I am experiencing ongoing issues with FedEx deliveries. Despite the package being marked as delivered, I have not received it. I reside in a high-rise where packages are left in the foyer or lobby instead of at my apartment, which is unacceptable. I have contacted FedEx multiple times, but the representatives I spoke to seemed unable to comprehend my situation. I feel frustrated as I have been misled, such as being directed to a closed FedEx hub. Today, the expected delivery did not occur, even though the customer service representative was present. I have been attempting to contact FedEx multiple times without success. Our driver consistently fails to deliver our packages to our home and leaves them in the road or on someone else's property in the woods, often leading to crushed, damaged, or even missing packages. Despite our home being just [redacted] feet away, both my husband and I, who are disabled, struggle to retrieve the packages. We received a notification that a package was returned due to "no secure place to leave the package," which is untrue as we have secure locations at our home. Other carriers manage to deliver to our home without issue. I am frustrated by the lack of response from FedEx and the difficulty in reaching a human to address this ongoing problem. If this matter is not resolved, I will have to notify all sellers about the poor service experienced with FedEx. I am eager for prompt assistance to resolve this urgent matter. My package with tracking number [redacted]07 was delivered at 10:48 PM, which was outside of the usual delivery hours. Although I understand the delivery person wanted to ensure timely delivery, I was concerned that the package was left by my closed and locked gated fence, instead of by the front door as claimed. Thankfully, my neighborhood is safe from package theft, yet I would have preferred if the package was left in a less visible spot, like by the side of the house, especially if deliveries are made late in the evening.

As a representative of the University of Virginia located at [redacted] McCormick Road, Wilsdorf Hall in Charlottesville, VA, we are experiencing ongoing issues with our FEDEX Express deliveries. Despite clear signage indicating that only packages addressed to [redacted] McCormack Road should be left, we continue to receive parcels for other locations on campus. This is causing unnecessary inconvenience as we are paying for delivery to the specified address. We kindly request that FEDEX drivers make a more diligent effort to deliver packages to the correct locations on campus. I am experiencing an issue with a package that was supposed to arrive in June [redacted]. The shipper has filed a claim, but I have not received any response from FedEx yet. The package was insured and contained a computer graphics card. One out of two shipments arrived, but the other one was lost by FedEx during a security check in Memphis. Despite being cleared by customs, the lost package has not been located. I am seeking assistance to either have the item replaced or receive a refund for the insurance claim. I received a FedEx package that was delayed and ultimately left in my yard without notice. Despite being told it would arrive today, the driver didn't bring it to the door, resulting in neighbors informing me of its location. I am disappointed that the driver didn't attempt to deliver it properly. I tried contacting customer service twice to no avail. I paid for overnight shipping for a pet that sadly passed away and was given a 12-hour delivery window on 11/16. I took the day off work to be home for the delivery but it did not arrive. When I contacted customer support, I was initially told the driver tried to deliver, but no one was home. Later, they claimed the driver couldn't enter through the gate, which isn't true as there's a back gate with a code - I would have given access if they had called. Despite providing my number, I never received a call. I've called customer support three times with no resolution other than being told to contact the website myself.

I need to address the poor handling of package deliveries at the Hertford, NC hub. Recently, I've had two packages left in standing water on top of our package box, and one thrown onto the side of the road incredibly close to passing traffic. Such careless delivery practices are unacceptable. On a positive note, one package was actually left on my porch properly the other day. These incidents occurred in the Moyock NC area, specifically on NW Backwoods Rd. I observed a driver tossing a package on top of my delivery box without even stepping onto my driveway before swiftly driving away. It concerns me that packages are left in such vulnerable positions, especially as they could easily be taken if not on my property. I understand that these may be seasonal workers, but the expectation is for them to deliver packages safely and securely, not in such haphazard ways.

I was informed about the attempted delivery on 11/18, but no notification was left at my front door in a building with 4 apartments. Despite being home all day, the delivery was missed. The office mentioned the driver's inability to make phone calls, promising a return that never occurred. They claimed a text was sent on 11/19 that I couldn't open. I've been told the delivery is rescheduled for today by 8 pm, forcing me to wait for 6 hours near the window. These are vital perishable medications that require cooling. Past experiences with your company have had similar issues but were resolved the same day. I will notify the shipper for future arrangements, as this recurring problem is inconvenient. While I understand the importance of your driver's schedule, customer well-being should also be considered over profits. Please, put yourself in my shoes. Thank you.

I am writing to express my concerns about the delivery practices in my area. My son ordered an item shipped through FedEx, and we expect the driver to follow the protocol of coming to the door for delivery attempts by knocking or ringing the doorbell. However, this has not been the case in our neighborhood. Despite being home during the stated delivery attempts, we have received messages claiming delivery attempts were made without anyone approaching our door. I was expecting a delivery of vinyl gloves today at 4:31 pm as per the notification from Federal Express at 8:43 pm, stating it was left at my door. However, when I checked before receiving the text, the shipment was not there. This is not the first time this has occurred; a similar incident happened in late September or early October. In that case, even though I was informed the package was delivered, it was not. I contacted Federal Express on the same day it happened. The parcel due today was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday, November 17. After it did not arrive, I contacted Federal Express last Thursday to report the issue, and a case was opened. I would appreciate receiving the vinyl gloves as I purchased them for over $[redacted].00. The tracking number for the shipment is [redacted]38.

