I have been dealing with an issue from three years ago, back in November [redacted]. I made a purchase of clothes from Flipkart using the pay later option totaling around [redacted]. However, the clothes were the wrong size, so I initiated a return. Despite my attempts, they never sent a delivery person. They started demanding payment for the pay later option, which I refused as the issue persisted. Eventually, my account was blocked, and due to the lockdown in March [redacted], I neglected to address it. Recently, I discovered through my credit report that Flipkart has negatively impacted my credit score due to 11 late payments. I have reached out numerous times over the past year to have my account unblocked to settle the dues, but the issue remains unresolved. I have called Flipkart countless times using another number - [redacted], and every time they assure me that they will send an email link to unblock my account, but to date, I have not received anything. It is frustrating, and I am unsure who is to blame in this situation.

We have returned the defective product and provided a return report. However, we have not received the replacement yet despite paying for it, causing immense mental distress. Flipkart needs to take responsibility and address this issue promptly. We are ready to escalate this matter to the consumer court with all the necessary evidence, as Flipkart has repeatedly failed to meet the deadlines promised for resolving the issue. The delay is causing conflict within the family, and if any untoward incident occurs, Flipkart will be held accountable. We have reached out multiple times but no action has been taken so far.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of Mesh jeggings in different sizes and colors, maroon and beige. However, I received two beige jeggings in the same size instead of the correct order. I purchased an aux cable from Shopsy for 50 rupees with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. The delivery arrived earlier than expected, but I was not home to receive it. The delivery agent asked me to make an online payment so he could leave it at my chosen store. I paid online, but the payment was processing, and the agent mentioned it might take 2-3 days to receive an OTP. He suggested canceling the order, which I reluctantly did. Now, the Shopsy portal initially showed the item would be delivered in a week, but then it suddenly changed to showing it as delivered. I am unsure whether I will receive the parcel or a refund. Hello, I arranged for my order to be replaced, expecting it to happen on Saturday. Surprisingly, I received a notification today that it's out for delivery. This order is a flute located at my house, but the pickup address is my office, away from home. This morning, I verified the delivery status on the app, which hadn't been updated. Assuming it hadn't been dispatched, I left it at home and went to the office. However, upon arriving at work, I received a message indicating it's out for delivery. Kindly reschedule the delivery for tomorrow.

Hello, I ordered a Google Pixel 6 5G, dual sim (not eSIM) on 9/3/23 around 11:30 a.m., and received the item around 3:00 p.m. that same day. Upon inspection, I realized the phone only had a single sim and no 5G network as advertised. I contacted Flipkart for a return and provided the necessary details for the refund process since I had paid cash on delivery. I was told the issue would be resolved within 72 hours, with a deadline mentioned as 22/3/23. Despite contacting customer care multiple times, I received no helpful responses other than to wait until 22/3/23. On 23/3/23, I reached out to a Flipkart grievance officer who asked for 24 to 48 hours to resolve the matter. The given timeframe has passed, and I have received conflicting messages about the status of the resolution. They have not informed me of any actions taken, and my case remains unresolved. I recently purchased a Bluestar water purifier from Flipkart. Upon installation by a Bluestar technician, I was informed that the product is damaged. I recently returned a product to Myntra, which was a 20Dresses Black jumpsuit. The return date was on March 18, [redacted]. The pickup person came to my home on the same day at 12:30 PM to collect the product. However, I was surprised to see that he updated the status as a failed pickup later in the evening at 10:30 PM. I contacted Myntra thrice regarding this issue, and the logistics team claimed they haven't received the product. It seems like the pickup guy may have misplaced the item. I received my order on March 26th as expected. However, I was dissatisfied with the product's quality and initiated a return on the same day. Unfortunately, your delivery agent did not pick up the accessories on the scheduled date of April 3rd due to technical issues. I contacted the delivery boy yesterday at 6:59 PM, and he mentioned that due to the rain, the delivery would be made in the morning.
