not charge due to an unsuccessful order, please confirm this with me.

I purchased two GI Joe classified figures, Storm Shadow and Spirit, from GameStop last year. Unfortunately, I lost my old phone which had the information about when I would receive the figures. I have already paid for them and I am now trying to contact GameStop to inquire about the delivery status. If I am unable to receive the figures, I would like a refund. Thank you.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite with a protection plan at the Granite Falls, NC store on September 1, [redacted]. Throughout the transaction, an employee named Aldo repeatedly asked for my phone number, causing distractions from the sale. After a few weeks of minimal use, I decided to trade it in due to some minor blemishes on the back. However, when I attempted to do so, the store claimed they had to defect the item despite the protection plan. Even though I explained that the blemishes were present at the time of purchase, they were unhelpful and dismissive. My boyfriend, a former employee, called to inquire about resolving the situation, but the response from the employee was rude, alleging that we were banned from the store for supposedly hassling them.

I am a big fan of Gamestop for exploring new games and consoles. However, I had a disappointing experience in March [redacted] when I ordered an Xbox [redacted] online. Despite being promised it would be ready in three hours, I arrived at the store to find out they were out of stock. The lack of inventory management left me frustrated, as I had already paid for the item. The refund process was slow, and I felt let down by the service. I recommend that Gamestop improve its inventory tracking and online stock updates to prevent similar situations in the future.

I had a disappointing experience at GameStop located at [redacted] N Broad St, SPC 5A, Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. Manager Rosita lacked knowledge on products and was unhelpful. To make matters worse, during a visit with my son to purchase games, she abruptly insisted on seeing my ID without clearly explaining the policy. Despite my long history as a loyal customer since [redacted] and my investments in the company, Rosita's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I left feeling confused and disrespected.
Fortunately, my subsequent visits to the GameStop at Fashion District [redacted] Market Street, Philadelphia PA [redacted], and the Whitman Plaza [redacted] W Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia PA [redacted], were much more pleasant. Employees Brooke and Patrick were knowledgeable, helpful, and explained policies clearly. Brooke's assistance led to a $[redacted] purchase, while Patrick provided informative guidance during my $63 purchase. Their professionalism stood in stark contrast to my initial encounter with Rosita.

I made a purchase months ago, but it was delivered to the wrong address, and I couldn't change it. Despite trying to contact GameStop, they have only reached out to me once after my purchase in July. Since then, they have not responded to my numerous attempts to reach them through multiple emails and phone calls. I simply want my product delivered correctly, but their lack of response is frustrating. I have not requested a refund, just the product I paid for. I have been missing a $[redacted] credit from an invalid card I received when I traded in 2 iPhone 13 Pro Max devices from T-Mobile to your store. I was given a total of $[redacted] in the form of three cards, one of which was invalid. I visited the store multiple times and called support without resolution. I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch on November 29th, and subsequently realized I entered the wrong address. Despite attempting to rectify the issue independently, I reached out to customer support via email. While they instructed me to wait for the shipment notification to request an address change, no action has been taken since the notification was received. I have sent them 5 emails regarding this matter. Furthermore, I received three separate notifications of attempted charges on my card for the same amount. At this point, I am seeking a refund to facilitate the purchase of a Nintendo Switch elsewhere.

I did not receive the PS4 Slim, 1TB console from my recent order. I received one email confirmation and tracking number, indicating it was not shipped separately. My GameStop account shows: ORDER: [redacted][redacted], Ordered Date: 24 Nov [redacted], Order Status: Partially shipped. However, it shows as Delivered. The SKU# for the missing item is [redacted] (Sony PlayStation 4 Slim 1TB Console Black). I desire the console I ordered, an explanation for the delay, and when to expect delivery as it was not received within the expected timeframe of 1-3 days.

On November 28th, [redacted], I made an online purchase at GameStop for a Sony Playstation priced at $[redacted].96. However, on December 2nd, [redacted], I received a package from GameStop containing a plastic Funko Pop toy figure valued at $8.99. The shipping label indicated a weight of 7lbs and was addressed to me, but the contents were incorrect. The shipping invoice inside had a different name, order number, and address. I have been trying to resolve this issue by sending daily emails, submitting the online return/replacement form multiple times, and spending hours on hold on the phone without any success. GameStop has not responded to any of my communication attempts, and I have not received any acknowledgment of my emails.

I've been attempting to reach GameStop for several days now. I placed an order for a PS4 over a week ago, and despite them confirming delivery three days ago, the package hasn't reached me. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday by 8 p.m. Unfortunately, I never received my order. I have been on hold for hours multiple times with customer service but have not received any answers. When I reached out to the local store from which the order was supposed to be delivered, they were unable to assist and instructed me to contact customer service. The store mentioned that all items were shipped out as scheduled. I attempted to check the status of my order online but was unable to do so as the information I provided from the order and confirmation email was deemed incorrect. As of now, I have not received my order and would like to request a refund.

I have been struggling with GameStop for over a year regarding an extended warranty I purchased for my son's Oculus. I made the purchase on March 18 and returned it on April 12 due to charging issues, which were still within the store's 90-day warranty period. Then, in December, I returned the Oculus again because the controller had stopped working. The store informed me that I had already used the extended warranty and they could not locate it. Last year in March, I bought my son an Oculus for his birthday along with an extended warranty due to his rough handling of things. In April, I returned it because it wasn't charging properly, expecting it to be covered by the store's 90-day warranty. However, in December, when the controller stopped working, I was informed by the store that there was no warranty on file, despite my receipt clearly showing that I had purchased the extended warranty. They insisted it had been utilized previously and that the specific model my son had was no longer available, asking me to pay an extra $[redacted] for a newer version. Frustrated, I contacted the 1-[redacted] number provided but was directed back to the store repeatedly. It has been a year, and my son is still without a functioning Oculus. I believe GameStop should replace the entire unit as per the extended warranty I paid for. I have the receipt as proof and feel they should honor it. I need to escalate this issue to the owner or CEO to resolve it promptly, ideally before Christmas, so my son can enjoy his Oculus as intended.

On November 22, [redacted], I visited GameStop to purchase an item. During the transaction, the computer malfunctioned, and I didn't receive a receipt. After the manager restarted the system, they processed the transaction again, and this time I got a receipt. To my surprise, I later discovered two charges of $[redacted].89 on my bill for the same day. The item in question was the Arcadius black box for Pokémon. I had specifically asked the manager to confirm that the initial transaction hadn't gone through since nothing printed and it didn't show up after the reboot. The manager reassured me and processed the transaction once more. I am now seeking a refund for the double charge from the transaction that was originally thought not to have gone through.
