I have a reservation under the name Anderson GBB4GM. Originally, it was set for departure on the 9th and return on the 16th. I needed to adjust it to leave on the 10th and return on the 18th. To facilitate this change, I decided to cancel the initial flight since it was eligible for a full refund due to the cancellation occurring more than 7 days before the departure. I received notification of the cancellation, but I am uncertain if the refund was processed entirely. I seek confirmation of the refund status before rebooking my flight for the new dates. Frontier Airlines canceled my booking without notice, using confirmation code UDJJRJ. We paid $[redacted].84 for a flight for three passengers, and they inexplicably deducted $[redacted].00 from that amount. They claim the remaining $[redacted].84 can be used for a future flight. Upon arriving at San Juan Puerto Rico airport for flight [redacted] to Orlando departing at 4 pm, the flight got delayed until 9:30 pm with no explanation. Eventually boarded and experienced issues with the journey but no clear communication from the staff. Frustrated by the lack of information and the unfriendly demeanor of the employees, I, as a diabetic patient who hadn't eaten, had to endure until the flight finally departed after midnight. Would appreciate a call at [redacted], seat changed from 26 to 41. Flight experience to Orlando was unsettling due to the series of unfortunate events.

I had a United flight from SMF to Denver on 6-29-23. Unfortunately, it got canceled, and my rebooking for July 1st was also canceled. This caused a chain reaction that disrupted my entire trip to Billings. I ended up canceling it because I couldn't reach Denver. My Frontier ticket was purchased via CheapFareGuru, who now directs me to Frontier for a refund, even though I know Frontier usually doesn't provide them. I missed an email from Frontier regarding a change in our flight schedule. We initially had a flight from RDU at 1:51 pm on July 18, but the new flight departs at 10:52 pm, arriving at DEN at 12:44 am on the 19th, causing us to miss our event. There's a flight on your website leaving RDU at 9:20 pm on July 17 and arriving at DEN at 11:09 pm. Can we switch to that flight as a fair exchange since we paid more for our original booking and Frontier made the change? Our confirmation code is R7BPKL. I need to check the flight status for my sister's arrival. Unfortunately, I only have a flip phone and cannot use the smartphone app. I need a phone number I can call on the day of her arrival to get the flight status. I will be waiting for her in the cell phone lot and want to stay updated in case her flight is delayed.

During my trip from MCO to PR on June 25 at 6:15 am, I was removed from the airplane due to the pet carrier bag issue. Despite being assured of a refund within 2 to 3 days by customer service, it's now July 7, [redacted], 12 days post-cancellation, and I am yet to receive it. The amount in question is $[redacted].38. As of July 11, [redacted], the refund has still not been processed. While I managed to book with another airline without any trouble, I am eager to receive the refund promptly.

During a challenging trip to California due to a family loss, my mom, teenager, and I encountered difficulties at the airport. As a person with multiple sclerosis, I needed assistance in a wheelchair, but unfortunately, an employee failed to find someone to push me. Consequently, my elderly mother had to navigate security and take us to our gate. Despite some confusion, we managed to get checked in. However, a miscommunication with another employee led to us missing our flight due to conflicting instructions. This led to an unexpected hotel expense and further hardship. I am disappointed with the lack of proper assistance and communication, especially given my health condition. I hope to receive a refund for the incurred costs and improve the experience for disabled passengers in the future.

Hello, my name is Richard Dickerson. I am a disabled veteran and have never missed a flight before. I am always punctual and was on time today. When I approached the counter, the lady informed me that I needed to have my boarding pass printed out, which I have never had to do before. After some confusion, I ended up waiting for 25 minutes only to be told that they were not boarding anymore. I am deeply disappointed as I am now missing an event in New York. I would like a flight to either MacArthur or LaGuardia, or a refund as I cannot afford to lose $[redacted]. I hope someone can assist me as I am not accustomed to dealing with these issues. My husband and I took a 6:00 am Frontier Airlines flight from Miami to Denver today. My husband, who is 77 years old and has Alzheimer's, may have left his phone during the TSA check-in process in Miami. I saw him take it out, but I fear he may have left it behind. The phone is an iPhone in a black case, and it should have a message on the screen. If found and unlocked, our son can locate it. I hope someone can help.

