I ordered online from Maine for a product that was priced at [redacted], but the item I received is priced at [redacted]. The difference has cost me some extra money since the one I ordered costs [redacted]. I have tried reaching out to Flipkart, but they are not being helpful. I feel like I am the one bearing the loss here. How can they operate like this? I demand a refund of 110rs for the difference in price. Regarding my recent order, I would like to address some concerns. I had ordered 10 kg of vermicompost and made the appropriate payment for that quantity. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that it only contained 5 kg of vermicompost, despite the label on the packet stating it was 10 kg. This discrepancy is quite alarming as I received only half of the expected amount. Furthermore, the packaging of the product I received differed significantly from what was displayed on your menu. Hello, I purchased a HP laptop for INR 47,[redacted] from Flipkart, but upon delivery, I received a defective product from a different brand. Despite following their return policy, they refuse to accept the return, claiming the seller sent the correct item. However, I ended up with the wrong and faulty product. I recently purchased a Pigeon Air Fryer from Flipkart, and upon delivery today, I noticed it was an Open Box delivery. The delivery person placed the package at my doorstep and asked for a knife to open it. Upon inspection, there was no plastic or tape sealing the box, and he quickly left after initiating the unpacking process. I requested to examine the item for any damages, but he refused and left in a rush. Upon inspecting the Air Fryer, I discovered a broken handle. When trying to contact the delivery person, he did not respond. I tried to initiate a return through Flipkart but was told it was not possible due to it being an open box delivery. The entire situation seemed suspicious, especially the way the delivery was handled. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

Every time my order gets canceled without my knowledge. This has happened twice before, and finally, yesterday after speaking with the person taking my order, I received a message at 7:00 am today saying my order has been canceled. I want to know why my order has been canceled twice now, and I demand that either my order be delivered today or I will lodge a complaint in the consumer forum. I will complain about both Flipkart and the individual who called me. I will even file an FIR against the person in the police station under their name because they assured me yesterday that my order would be delivered today, but it has been canceled today.

Dear Customer Service, I have been a loyal Flipkart Plus member for years. I recently faced a frustrating situation with a sofa cum bed purchase. Despite multiple attempts to have it installed, no technician showed up. My return requests were initially rejected without explanation. When a technician finally examined the product, he incorrectly reported no issues, leading to the rejection of my return again. Subsequent attempts at installation revealed the product was damaged ("DOA"). Subsequent promised technician visits did not occur, and my return was rejected once more. The communication between customers and Flipkart seems inconsistent, and it has become tiresome to repeat my story every time I call. It has been nearly two months since my money was withheld, causing significant stress. I have retained all communication from Flipkart and now feel compelled to seek a refund and compensation, as this experience greatly contrasts with my positive encounters with Amazon. I need assistance with returning my phone within the 7-day replacement warranty period. I am not satisfied with the phone and have been trying to return it since the day I received it. The app mentions that the delivery is open box, but it was not. I request the return option to be enabled or initiated from your end as the return date is nearing. Your customer service has not been helpful in resolving this matter, as they advise to contact the seller despite being within the return policy. This needs immediate attention and confirmation. I have been trying to resolve this issue since the beginning to no avail. The service I have received so far is poor, even the redressal officer was unable to help.

I've had a frustrating experience with Flipkart while trying to update my phone number. The process requires OTP verification on both the old and new numbers, which is inconvenient. When I attempted to update the number, I received an error message saying the identifier is already in use. This kind of obstacle seems outdated and unnecessary in today's digital age. I feel extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. Instead of receiving the watch I ordered for my child, I received two cards in the delivery box. Hello, my name is Kabi. I recently bought women's innerwear through the Shopsy app using cash on delivery. However, after placing the order on 12/09/[redacted], I made a payment of Rs.[redacted]/- via Google Pay. Despite this, the Shopsy app showed that my payment was still processing. When the item was delivered on 16/09/[redacted], the delivery person asked for the payment again, mentioning that I should receive an OTP for the initial payment. As my payment was still pending according to the app, I made a second payment to the delivery partner to receive my item. Although I was satisfied with the product, I paid twice due to the initial processing issue. The delivery person assured me that the first payment would be refunded in 2-3 days, and if not, I should contact support for a refund.