My home has an unusual layout where our front yard is gated around the front door, but there is no sidewalk leading to it. We prefer all deliveries to come through our carport on the corner of Robinson Ave. Please avoid parking on the road or opening our backyard gate. We have special dogs that serve as emotional therapy animals who are very important to us. Today, a delivery was dropped over the fence which is unacceptable as our dogs could damage the package or it could be stolen. Please only leave boxes in our carport on [redacted] N. No entry into our yard or dropping off packages is allowed. Please confirm that this request has been addressed. Thank you. Currently, we have a Motorhome in the carport for easy identification of where to leave deliveries. You can place packages on the top of the large red tool box or next to the steps by our carport door.

I received a text on Saturday, November 20th, instructing me to be at home on Sunday, November 21st, from 11 AM to 5 PM to sign for a package with tracking number #[redacted]50. I rearranged my weekend plans accordingly, but the package was never delivered and there was no notification of the failed delivery. I had to leave unexpectedly on Monday and Tuesday, and upon my return today, I discovered that the delivery was attempted during my absence on those days. After contacting customer service via the website number provided, the representative informed me that the package will be delivered tomorrow during the same timeframe. However, she could not explain why the initial delivery was missed and simply continued to offer apologies and reassurances about the upcoming delivery. I am left wondering why the package wasn't delivered as scheduled, why I wasn't informed beforehand, and what actions can be taken to resolve this issue.

I have been awaiting the arrival of a lift chair with shipping number [redacted]81 since last week. Despite numerous reassurances that the chair is on the truck, it has not been delivered. The chair has been sitting in your Watsonville warehouse for the past three days without any sign of delivery. As a disabled veteran in urgent need of this chair, I request an update on the actual delivery time. Despite being told multiple times that the chair would arrive today, Wednesday, I have yet to receive it. I have contacted your Watsonville, CA office twice today, and it is now past 5 pm with no chair in sight. My opinion of FedEx is deteriorating due to this experience.

The tracking number [redacted]37 states a package was delivered on Nov 24, [redacted], at 15:28 and signed for by K. Looney. I, K. Looney, did not sign for or receive this package as I was at home napping in my recliner at that time, not at the office where the package was delivered. I am puzzled by how a signature was obtained one hour and eighteen minutes after I left the location. This seems highly questionable and possibly unethical. This issue seems to be a recurring problem with FedEx deliveries from the Nacogdoches terminal. Despite my requests to use a different carrier, the shipper continues to choose FedEx, resulting in these frustrating situations. While I doubt this matter will be resolved satisfactorily, I simply seek acknowledgment and accountability from FedEx regarding this ongoing issue with their delivery service.

I have encountered repeated problems concerning package deliveries to my home. I kindly request that ALL PACKAGES are left at the FRONT ENTRANCE, INSIDE THE FRONT PORCH GATE, ON THE FRONT PORCH, and without obstructing the front door. Today, packages were placed on the front steps, exposed to potential weather damage, and blocking access from the front porch gate. In the past, packages have been left on the hood of my vehicle, in the driveway, and on the side of the house. This has caused issues, especially during rainy weather, when packages have become soaked, making it difficult for a senior citizen with physical limitations to retrieve them. I trust that the concerns raised in this email will be acknowledged and resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Last Wednesday, I left two voicemails to report how a FedEx driver damaged our mailbox by backing into it and not leaving a note. Unfortunately, I have not received a callback yet. This situation is causing us to be unable to receive our mail, which is very concerning. The driver hit the mailbox, did not report it, and left after dropping off our package outside our gates. The phone menu does not offer an option to report property damage, only damage to shipments, and there is no way to reach a live person directly. After leaving messages with our contact information twice, we have not heard back. This level of service is below our expectations. If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will have to involve our attorney. In the meantime, I have shared the incident on my Facebook account.

I am concerned about the delivery service provided to our independent apartment building. The delivery drivers have been leaving packages outside the building instead of taking them to the individual apartments, which is disrespectful and inconvenient for our residents. Despite explaining the situation to the drivers and offering to assist in delivering packages, they continue to be rude and unhelpful. Some drivers have even made inappropriate and offensive comments to residents, which is unacceptable. As the community manager, I am considering restricting access to FedEx drivers if this behavior persists. Delivery drivers should be delivering packages directly to residents' homes, not leaving them outside the building. Please remember for future deliveries to the address at 88 South Mountain Ave, Montclair, NJ [redacted], follow these instructions: "Walk up the stairs and put it on our front porch which is protected from rain and snow." Placing all packages on the front porch will help prevent damage from weather exposure when no one is home during the day.
