On June 17th, whilst traveling to Mexico, I brought along an under the seat bag that complied with your size regulations for being carried for free on my flight. However, upon check-in, I was unexpectedly charged $79 per person, totaling $[redacted] for me and my husband, which I paid with my credit card. To my dismay, I later noticed a charge of $[redacted] from Frontier Airlines in Denver on my credit card statement. During my return flight from Mexico, an attendant in Denver inquired about a wheelchair order, which I did not make. This revelation has led me to believe that I was improperly charged at the check-in counter in Denver. I am deeply disappointed by this apparent fraud and sincerely urge Frontier Airlines' management to investigate this matter and reimburse me promptly. As retirees, my husband and I are on a fixed income and cannot afford such unjust charges. I trust that this issue will be resolved promptly. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

My experience with your airline has been quite disappointing. My son and his companion were looking forward to his first flight on his birthday. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed for 5 hours at Midway Airport, causing us to lose a day of our vacation. We are requesting a flight modification to extend our trip by one day to make up for the delay. Our original return flight is on 07/21, and we would like to change it to 07/22, departing after 11 am, if possible. Thank you.

I made a booking for two one-way flights, planning to return to Seattle but now staying in Salt Lake City. The ticket for Seattle was $[redacted], but I no longer need it. I noticed there's a deal available for $92 that allows me to bring both a carry-on and a checked bag. I would like to cancel my Seattle ticket and use that money to bring my bags so I can have my clothes with me in Salt Lake City.

I had a terrible flight experience with Flight Confirm Code DG82WN from Miami to Phoenix. I paid $25 for customer service to print my ticket due to the automated system being down. Unfortunately, the x-ray machine ate my ticket. Despite being reassured by TSA to get a new one at the Frontier check-in counter, no ticket was printed even though my flight was delayed by 2 hours. During my layover in Cleveland, I was removed from the full flight because my name wasn't on the list despite being told I was good to go. I was promised a complimentary motel, a $15 food voucher, and had to organize my own transportation, but after 7 hours of waiting, the day manager named "Trinity" at Cleveland International Airport had no record of my situation. Now, my 7 hours of flight time has turned into a 3-day travel ordeal due to delays. As a frequent traveler with Frontier, I'm disappointed. I hope Frontier Airlines can make this situation right to keep me as a loyal customer; otherwise, I may need to reconsider using their services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a canceled flight and had to fly to Trenton, New Jersey instead of Philadelphia. I incurred expenses of about $[redacted] traveling from Trenton to Philadelphia. Additionally, my husband's medication was delayed due to the unexpected changes, causing us to arrive home a day late, on a Friday instead of Thursday. I was unaware of the canceled flight until I reached the airport. I am seeking a refund for these inconveniences and would appreciate speaking with someone regarding this matter.

I had to cancel my sister's flight leaving from Fort Myers today at 8:22 a.m. due to her not being able to make it as she is a Marine veteran. However, when I canceled the flight for tonight, it also canceled my return flight. I'm trying to rebook for Thursday, but the $[redacted] I paid for the trip today has not been refunded yet. I need to change just one flight to Philadelphia from Fort Myers for Thursday night. I did not intend to cancel my return flight to Fort Myers, and now I have been charged twice, once for $[redacted] and once for $[redacted]. I urgently need assistance resolving this issue. Frontier Airlines altered my departing flight SCWWWM that I booked on July 22, [redacted], without my consent. The new flight includes a layover exceeding 10 hours, which is highly inconvenient. I am requesting to revert to my original flight or to be accommodated with a more suitable option, or otherwise to receive a full refund. These actions are unethical, illegal, and misleading. I am disappointed with this service. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will explore legal avenues to address the damages I have faced.

I am extremely disappointed by Frontier Airlines for changing my departing flight without my consent to one with a layover of over 10 hours. This change is completely unacceptable. My booking was made on July 22, [redacted], and my confirmation number is SCWWWM. I am requesting either to revert back to my original flight or to be provided with another flight option that suits me better. In the worst-case scenario, I would like a full refund. The actions of Frontier Airlines are unjust, unethical, and harmful to customers. They should face penalties and be held accountable for their actions.

I recently experienced a flight cancellation due to plane issues, which led to being rebooked. Unfortunately, this change caused a loss of miles and the elimination of my layover in Vegas, a key part of my travel plans. The revised arrival time, differing by approximately 4 hours, created challenges in adjusting my airport pickup arrangements. Waiting in the exceptionally long and hot line was exhausting, requiring me to be cautious not to faint. Despite the inconvenience, my miles were not even properly credited to my account.

I have a confirmation number R6HESB for my 1 carry-on baggage round-trip from Fort Lauderdale to Cleveland from August 10th to the 16th, which I paid $[redacted].00 for, including the Board First option. Today, I received an email from Frontier Airlines offering $29 each way for carry-on bags for travel between August 8th and November 15th, if purchased by August 1st. My 82-year-old wife is in pain, and I fear this upcoming trip will be very challenging for her. She will turn 82 on August 22nd, and the purpose of this trip was to visit her son, daughter, and all 5 grandchildren. Considering her condition, I believe this might be her final flight. I was charged $99.00 for a carry-on that fit in the plane with me. I shouldn't have been charged, as others in front of me weren't. I was singled out and my seat was double-booked. I had to wait for an extra seat when mine was already paid for. I am extremely upset with this airline. The customer service was poor, and the person who charged me for my luggage was disrespectful and unprofessional.

I experienced a challenging situation when my mother-in-law passed away while I was visiting Atlanta due to a heart attack. When I contacted the airline representative to change my flight, I was shocked when they quoted a price higher than a new ticket. Dealing with such practices during a difficult time is disheartening. I had to purchase a completely new ticket and now request a refund for the unused one. Despite trying to reach a different representative, I ended up talking to the same person, who then abruptly hung up. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

On August 4, [redacted] at 7:16 am Sydney time (August 3 in the afternoon EST), I have made numerous attempts to contact FA for a refund for a cancelled flight at the Denver layover to Cleveland. The flight details are as follows: EFGMKN from San Diego at 4:36 pm to Cleveland at 12:34 pm with a stopover in Denver on July 9, [redacted]. The confirmation number for this booking is EFGMKN. I, Steve Cheline, purchased the ticket and I am requesting the refund on behalf of my son, Jaxx Cheline, who had to purchase an additional flight with another airline to return home when the Denver to Cleveland segment of FA's flight was cancelled. Our attempts to obtain a refund via the website link provided by email were unsuccessful, as the website claimed 'unable to provide refund - passenger has checked in or boarded flight,' which is incorrect. Jaxx boarded the flight from San Diego to Denver but the subsequent flight to Cleveland was cancelled without a replacement. Thus, I am specifically seeking a refund for this portion of the journey. Efforts to reach out through the help service chat bot and the provided WhatsApp number have been unsuccessful as well.

I am writing regarding a recent flight with your airline. I am inquiring about the process for filing a formal complaint about multiple flight cancellations that happened on July 31st for flight DBTNHZ from Las Vegas, NV to PHX. The flight was canceled multiple times on that day, causing substantial inconvenience and extra costs. As a result of the cancellations, we had to find accommodations at a hotel and rent a car to reach our client's destination unexpectedly. I attempted to cancel my flight today due to uncertainty about being able to make it. Unfortunately, the app kept giving me an error and did not allow me to alter my booking. As a result, I wasn't able to check in and missed my flight. I tried calling all day while on my way to the airport, but was unable to reach a live agent. I urgently need assistance to switch my flight to the same one scheduled for tomorrow evening.
