I'm having trouble accessing my Go Wild pass to purchase an airplane ticket. Each time I visit the website, select a departure and return date, it redirects me to a payment page. However, I believe I shouldn't be charged because I have the Frontier pass, which should cover costs from September 2 to February 24. There seem to be blackout dates, leaving only a few options in August, November, December, and January. I attempted to book for August, but when I proceeded to pay, it was confusing since I thought I had a pass that should be valid.

Our flight was canceled, and we were hoping to be rebooked on another flight with a different airline for tonight. We initially booked through what we believed was Frontier Airlines, but it turned out to be a third-party booking. Dealing with the third-party to reorganize our trip has been incredibly frustrating as they were unhelpful, and reaching Frontier's customer service proved impossible as they no longer offer phone support. This whole situation has been a complete nightmare. We have tried making numerous calls and chats to sort out this mess. Booking both the hotel and flight through one website was supposed to simplify things, but it only made the situation more complicated. It would be a relief to speak with someone over the phone and get this sorted out.

I had trouble booking my flight initially and ended up with a morning flight after multiple attempts. When I contacted customer service to change it, they quoted a $35 fee, but online it showed as $49, so I kept the 3:17 flight. Recently, Frontier changed the flight time, yet I couldn't make changes without a fee. The original flight was only $19, without any carry-on fees. I'd appreciate a refund of the $49 change fee. On August 4th, [redacted], my flight from Atlanta to Chicago was unexpectedly canceled without a reason provided by your staff. We were given a slip to request a refund, which I promptly filled out due to the unavailability of flights until the following afternoon. Since I had a wedding to attend on Saturday, I had to cancel my plans and request a full refund. I flew from Atlanta, GA to Trenton, NJ last Sunday, and the experience was frustrating. The flight was canceled at 1:30 am, and after waiting in long lines for rebooking, I received a $10 food voucher too late to use. Rebooking led to more challenges as no one could guide us on retrieving our checked bag. After two flight cancellations, I finally flew out on Monday, paying more for seats and baggage. Only to find out my checked bag had already arrived in Trenton when I got there. This ordeal extended my parking costs in Trenton by two days. I am seeking a full refund due to a sudden change in my return flight itinerary from Cancun, MX, to Miami, FL. Originally a 2-hour direct flight (F9202) on September 5, [redacted], has now been altered to a much longer journey with multiple layovers. The new route includes a transfer from MX to PHL (F990) followed by an 18-hour layover and then continuing from PHL to MIA (F92331). My minor child, who has special needs and is sensitive to changes, will be accompanying me on this trip. The extended waiting time and changes in schedule are not suitable for my son's condition. I am James M. On July 18, [redacted], I received an email notifying me of the cancellation of our upcoming flight with Booking number FDE3UW. Given the choice between a flight change or a refund, I opted for a refund of $[redacted].88, as my original fare was $[redacted].88. After chatting with two company representatives, the second one assured me of the refund and said a confirmation would be emailed to me. However, to date, I have not received any confirmation or updates. On Aug 5, [redacted], I reached out to [redacted] regarding my refund status but have not received any response.

I received a $[redacted] refund voucher due to a flight cancellation on my last trip. I'm looking to book a trip for September and want to use the voucher towards it. However, I can't seem to enter the voucher number to deduct the $[redacted]. The system requires me to pay with my credit card even though the voucher should cover the flight cost, excluding taxes. I'm eager to book my September flight today and have the $[redacted] voucher applied to it.

I recently booked a flight on Frontier Airlines for my cruise on the Mardi Gras. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss the cruise. We had a one-week vacation booked in Fort Lauderdale, FL with Frontier Airlines tickets. Our flight from Islip, NY to Fort Lauderdale today, on August 17th, was delayed by 2.5 hours due to weather conditions. Despite arriving 1.5 hours early, Frontier check-in staff at Islip Airport refused to check our luggage that we had paid for in advance. The manager we spoke to was unhelpful and said the luggage belt was closed, refusing to find a solution. Consequently, we missed our flight, losing both tickets and the luggage fees. We also lost our payment for a 7-night hotel stay and are unable to get a refund. This experience with Frontier at Islip NY was extremely disappointing, unlike our positive experiences with other airlines from LGA Airport. We are left feeling disheartened as we were eagerly anticipating this trip, and we are now seeking a full refund. Thank you.

I made a flight booking in February and canceled it within 10 hours due to a medical condition. According to the return policy, I should receive a refund if canceled within 24 hours. I received an email confirming that customer service would follow up in 7 days. Despite multiple texts and emails, I have not received a refund or credit. Every time I reach out, I am asked to wait another 7-14 days. It has been almost 7 months now, and the customer service has been consistently poor. I am Howard Dorsey. I booked a flight for three people with Frontier Airlines traveling from Philadelphia to Orlando on August 18. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled without prior notification and I had to pay an additional $[redacted] to reroute us to Denver for another flight to Orlando. This caused us to miss a day of our resort stay. I was charged twice for baggage fees during my travels from SFO to DEN and DEN to IAH on July 6th, [redacted]. I tried to pay $78 for my carry-on bag on the Frontier website, but it didn't go through, so I ended up paying $99 at the front desk. However, on July 14, [redacted], the $78 was deducted from my account.
I filed a claim for the $78, and on September 6th, Frontier Airlines reversed the claim. I am just seeking to have the $78 refunded back to my account.

I booked a flight from Orlando to Baltimore to visit my daughter during the holidays. However, I noticed that the dates were changed from November 16 to September after booking, and I'm not sure why. Unfortunately, when I tried to modify the date, it wasn't allowing me to do so, and I had to cancel the booking. Now, Frontier has charged me $[redacted] for the cancellation, which seems excessive. My sister's Frontier flight was canceled, and she has not been accommodated. She is feeling unwell and hasn't eaten since this morning. Her flight was at 1 pm, and she has been waiting for 8 hours to get back home to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from Las Vegas, NV. According to regulations, she should be provided with alternate arrangements. She paid for a direct flight to Milwaukee, so why hasn't the staff ensured she has a new flight?

Two months ago, I suffered from two strokes. My grandson tried to help me book a flight, but unfortunately, he mistakenly booked two one-way tickets to Phoenix, Arizona, from XNA airport in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I only needed one ticket and now I'm stranded in Phoenix. I have missed four doctors' appointments a week because of this mix-up and urgently need to get back home. I downloaded the app and entered my confirmation code B8SZYV. My goal was to book two seats together for me and my wife and add a checked bag for each flight. However, the total cost came to almost $[redacted]. I noticed a ticket fee that wasn't clear to me. I booked two seats for each flight at $38 each and one checked bag weighing between 40 and 50 pounds at $65 for each flight. The total should have been a little over $[redacted]. I made a booking with Frontier Airlines for a flight from Las Vegas to Buffalo on Flight [redacted]. Upon arriving for check-in, I was informed the flight was overbooked.
