Dear Sir, I am experiencing a problem with an order that I did not place. I recently received a Cash On Delivery order from Flipkart without my knowledge, and upon payment, I discovered that the item was not something I purchased. Unfortunately, the order section does not provide an option for return as the item was not ordered by me. It's a T-Shirt that I have no use for, and I am unable to find a customer care number for Flipkart. I am uncertain about what to do with this item.

I purchased a OnePlus 9 Phone from flipkart but encountered a heating issue. I requested a return, which was not accepted. Instead, I was offered a technician visit. On 21st April, technician Amit Gupta visited, checked the phone, and said I would receive a call from the company to discuss the problem and process my refund. The technician took my phone but no call came from the company, and I cannot reach the technician's number. The company had provided the technician visit message initially. Now, neither the company nor the technician is offering any assistance or providing any details. Given the continuous delays, I am not getting any resolution. I am very distressed. Please assist me.

I am writing from New Delhi to share my experience purchasing a Samsung AC (1.5 TON) from FLIPKART using Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 on 16.03.[redacted]. I opted for a two-year extended warranty through M/s Jeeves also courtesy of Flipkart. Unfortunately, after my AC stopped working suddenly on 10 May [redacted], I faced significant delays in the repair process initiated with M/s Jeeves. Despite multiple attempts, the service engineer only assessed the issue on 13.05.[redacted] and promised a quick repair, but with ongoing delays and parts replacements, my AC remains dysfunctional for over a month now. I received a different product from what I ordered on Flipkart. The item I got is the wrong one and it's damaged. The person supposed to pick it up doesn't want to take it back because it's not the correct product. I'm in touch with customer service, but if they insist on not refunding or replacing it, I'd like Flipkart to issue a refund. As a customer, I hope this can be resolved properly. Thank you.

I recently made a cash on delivery purchase on Flipkart. When the delivery arrived, I paid the amount and asked for the change. The delivery person mentioned he didn't have change and asked for my GPay number. He claimed to have sent the money, but I have yet to receive it. I tried contacting him on his landline multiple times, but it's always engaged, and he seems to be out of station. I am unsure how to retrieve the balance amount or reach the delivery person. I have encountered several problems with my recent orders from Flipkart. Initially, my payment was deducted, but the order was cancelled without a refund being issued. I received my delivery on the 7th but returned it on the same day. I scheduled a pickup for the 10th but it never happened, and it was automatically canceled. Even when I tried to return the item on the 10th and 12th, no pickups were made. The delivery boy claims there are scratches on the product, but I disagree. He is not communicating properly and refuses to take the delivery. I am very distressed. I have complained to the help center, but there has been no resolution. The same delivery boy keeps coming, and I am not satisfied with how he speaks to me. Please advise on how I can return the product and get my refund as soon as possible.

I bought a cooler from Flipkart for a single room, but it doesn't cool even half of my room as per the specifications listed on the site. I want to return the product. I've tried contacting both the brand (Bajaj) and Flipkart multiple times, but haven't received a resolution. I am frustrated with the subpar customer service of this supposedly reputable company. I am currently locked out of my account and unable to access it without providing sensitive government documents. Even after submitting the required documentation, I am unable to reach the customer support team for assistance. This entire system is inefficient and unhelpful for a company that has been running for so many years. All I want is access to my account restored promptly.

I recently purchased the cosrx advanced snail 96 Mucin from Flipkart. Unfortunately, the product I received turned out to be a fake. I realized this when I compared it to the product listed on the company's website. The one I received came in a glass bottle, while the original is supposed to be in a plastic bottle. Additionally, the trademark and label didn't match the authentic product. After checking other customer reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who has been misled by this. I am disappointed with Flipkart's customer service. Their helpline numbers are no longer available, and the chatbot is unhelpful and lacking intelligence. I have two recent orders that I need to return due to false advertising, one of which feels like a blatant scam. The chatbot is not allowing me to return either. One order was supposed to be a combo of two cosmetic products, but I only received one poorly packaged item. The other product was supposed to contain Hyaluronic Acid as per the description, but it does not mention it on the bottle.
