Following a medical emergency and a weather-related detour during my Southwest Airlines flight, I needed to find an alternative route from Atlanta to Miami for a cruise. Despite Southwest not having a suitable flight, Frontier did. Unfortunately, upon reaching Atlanta, the Frontier flight was too delayed for me to catch my cruise. The customer service representative canceled my seat and suggested I seek a refund through you as no vouchers were available. I had to cancel my cruise due to these issues.

My husband and I (PNR GYB9XC) encountered an issue on 06/12/23 when our flight from Las Vegas to San Diego, flight number [redacted], was oversold, resulting in denial of boarding. We were promised compensation of 4x the booking price and instructed to submit a request through a form. Despite this, I recently received an email stating that there is no record of the flight being overbooked, leading to the cancellation of our refund request. This situation appears to be dishonest. Unfortunately, contacting customer service via phone is not an option as they are only reachable through chat support. Even the chat representative provided the same unhelpful response.

I have multiple sclerosis and was in a wheelchair with my mom and teenage daughter at the airport. While waiting for assistance, an agent directed us to the side designated for wheelchair users. After a 15-minute wait, my elderly mother, afraid of missing the flight, pushed me through security. Unfortunately, one of your employees passed us by, resulting in us missing the plane. We were stranded for three days, attempting to reach Ontario, California. The airline even charged us $[redacted] for bags, exceeding the cost of one of our plane tickets. Despite getting on a plane the next morning, our connecting flight was not adjusted, resulting in additional hours of waiting and unnecessary pain for me. The entire experience was distressing, and I am seeking a refund for the ordeal. The lack of professionalism and assistance from Frontier Airlines staff was unacceptable, leading to immense discomfort and delays in our journey.

Hello, I would like to discuss the incidents that occurred on flight [redacted] from Houston to Orlando on 6/18/[redacted]. The flight, scheduled for 6:13 pm, was delayed until 8:00 pm due to several issues. Initially, 51 bags were forgotten, causing a delay of about 20 minutes. Subsequently, there was a bathroom leakage concern that required maintenance attention. The pilot informed passengers about the delay and waited for maintenance to resolve the issue. Despite these technical problems, the pilot assured that everything was under control. However, the wait prolonged due to the paperwork delay. Some passengers, including those with connecting flights, were significantly inconvenienced. I strongly believe that compensation should be provided to all passengers for the inconvenience caused. My partner and I were disappointed with the overall experience and the repeated issues faced before the flight.

I'm Brooklynn Archer. Our flight on June 16th, [redacted], to Dallas DFW departing at 5 pm was canceled due to a security breach. We were given the choice of a refund or rebooking, but we were unable to reschedule. I am requesting a refund for the canceled flight. Passengers in our group for the canceled flight include Triniti Perez (lap infant), Creed Vickery, Somer Perrini, Brooklynn Archer (lap infant), and Luke Archer. We also paid for checked baggage and would like a refund for that as well.

I recently canceled two flights for which I had purchased "the works" package. I received a credit email for one flight but not the other. Although I did receive an email for the second flight as well, it states that my credits expire on 06/25/23, when I believe I should have a year to reuse them instead of just 3 months. Since these were booked using a business credit card, I need revised credits for both flights with the correct expiration date sent to me promptly.

At the Frontier counter, my daughter, Destiny, and I were informed by an unfriendly agent that our flight was canceled, including our return flight. Despite being offered a rebooking for June 10th with multiple layovers, we declined. We requested information on reimbursement and a $[redacted] voucher promised to us, but the agent couldn't provide confirmation numbers. We were told we would be notified via text.
We had to scramble to book with another airline, spending the night at the airport. The next day, I woke up with back pain and swollen feet. I am dissatisfied with Frontier's customer service.

I purchased three tickets to Puerto Rico through Smartfares. A week later, I received a booking confirmation, but when I checked the website, the booking did not exist. Smartfares informed me that they had canceled my flights. We bought one-way tickets from Ontario, California to Denver, Colorado, and a return flight to John Wayne Airport. The first flight was cancelled, making the return flight useless. How can we get a refund for the unused ticket?

Flight [redacted] was initially set to leave at 6:52 pm on June 26 but was delayed until 8:36 pm due to aircraft issues. Subsequent delays occurred because of bad weather and eventually, the flight was canceled. Currently, it is 12:03 am on June 27, and passengers are still onboard. I am seeking a resolution for this situation. I believe a refund is warranted as the first delay was caused by an issue with the aircraft, not weather-related. If the flight had departed on time, I would already be in Miami.

We had an unfortunate experience with Frontier Airlines yesterday. Our flight was changed to one over 7 hours later without any notification. We left our resort early, waking up our small kids, only to discover the delay. Instead of enjoying our resort, we spent the day at the airport. To make matters worse, our luggage was lost when we arrived home late at night. The gate change was not communicated to us, resulting in our luggage being misplaced. We are incredibly disappointed as we lost an entire day and have no information about the whereabouts of our luggage.

1. Can I make an "advance" reservation for Thursday, July 13th, to fly from DCA (Washington) to Denver (DEN)? If not, when is the earliest I can make this reservation?

3. I noticed that the GoWild pass option is currently unavailable. Does this mean I won't be able to use my GoWild pass on that day?
4. If the GoWild pass option is unavailable, does this mean my only choice is to purchase an air ticket separately? Does this also imply that buying the GoWild pass was a waste of money?
