Hi Tasmi, In response to my complaint, I received the following messages. I would like the seller to deposit the money with Flipkart so that I can buy something in return for the product. Our banks are on audit, and it is a hassle if it is sent to the bank. Another option is a money order. I would also not mind a replacement with some other product like Lifree Panty Type Diaper, 90-[redacted], XL. I will pay the difference. Thank you for your response. Please do follow it up. I purchased the ishin kurta set with a dupatta in purple, size XL. Unfortunately, I received a smaller yellow kurti without the dupatta. I requested a return and a refund, which was accepted. The pick-up date given was initially 29/06/23, but it has been extended multiple times, and now it shows that the return policy has expired. I have tried contacting customer service several times to resolve this issue, but it has not been resolved. I am very disappointed with this situation as it was not my mistake, and the product received was completely different from what I ordered. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. I recently received my order for the Chutney jar, but it arrived without a lid. Additionally, the size seems much smaller than depicted in the images on the website. The outer surface of the jar delivered is plain, whereas the item in the pictures showed carvings and a vertical color band. My order ID is [redacted][redacted]0, and I had made a prepaid purchase. I have initiated a return with Flipkart, and it has been accepted. I kindly request that the replacement item be exactly as described with the lid and any decorative elements included. I ordered a product but haven't received it. Despite the notification saying it was delivered, I contacted customer service to file a complaint. I have been calling them since June 15th, but there has been no resolution so far. It has been a month, and I am adamant about getting this matter resolved. If not, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the police station.

Hello, this is Pawan from Bangalore, Yelahanka. I have encountered issues with a delivery person. Despite running my own business and being busy, I had to cancel my order twice in the past. However, the current delivery was attempted, and when I requested for it to be rescheduled for tomorrow due to my prior commitments, the delivery person was exceptionally rude to me. This behavior is unacceptable. I appreciate the hard work of delivery personnel, but this particular individual's rudeness needs to be addressed. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously. I ordered two sarees and a bedsheet from Flipkart using phone number [redacted] from Kolhapur. The Kashvi saree was due on July 13th, the bedsheet on July 12th, and a Tussar silk saree on July 19th. However, I have not received any parcels yet. I got a call from Flipkart assuring me of the delivery, but as of last night, nothing has arrived. I kindly request your attention to this issue. None of the products have been delivered, so I hope to receive them promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Realme mobile from Flipkart on 04.07.[redacted], and it was delivered on 06.07.[redacted]. Upon using the phone, I discovered that the SIM slot is not functioning, and the battery is draining within 2 hours. I reported the issue to Flipkart, and they advised me to contact the Realme service center. After visiting the service center on 07.07.[redacted], they confirmed that the phone is defective and provided me with a DOA certificate. I reached out to Flipkart again, but they are refusing to replace the device, claiming that my complaint is closed on their site. Neither Flipkart nor Realme is willing to resolve the situation by replacing the faulty mobile. I seek assistance in resolving this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Gatikrushna Singh from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I purchased a ceiling fan from Flipkart with a 2-year warranty on the motor. Unfortunately, the fan stopped working 5 days ago. When I reached out to Flipkart, they provided me with the company's contact number. However, despite my repeated attempts over the past 5 days, I have been unable to get through to the company using the provided number. Furthermore, Flipkart has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. When I contacted the company via WhatsApp, I was informed that I would need to courier the fan to Delhi, at an additional cost of [redacted] rupees. Hello, For the past couple of weeks, the Flipkart seller team has been getting in touch with me regarding the Ignite program for sales growth. They have been persistent in convincing me to purchase the program, highlighting its benefits. They assured me of full support and provided a contact number for assistance anytime. The person in contact with me is Adarsh Gautam. He guaranteed support if I made a purchase. I bought the program yesterday, but after the purchase, Adarsh has been unresponsive to my emails and questions. This lack of support is disappointing. Adarsh had been consistently calling me to promote the program, but now there is no follow-up after the purchase. I am requesting the cancellation of the Ignite program and a refund as I am not satisfied with this level of service compared to Amazon, which offers better support. Hello, I have been using Flipkart for many years, but recently my account has been experiencing issues. The main problem is with Flipkart Pay Later; even though I have made repayments for a phone I bought using it, I now cannot make repayments or view its details as it seems to be locked. I ordered a Water Purifier from Flipkart, but unfortunately, the product I received had a broken UV candle. The Installation technician also refused to install it. I requested a replacement, which was initially cancelled by the seller. After reapplying for a replacement, Flipkart cancelled my request on the last day. I have been trying to contact Flipkart for a resolution with no success. I am frustrated with the lack of response. I would appreciate it if they could either provide me with a replacement promptly or issue a refund instead.

I ordered an exhaust but was not satisfied with it. I initiated a return according to the policy, which stated the pickup should occur within 7 days (25-7-23 to 31-7-23). Due to health issues, I rescheduled the pickup multiple times, and it was finally delivered to the ekart store on 29-7-23. However, the pickup occurred on 2-8-23, after the policy deadline, resulting in my refund being canceled. I am seeking clarification on the error responsible for this situation as I am eager to receive my refund.

I ordered an Infinix Hot 30 5G phone that needed replacement due to software issues. When the delivery arrived, they asked for ₹[redacted] for replacement charges. I questioned this as I was not aware of any delivery charges. After some discussion, they asked for ₹[redacted], which I refused to pay. Eventually, they took the phone back and cancelled the order. This seemed like arbitrary behavior from the delivery person. The Ekart office is located near Jevar, Gopalgarh.

Order ID - OD[redacted][redacted]0 I would like to return my order as the item I received, a pair of RED TAPE Sneakers For Men, size 8 in Grey, has multiple stains and is torn. Despite requesting a concern to be raised, the delivery executive did not contact me for the pickup. Surprisingly, the order was canceled without any action from my end, and I have not received any communication from the pickup executive. I am extremely tired and frustrated right now. I was assured by the company that my product would be delivered by the time specified in the app. However, the Flipkart application still shows that the product is not out for delivery. The latest promised delivery time is 11pm on August 9, [redacted]. I have tried reaching out to customer service, but they do not seem interested in helping and prefer to blame me instead. The promised callback after a disconnected call has not happened despite multiple call drops. The application does not show the correct status, and my issue remains unresolved. I am so disappointed that I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer court due to the fake promises and poor service. Please address this promptly and ensure that my order is delivered by the promised time tonight.
