Dear Sir/Madam, I recently made a purchase on Flipkart using the Flipkart Pay Later Option. The purchase date was in January [redacted], with a due date of 5th February [redacted], and the amount due is Rs. [redacted]. Although I received the statement via email, I am facing issues logging into my account as I have lost the registered mobile number. I am eager to settle the payment but I am struggling to do so without access to my account. I am willing to make the payment if Flipkart can provide an alternative option such as an account number and IFSC code to deposit the amount directly. It is concerning that the payment is now 74 days overdue and that legal action might be taken by Flipkart. I did not anticipate this level of customer service. I ordered an item and made the payment. The app shows the product location as Ongole scan until May 6th, but it hasn't been updated since then, which is causing me concern. I contacted the delivery agent, who informed me that the delivery station is closed for two weeks, and my order will only reach me after that period. The last delivery date was supposed to be May 9th. I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that my product reaches me, as I have already made the payment. Thank you for your help.

Dear Customer Service, I would like to bring to your attention the issues I have faced with my recent order OD[redacted][redacted]0 (Solanky Indi Embroidered Kurta, Trouser/Pant & Dupatta Set) which cost Rs [redacted] and was delivered on April 11, [redacted]. The material I received is of poor quality and does not match the color of the fabric shown in the photo posted by the seller, which appears to be edited. When I requested a refund, the delivery person declined to pick it up due to a missing price tag, even though the material did not have one. Upon requesting a replacement, the new material also arrived without a price tag and was of low quality. Despite numerous calls to customer support over the past month for a refund, the logistic department keeps canceling the pick-up. Customer service now states that it's beyond the return period and can't assist further, despite my ongoing efforts to seek a resolution. I purchased an American Tourister bag from Flipcart on April 27th, and it was delivered to me by April 30th. Since then, I have been trying to exchange it. My order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0. Today, when I contacted Flipcart's customer care, two representatives asked me to send them money immediately. They even made a threatening remark suggesting I should consume poison if I refused. This behavior is unacceptable from a reputable company like Flipcart. I am very disappointed with this experience and will be sharing it on social media. Flipcart has been my go-to retailer, and this incident has left me frustrated.

I am having trouble logging into my account using only my phone number and the email address not linked to my account. My phone number is [redacted]. My account has been blocked for 10 days now. Despite multiple attempts to contact Flipkart customer service, my issue remains unresolved. On May 3rd, I received a non-returnable order that was not the product I had originally ordered. When I contacted Flipkart to return the incorrect item and receive a refund, they immediately blocked my account. I kindly request that my account be unblocked promptly.

I placed an order for a MILTON PRUDENT-[redacted] Thermo Steel Hot & Cold Water Bottle [redacted] ml Flask in Blue on May 8, [redacted], and received it on May 11, [redacted], around 8:10 pm. However, the item I got was different in size, color, quality, and price. It had a price tag of [redacted] INR, not [redacted] INR as I paid. Despite trying to request a replacement through the Flipkart app, I kept getting an error message asking me to try again later. I reached out to Flipkart customer care but have not received a response in 6 days. Even after sharing a video of the incorrect product, they rejected my return or replacement request. Dear Sir, I recently purchased a POCOX5 mobile from Flipkart on the 10th of this month. I am disappointed with the product and wish to return it within the 7-day return policy. A few months ago, I created a Flipkart account using my mobile number. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and the number associated with it. The issue I'm facing now is that when I try to update my new mobile number, the OTP is being sent to both the old and new numbers. I can receive the OTP on the new number, but since I no longer have access to the old number, I can't enter that OTP to update my mobile number. This is preventing me from changing my mobile number on Flipkart. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Dear Sir, I recently ordered a product, but I am not satisfied with it and tried to cancel it. However, I encountered an issue where I used two phone numbers and unintentionally placed the order using one of them. When I attempted to cancel, I received an error message. Subsequently, I logged out and tried logging in again, but the SIM card associated with that number is now corrupted. When I attempt to log in, it prompts for an OTP, which I am unable to receive. I am disappointed with the poor service I have received. I recently ordered the Big Muscles Real Mass Protein Powder with the Order ID - OD[redacted][redacted]0. The product I received has an expiry date of Best Before 9-[redacted] and was manufactured in March [redacted]. As a health-conscious customer, I cannot compromise on the quality and freshness of my health supplements. I understand that your legal disclaimer advises customers to check product labels carefully before consumption. However, I received a product that is nearly 1.25 years old, with a near expiry date. When I contacted customer care regarding this issue, I was informed that the item is non-returnable, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I urge you to address this matter promptly by arranging for the return of the outdated product and sending me a replacement with the latest manufacturing date. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the consumer court and the health department.
