Dear Sir, My name is Sanjeet Kumar. I ordered a mobile phone with the following details: Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0 Order placed date: Tue, 12th Sep '23 - 5:42pm Item delivered on: Sun, 17th Sep '23 - 1:18pm When the order arrived at my permanent address, I opened the box and was shocked to find only the user manual inside, with no actual item. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed. I paid for the item, so receiving an empty box was a big shock. I urge you to assist me with returning the correct item or refunding my money. I have been a loyal customer on Flipkart, and this experience has been quite upsetting. Please address this issue promptly and ensure the trust of all customers on the site. Thank you for your help.

I am Sanjay Jaiswal from Patna, Bihar. I recently bought an Aqua Fresh Omega water purifier, but unfortunately, the water test results are very poor. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and wish to return it. The quality of the product is subpar, and I have not received any support despite multiple attempts to contact Aqua Fresh Omega. I purchased suitcases for my elderly parents to travel to Delhi. I returned the ones they did not like in the same condition as received. I have now ordered the ones they prefer. However, upon inspection, scratches were found on the handle and the suitcases have not been used. I need assistance with the return process as I have ordered replacements. I recently purchased a realme cloudpro002 laptop (i5 8gb variant) from Flipkart and received it on 22nd September. However, upon immediate inspection, I noticed a defect on the screen. I contacted Customer Support within 2 hours of delivery, only to be told that since it was an open box delivery, I should have checked for defects upon arrival. This is despite the product stating, 'Before turning on, connect the device with a power supply.' I cooperated with Flipkart, visited a service center 140kms away, and was informed that it would take 2 days for approval and an additional 10 days for replacement if approved. This process is inconvenient and raises concerns about using eCommerce platforms. I seek assistance in facilitating a replacement of the product from Flipkart's end.

I purchased a Complete TV Protection 3 Year policy plan with Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd. on September 4, [redacted]. I felt misled by the installation person regarding the policy details. I received the policy documents in my email the same day and realized discrepancies. I contacted their customer care the next day to cancel the policy. I was instructed to email my bank details to "[redacted]" for a refund of Rs.[redacted]. Despite following the steps and receiving confirmation of an eight-working-day refund process, I am still waiting. My multiple emails to "[redacted]" only trigger auto-replies. Phone calls have not yielded any results. I seek assistance in expediting the refund process.

Hello, I received my digital pulse oximeter delivery on 15/9/23, but it is not functioning properly. I contacted customer care, and they asked me to return it. On 23/9/23, the delivery person replaced the faulty oximeter with a new one, but it is also not working. The delivery person mentioned to check the batteries and to return it if it still doesn't work. I have followed up many times until 29/9/23 but could not find a satisfactory solution. When I call customer care, they do not understand my Telugu language. Kindly replace the faulty oximeter for me or refund the money. Please inform me over the phone. My number is [redacted].

I have a complaint about order number [redacted] placed in Bundu. The manager at the office there did not deliver my order, even though I made an online payment for a T-shirt I ordered on July 8th. Since it didn't arrive, I canceled it on July 18th because I wanted my money back. The manager in Bundu is wearing my T-shirt secretly. Please take action against him, or else I will lose trust in Flipkart. This affects my entire group and all the fans on my channel.

I would like to request a return for the item I received as it does not match my order. Today, I received a package from eKart, but what I got was different from what I had ordered. Instead of a set of 3 items, I only received 2 without the Paijama and dupatta. This has been a very disappointing experience for me with eKart. I am requesting an immediate return of the item and a refund of my money. I also have a video recorded with the courier guys that I can share if needed. I had ordered a makeup combo for [redacted] rupees, but I wanted to cancel it. I couldn't find the option to cancel, so I contacted a support representative at Flipkart. They advised me to refuse the delivery boy and the order would be canceled, with a refund processed. I had made the payment online, but I haven't received the refund yet, nor have I received any calls from your team despite requesting a call back.

We have already lodged a complaint for its replacement. Although my complaint was acknowledged and a replacement date was provided, the delivery person has not picked up the product, and the same process keeps repeating.

When I order a product, the delivery process is often problematic. There are instances when the delivery personnel fail to deliver the product correctly, leading to multiple delivery attempts. Recently, there has also been a fraudulent call claiming to be associated with the company, resulting in a monetary loss. The issue with Flipkart's service has not been adequately resolved, which leaves me feeling like Flipkart is at fault. It seems like more customers have had similar experiences according to people I know. That's all.

Dear Sir, I purchased an online Mi A series 80cm TV. On the first of October, our technician came to install the TV, but after he left, we realized the remote was not working. He assured us he would file a complaint and that a replacement would be arranged the next day. Unfortunately, it seems the complaint was not properly lodged as no action has been taken yet, leaving me with an unresolved issue. I am disappointed with the level of service provided. Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic rice cooker with a 2.2L capacity from Flipkart, but unfortunately, I received a rice cooker with a 1.2L capacity instead. I initiated a return and refund, but the delivery agent picked up the product unofficially, and the website has not been updated with the return details. The agent has held onto the rice cooker for about 7 days, which exceeds the return policy period. Now, Flipkart is claiming it is beyond the return policy timeframe and is insisting I take back the product. I kindly seek assistance in resolving this matter and getting my refund processed.

I placed an order on October 11, [redacted], using my Flipkart Premium and VIP Membership. The scheduled delivery date was October 12, [redacted]. I received a text from EKart WishMaster with contact information and a PIN, informing me of the delivery status by 11:00 PM on October 12, [redacted]. After contacting EKart, I was told about a delay due to a vehicle breakdown and was promised an afternoon delivery. Despite numerous calls, there was no update. Contacting Flipkart Premium Support led to a resolution date of October 15, [redacted]. The delivery was canceled on the initial date and rescheduled for October 13, [redacted]. The next day, the delivery didn't arrive as promised. I was asked to update my address and pay INR 2 on a suspicious link. I suspected fraud when they sent a corrupted file and contacted Flipkart Premium Customer Support for help due to my premium status. If my concerns are not addressed within 12 hours, I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Court.

I placed an order on **th October **** through Flipkart Premium and VIP Membership. The delivery was scheduled for **.**.****. I received a text from EKart WishMaster with a delivery time of **:** PM on **.**.****. After contacting the delivery person, I was informed of a delay due to vehicle issues. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, no further updates were provided. Flipkart Premium Support promised a resolution by **.**.**** but by **:** PM on **.**.****, the delivery was automatically canceled and rescheduled for **.**.****. On the rescheduled day, I received a message again for delivery but the delivery person was unresponsive. EKart later claimed there was an address issue and directed me to a suspicious payment link. After encountering a corrupt file, I realized potential fraud and informed Flipkart Premium Customer Support as a valued Premium and VIP member. If I do not receive a prompt response within ** hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Court.

I ordered two watches with the same design, but I only received one watch upon opening the box. The delivery person also took Rs [redacted] from me today. I was surprised to find only one watch in the box when I paid for two. After contacting customer service, they assured me that my complaint was raised and that it would be resolved shortly. I have sent a copy of the invoice as well, and I hope you can investigate this matter. The delivery person was not polite and even demanded Rs [redacted] to open the box in front of him.
