Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with the return pickup of the HOPPUP GRAND With Power Bank Function, order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. The product was delivered on March 28, [redacted], and I requested a return pickup on March 31, [redacted], due to the power bank output not functioning. Despite daily follow-ups with Flipkart customer care, I have yet to receive a satisfactory solution. Today, upon checking the Flipkart portal, it indicates that both refund and return have been canceled. Even after speaking with a senior Flipkart representative on March 7, [redacted], who assured me of a pickup by March 8, the return did not occur, and the promised refund has not been processed. I have saved chat transcripts, emails, and recorded conversations with customer care for reference. I am dissatisfied with the handling of this matter and the return service policy at Flipkart. Order [redacted] placed on Maine shopsy, but unable to return or receive a refund. The courier partner repeatedly rejects the return request and doesn't come for pick-up. Kindly resolve this issue promptly as it's causing significant inconvenience. I have never faced such problems on any app before. Please address my problem immediately. I placed an order on Flipkart for Mr. White Washing Powder and Fabric Conditioner on April 9th, [redacted], under order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]. Despite the app indicating that the order was delivered yesterday, I have not received it. I had requested the delivery person's details multiple times through the chat feature without any resolution. Yesterday, I informed the chat support to provide my alternate number, [redacted], to the delivery team due to issues with my registered mobile number on Flipkart. I am concerned about the order being marked as delivered when I haven't received it. I urge you to investigate who received the order and assist me promptly in resolving this situation.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to a disconnected mobile number. Although I updated my new number after placing orders successfully, I now face issues logging in with my old data as I have changed my mobile device. Upon attempting to activate with my current number, my cart and orders appear empty, although I have three pending orders. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter by either helping me regain access to my old account or by canceling my pending orders and facilitating a refund. Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 placed on April 9, [redacted], includes one EyeBogler Striped Men's Round Neck Blue T-shirt in Medium size. The item was received yesterday, but unfortunately, the Medium size is too tight and does not fit correctly. I kindly request to exchange it for a Large or XL size. I placed an order for an IFB microwave in March. The product arrived, but the IFB technician reported it wasn't working during installation. I promptly reported this to Flipkart within the return policy period. Initially, I was told the product would be replaced. After 15 days of follow-up, the replacement request was rejected. I then requested a refund, and I was assured the product would be collected, and I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, after several more follow-ups, my refund was rejected without any explanation, claiming the return policy had expired, even though I reported the issue within the timeframe. I am extremely disappointed with Flipkart's handling of this matter. My hard-earned money is now gone, and I am facing significant inconvenience. I recently purchased the Poco M34 Pro 5G mobile through Flipkart. The phone was delivered on March 28th, but upon checking, I discovered internal issues such as heating and calling problems. I contacted Flipkart customer care, but the representatives who received my call provided misleading information, causing me to lose 7 days of warranty. I requested a return and replacement for a new phone, but my issue remains unresolved. I also received an email from Flipkart stating that a service engineer will collect the phone on April 9th. Dear Team, I've been a Flipkart Plus member for 2 years and have a Pay Later credit limit of [redacted]. However, I am currently unable to use the service. After contacting customer support, I was informed by IDFC Bank that the service is blocked on their end due to a fault from Flipkart. This has been frustrating as a loyal customer. I want to address my frustration regarding the delivery date change from the 13th to the 18th of April. I am disappointed with the inconsistent information provided by your customer support team. The constant reassurance that my order would arrive on time contradicted the actual delay. I am skeptical about the new delivery date of the 18th and seek assurance that this will be the final update. The experience with Flipkart has been below expectations compared to other e-commerce platforms like Amazon. Cancelling the order and receiving a refund will not compensate for the time and effort wasted on resolving this delivery issue. The lack of transparency and misleading information from your customer service representatives is unprofessional. This experience has led me to decide that this will be my last interaction with Flipkart as a customer.

I have recently experienced a concerning situation with Flipkart and their seller support team. After selling a product, it was marked for return within 10 minutes of delivery with false reasons. Despite raising the issue with a support ticket, the return was approved without proper verification. The seller support representative informed me that if the return is approved, I would have to cover the charges, even though the approval had already been granted on the same day. Following this, I received the product back without any pickup or transit information. Despite trying to address the false return and misinformation provided by the seller support, I faced resistance and was informed I would have to bear the charges. The repetitive policy responses and lack of resolution options have caused me significant losses. Repeated attempts to escalate the matter to a verification team or senior have been unfruitful. This negative experience has led me to lose trust in Flipkart as a company. I believe there may be deliberate actions impacting sellers' profits, and I hope this feedback can lead to a resolution.

I recently placed an order for three products simultaneously. Unfortunately, I now need to cancel one of the items, but the process seems complex. Despite the two products being delivered by Flipkart today, cancelling the third product might lead to cancelling all three items. I'm contemplating cancelling the third product now, but I am unsure of the overall outcome. If I proceed by pressing accept and continue, I am unsure about the consequence.

I recently received the Logitech MK275 Mouse & Keyboard Combo with a spill-resistant design wireless laptop keyboard on 11.05.[redacted]. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the package was damaged, and the receiver (Dongle) of the mouse was missing. I kindly request a replacement or return for this item with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. Upon attempting to initiate the return process, I encountered an error message on the Flipkart website stating "SOMETHING WRONG," and my account was closed automatically. Despite reaching out to customer support, filing multiple complaints, and sending numerous emails to reactivate my account, I have yet to receive a solution. I have been assured multiple times that my issue would be resolved in two to four days, but unfortunately, no concrete action has been taken by Flipkart to date.

I made a purchase on 11 April, and unfortunately, the order was continuously delayed. After numerous calls to customer service on 17 April, the order was canceled without my consent. When I contacted Flipkart, they were unable to assist me and suggested I speak with a senior representative who was evidently unavailable. This ordeal has been frustrating as the delivery date was rescheduled from 14 April to 17 April without any prior explanation. The cancellation of the order this morning has left me with no choice but to place a new order at a higher price, which is unfair given the circumstances. I demand either the same order at the initial price or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by Flipkart's poor service and communication.

I purchased the One Plus Buds Pro 2 wireless headphones, but the product was missing from the received box. I have requested a return, but the resolution date has passed without any solution. The box I received also contains a different model from the one I ordered. I kindly request either a refund or a replacement for my product. On April 12, [redacted], I placed an order for a white printed T-shirt. The item was delivered on Sunday, April 16, [redacted]. Due to an issue, I requested to return the order immediately on the same day it was delivered. The delivery boy picked up the item within three days as per the return policy. However, I have now been informed that the return policy was canceled because the return period had elapsed. This is confusing as the delivery boy collected the item before the return period ended. I kindly request a refund for my order.

I purchased a Brazilian Wood Plant, but instead received seeds. I contacted customer service, and they arranged for a return and refund. The delivery person was supposed to pick up the products for return by April 21, but they have not shown up despite multiple promises.
