Since I needed it for my cousin's wedding, I assumed the order was not successful and placed a second order. To my surprise, both machines were delivered on April 23, [redacted]. It was only then that I realized I had unintentionally ordered two machines due to Flipkart's system error in not sending me the initial order confirmation. It is frustrating that Flipkart did not confirm the first order, leading to this situation. When I contacted customer service, they refused to accept the return of one of the washing machines. I am disappointed that Flipkart is not taking responsibility for their mistake and not assisting in resolving this issue.

I received a package that was not intended for me, mistakenly delivered to my address. The package contained a red self-designed semi-stitched lehenga and choli oexty. The tracking number for this package is EMPC[redacted]. It was delivered to: ABHI KATYAL C104, VENUS APARTMENT OPP SAINIK VIHAR, PITAM PURA DELHI [redacted] After checking with my relatives, none of them claim to have sent it. I am eager to find out the sender's name as there seems to have been a mix-up, although the sizes in the package match our preferences. The delivery executive did not answer my calls and provided incorrect update three times. I am frustrated as the delivery boy did not come to my address, didn't respond to my calls, and falsely reported a product mismatch. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge Ekart to educate their delivery staff to answer calls promptly and serve customers accurately. The incorrect updates are disappointing, and I hope this issue is addressed to improve the delivery service.

When I attempt to log in using my phone number, it says I am already logged in and asks for a password, even though I have not used this number for three years. I purchased a mobile on September 27, [redacted] for the price of [redacted]/-, but the order was cancelled and I am still waiting for my refund. The order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0. I have reached out to my bank regarding this issue, and they have requested more information to assist me in the refund process. The bank mentioned that as of now, they have not received the refund amount from FLIPKART PAYMENTS. They have asked for the original transaction amount and date, as well as any dispute request related to the transaction. I need to provide this information to the bank promptly to initiate the refund process.

For the past 10 days, we have been following up with the team, and despite assurances for a delivery on April 30, [redacted], the date was changed to May 6, [redacted]. This inconsistency is evident from the tracking status from April 29 to May 1, stating that the shipment has not arrived from Ludhiana to Binola. We urge you to address this issue promptly as our trust in Flipkart's services has been shaken. We are currently reconsidering using the Flipkart app for future purchases, and this decision applies to all our family members and relatives as well.

Query -1: I have purchased a Thomson company's 50-inch Android TV through Flipkart. Did I make a mistake by buying this Android TV? Query -2: When did I receive this 50-inch Android TV on 23/03/[redacted]? Query -3: The technician also tried to operate the TV, but it didn't work. Query -4: Does the company that sends the TV deceive consumers? Lastly, I want to ask if this TV has not been replaced to date. All numbers are closed and it's difficult to contact customer care. In case of such mistakes and no solutions, the consumer usually goes to consumer court, but first tries to resolve the issue with the company.

I purchased a Vivo V27 phone on April 27th and have been experiencing multiple issues since then. Firstly, the battery drains even when not in use. Secondly, the phone overheats during video calls. Lastly, I encounter a blank screen when trying to open messages during a call. Despite reaching out daily to request a return or exchange, I have been directed to the service center instead of being helped. I believe that since I bought the phone from Flipkart and they offer a 7-day return policy, I should be able to return or exchange it without any hassle. However, I am struggling to request a return online due to technical difficulties on the website. I fear that if my issue is not resolved soon, I may miss the return window. I attempted to order shoes on Flipkart and chose cash on delivery as the payment option. However, during checkout, I was asked to pay half of the amount in advance. I proceeded to pay half using Google Pay, but accidentally closed the tab before the transaction was completed. As a result, the payment wasn't processed, but the money was deducted from my account. I am seeking a refund for this issue.

I placed an order for "mars by GHC Himalayan Shilajit capsule" on Flipkart on 30 March [redacted] and made the payment. The delivery was supposed to be on 4 April, but I haven't received it, and the application now shows it as delivered.
