I received a Safari Suitcase with an open box delivery due to the late arrival of the delivery partner. He advised me to share the OTP directly, which I did. Unfortunately, upon opening the box the next day, I found the item damaged with scratches. After contacting Flipkart, I returned the order. However, the delivery partner stated that my request was not appropriate and advised me to raise a new one. I submitted another request, but it has been 8 days with no contact from the delivery partner or appropriate response from Flipkart's customer care.

I purchased what I believed were 2nd generation AirPods Pro but received fake 1st generation ones instead. The seller, Flipkart, is not accepting the return of the item. The pictures I provided clearly show differences like the absence of a speaker at the bottom and a lanyard holding attachment on the case, indicating it's a 1st generation model. Additionally, these fake AirPods Pro failed to connect to my iPhone. This situation is disappointing, and I feel like my 21000rs has been wasted due to this deceitful product from Flipkart.

I am interested in purchasing a Mac Mini from Flipkart that has an offer of instant discount with an HDFC Bank debit card. I purchased the following products on 08-08-[redacted]: RSM [redacted] S.P. Design Creation Stylish Watches - 2 Nos Black at Rs. 68 each. Payment was made at the time of ordering. The products arrived on 13-08-[redacted], but I received a different item - 2 pink ladies watches that I did not order. This was disappointing. I purchased a hair straightener for 4k from Flipkart. The seller mistakenly sent the wrong model from the same brand. I immediately requested a replacement upon receiving it. I've been trying to resolve this issue for 2 weeks now. An agent recently informed me that I will receive a refund and that the incorrect product will be picked up within 48 hours. However, it has been over 72 hours, and the customer service has not been cooperative. They either hang up or just ask me to wait for more days, leading to a frustrating cycle.

I am facing a dilemma with an AC order from Flipkart. I received a faulty AC unit 20 days ago, and despite promises of assistance, there has been no resolution. Lloyd, the brand, requires installation by their own representative for the warranty to be valid, but Flipkart installed it instead. The miscommunication between Flipkart and Lloyd has left us as victims. It seems like Flipkart intentionally sent a defective unit and had it installed by their representative. I keep receiving unwanted messages on my phone. The latest one is from a company offering personal loans on Flipkart. The message contains a link to apply for a loan. I am frustrated with the continuous messages and find them annoying.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 from Flipkart. Unfortunately, the tablet was freezing and had WiFi issues upon arrival. I attempted to return it, but Flipkart declined. They advised me to visit a Samsung service center and obtain a job card, which I did. I uploaded a photo of the job card on Flipkart's website, as well as sent it via email. However, they are still refusing to process the return and insist I should communicate with Samsung's service center. Samsung's service center, on the other hand, states that since the purchase was made through Flipkart, they are unable to assist.

I recently placed an order on the Flipkart website. Unfortunately, despite my continuous follow-ups, the delivery boy did not contact me or attempt delivery. My order was canceled without any notification due to this issue. When I reached out to Flipkart customer support, they apologized but couldn't resolve the problem. They advised me to place a new order, which I did. However, I encountered the same issue again. The delivery boy did not attempt delivery or contact me. I spent three days following up with customer support to no avail. I am extremely frustrated with Flipkart's customer care and delivery service.

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a Flipkart Smart Buy 7-step ladder, but to my disappointment, I received a 5-step ladder instead on August 10. I only realized the mistake when I opened the package on August 12 and immediately reached out to customer service with photos of the error. A replacement was requested but was rejected, which I find unacceptable. I demand that the incorrect product be collected and the correct 7-step ladder that I ordered be delivered promptly. If this matter is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate it to the consumer court and share my experience with the media. It is concerning that dishonest sellers are allowed to operate on your platform. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly, or I will pursue further action. I received my parcel on 5th August but initiated the return process around 7th or 8th August due to some issues. The return was approved by Flipkart, but the pickup was delayed despite receiving messages stating "Arriving today for pick up" for two consecutive days. I contacted a customer care executive on 11th August who assured me that the pickup would be done by 15th August. However, even after 16th August, no one arrived for the pickup. Upon checking the Flipkart app, I noticed that the "RETURN" status was canceled without my authorization. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Incident: IN[redacted][redacted]

I ordered a phone from Flipkart with a delivery date of the 20th, and it was very urgent for me to receive it. I contacted Flipkart in the morning on the 20th, and they assured me the phone would arrive that day. When I reached out to the delivery boy, he mentioned I would receive a call between 7:30 to 8:00. After waiting until 8:30 pm, I called the delivery boy again at 9:00 pm, and he informed me that the phone would not be available that day but would be delivered the following day. I am now unsure how to proceed as I need to leave early tomorrow morning. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am dissatisfied with the delay.

I purchased a POCO C51, but mistakenly chose the Airtel exclusive handset. I would like to return it for a refund to buy the same phone with the Airtel Exclusive offer, which costs Rs. I request that my money, which has been deducted, be refunded. An amount of [redacted] has been deducted. I called your team, and they said they have deposited the money into my account, which is why it was deducted. I kindly ask for my money to be returned. The number through which the deduction was made is [redacted] . Please file a complaint against them so that my money can be returned. I have lodged a complaint with the cyber cell, but they have asked me to talk to the company and file a complaint through them to get the money back.

I placed an order for a baby bed on Flipkart priced at [redacted] rupees, delivered on 6th September, but it arrived with a defect. I requested a return and was offered a replacement without a refund. Upon contacting customer care, I found out the bed's quality was subpar as the material was thin, causing the padding to come out. My child ran their hand over it, resulting in a splinter, so I decided I do not want this product. I asked for an exchange or a refund, but they insisted on providing only a replacement. They delivered the same product on the 14th of September. Since the bed was still not up to standard, I opted for a return on the 17th, pickup scheduled for the 21st, and the refund expected by the 24th of March. However, they came for the pickup on the 22nd without any prior notification, causing inconvenience. After waiting for a message that never arrived, I called customer care, who promised a response within 24 hours. Lacking the message, I reached out again on the 23rd and was informed my complaint was registered, assuring resolution by the 26th of September.

Order Number: OD[redacted][redacted]0 I am disappointed with the service provided by Shopsy & Flipkart. I placed an order with Shopsy for 3 bottles of 100gm branded Lojium Premium quality California almonds, which I paid for. When the package arrived from Ekart logistics, I found only 2 unbranded and unsealed bottles with less than 50g of almonds each inside, not what I ordered. After filing a complaint, I received conflicting messages. On the Flipkart order page, it stated the issue was resolved, the material was delivered, and it wasn't returnable. Simultaneously, in an email from Flipkart customer care, they claimed the material was in perfect shape, rejecting my refund request. Feeling cheated, I was then directed to resolve the matter on the Shopsy App, where I couldn't find a way to address the rejection of my claim. The lack of customer service options on the app is frustrating. I urge for a resolution to be made promptly, as I paid for 300g of branded almonds but received less than 100g of unbranded ones.