I had a flight connection last night from Arizona to Florida and then from Florida to Massachusetts. Unfortunately, I missed my connecting flight and was informed that the next available one would be on Tuesday. I intended to cancel and get a refund but did not receive it. So, I had to purchase another ticket with a different airline to reach my final destination. I missed out on the refund for the first ticket but have received a refund for the second ticket. Now, I am wondering if I can still take the rescheduled flight on Tuesday.

Hello, I have a flight scheduled for today at 7 PM from Tennessee, Nashville to Phoenix. I paid an additional $[redacted] for flexibility in case I needed to change my flight to the next day. Unfortunately, I have encountered an emergency and I'm looking to possibly reschedule my flight. I noticed there is a flight leaving Nashville at 10 PM and arriving in Phoenix at 12 PM the next day. I had to cancel our trip on July 11. My father and I both have disabilities. Despite arriving 2.5 hours early, I struggled to get my boarding pass due to a system error. I could only screenshot part of the issue. My father suffers from Parkinson's, a stroke, and cognitive problems. We couldn't afford to stay longer or have a place to stay, and he's running out of medication. His health is deteriorating, and we didn't feel respected. Even after requesting accommodations, we were repeatedly asked for a screenshot instead. My father is a PTD Veteran. I urgently need help rescheduling our trip to PA and ensuring his wheelchair can be taken. He can't sit up straight and slips out of chairs. As his caregiver, I require an aisle seat. I recently applied for a customer service position and received a call from HR to schedule a team chat. I logged onto Teams and was asked to create an ID.com account for identity verification. After three days, I received a message stating that I was hired and to expect an offer letter. Today is 6/24/[redacted], but I have yet to receive the letter. On 7/10/[redacted], a Frontier agent assured us we could cancel our 7/14/[redacted] flight with a $[redacted].92 fee. We were told we could submit a Refund Request Form due to my husband, D.W., having COVID. However, upon finding the form, it states that COVID or illness does not qualify for a refund. Hello, I made a typo in the names of two travelers and need to correct them. I reached out to Kiwi.com, who I booked with, and they advised me to contact the airlines directly. The itinerary comprises three flights with Frontier, Volaris El Salvador, and Avianca. I managed to rectify the names with Volaris El Salvador and Avianca. However, I have been unable to reach Frontier, and their communication process seems ineffective. Despite trying their program and online forms, I have had no luck. Good afternoon. I had a flight scheduled for March 14, [redacted], but due to my nephew's military duty in Romania, the trip with his mother, girlfriend, and special needs brother had to be canceled. I paid $[redacted] for a round trip flight through Priceline. I had no issues flying to Buffalo, but on the way back to Florida, my flight was canceled at 6:30 a.m. on Friday. My original flight was at 11:00 a.m. The replacement flight cost $80, and I was informed that I would be reimbursed $50. In total, I spent $[redacted] for a new flight that departed in the evening, causing me to arrive home at 3:00 a.m. I missed a day of work, losing a day's pay, on top of the unexpected $[redacted] expense.

Upon purchasing my round-trip ticket online, I was shocked to discover additional fees upon arrival at the airport. Despite paying for medical assistance, it was unavailable. Navigating the airport was challenging, and the flight itself lacked adequate air circulation, resulting in discomfort. The only refreshment provided was a small amount of water. I missed my flight, [redacted], from Orlando to Boston. I checked in online yesterday and dropped off my bag at 4:30 am for a 6:05 am flight. The security line was long, and due to needing a wheelchair because my feet were swollen, I was delayed. I was treated rudely at the gate and at the check-in counter after waiting in line for an hour again. I am concerned about my luggage and wanted to express my dissatisfaction with Frontier.
