I've had multiple time changes for my upcoming flight. Initially scheduled for May 14 at 5:15 am EST, I received emails with subsequent time adjustments. The latest update shows my flight at 10 pm EST with no options to modify it further. Despite booking a hotel for an arrival before 4pm on May 14, the current flight time doesn't align. I'm unable to access options to adjust the time online. Is there a solution to ensure I arrive as planned?

My flight got changed without my knowledge. Now, the booking only shows one seat booked from Orlando to Cleveland and the other one from Cleveland to Florida is missing. I paid for both seats and need them both. The times were also changed; I wanted evening hours from Cleveland to Orlando. I need assistance to resolve this before my trip. Thank you for your help.

I am inquiring about a complex travel arrangement involving my two grandchildren, aged 5 and 14, traveling from Denver, CO, to San Juan, PR, with their mother. Then, they will return to Charlotte, NC, with either myself or my wife to meet their parents. The children's mother will be staying in Puerto Rico for a few days before flying alone to Denver to assist her husband in moving to Charlotte. After four to five weeks, the minors will return with either myself or my wife to Charlotte, where one of us will accompany them for a few days before returning alone to Puerto Rico.
My issue lies in the booking process on the website. When I add two children to the booking, an extra adult is automatically included, resulting in higher fares for both the Denver-San Juan and Charlotte-San Juan flights. I am seeking assistance in securing reservations at the correct lower fares for this specific travel arrangement, where the children are accompanied by adults at all times but will transition between family members during the trip.
Furthermore, I am curious if a parental affidavit is necessary to confirm that the minors are authorized to travel with either myself or my wife, rather than their parents, during the San Juan to Charlotte leg. Having written documentation would provide peace of mind before boarding the plane.

I need help adding a luggage charge to the card I used to purchase my ticket. I also need to confirm my reservation for May 31, [redacted], on the Denver to Las Vegas flight at 5:30 am. I was on a flight on June 1st, [redacted], Flight [redacted], seated in Row 30 A,B,C. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost both my driver's license and my Military I.D., belonging to Peggy VOGT. I realized it was missing when I was getting ready to board my connecting flight to Virginia. I've tried calling but haven't received any callbacks. I had a confirmed flight on Frontier from BWI to San Diego departing at 4 PM and arriving at 8:14 PM. Frontier altered my flight to depart at 2 PM, reaching at 10:50 PM, significantly extending my travel time and causing a late arrival. I am accompanied by two children. I have noticed two alternative flights that more closely align with my original booking and I am hoping to switch to one of these flights. Both flights depart from DCA instead of BWI, which is acceptable. One option leaves slightly after 1:30 PM from DCA, with an arrival time of 5:58 PM with a layover in Denver.

On February 21st, I bought a flight from Buffalo to Charlotte. During the purchase, a promotion appeared offering discounted tickets with a credit card application. When I got back to the computer after being kicked off, I proceeded with buying the ticket using my debit card. Unfortunately, I ended up being double-charged for this flight that includes a connection with United Airlines in Atlanta. The credit card linked to the promotion has arrived, and I noticed charges exceeding $[redacted] for the flight. It seems like an accidental double charge occurred for these flights.

I am reaching out to inquire about the reimbursement process for the payment of my hand luggage, which I was charged for at Punta Cana Airport. This hand luggage was originally part of my travel from Puerto Rico to Punta Cana and should not have incurred an additional fee. Even though the airline provided a credit for the amount, I am not planning to travel and would prefer to have the funds refunded to the credit card that was initially charged. I arrived at the bag drop in Denver Airport without having checked in. The seat number on the check-in was incorrect, so I spoke with a bag drop staff member who took my ID and my bag without providing a check-in barcode or charging me $25. TSA informed me that I needed the check-in barcode, but when I tried to check in online, I encountered a website error. An attempt to re-email my flight details resulted in a different confirmation number. Even after reaching out to agent assistance, they mentioned that I was already checked in, but they couldn't generate a check-in barcode. Unfortunately, I missed my flight, and though I never checked in, a supervisor mentioned it was impossible that the bag drop staff completed the check-in without the $25 fee. I refuse to pay $[redacted] for a transfer and seek a refund to book an alternative flight.

I had a NONSTOP flight from Oklahoma to Las Vegas on June 13, but the airline changed it to include a layover in Colorado, resulting in a late-night arrival in Vegas, which is not feasible for me. I would like to switch my flight to June 15, leaving Oklahoma at 1:56 PM and arriving in Vegas at 2:46 PM NONSTOP. I already spoke to a representative who wanted to charge me for this change, but since the airline made the initial change, I believe I should not have to pay any fees.

I have attempted to reset my password six times now. I carefully enter the temporary password given, double-checked by family members, only to be told I entered it incorrectly. This has been going on for nearly a week, making it impossible to book a flight due to login issues. I searched for a flight from Phoenix to Tampa, intending to fly on June 20th. Google displayed a price of $67, so I clicked through to book. However, after confirming the purchase, I discovered that the flight was actually scheduled for July 03. During the check-in process for our flight F9 [redacted] from BDL to MCO on the 6th of November, [redacted], my wife, who has a disability, and our 14-year-old granddaughter experienced all the kiosk systems being offline. Consequently, they had to go to the airline service desk where an agent performed a manual check-in since they didn't have a smartphone with them. However, they were charged a $50 service fee for this. My wife, being elderly and with mobility issues, was not informed that she could have requested assistance from a manager to avoid the fee. This policy felt like elder abuse and caused unnecessary stress to a minor due to smartphone limitations. We are requesting a prompt resolution to this matter and a refund of the service fee.
