I am disappointed with the way FedEx operates. They leave the "sorry we missed you" sticker without waiting for me to answer my door, causing frustration as I work from home and was available to receive the package. My door tag number is DT1[redacted] [redacted], and the tracking number is [redacted]04. I am seeking an explanation as to why the FedEx delivery person does not allow me the opportunity to receive my package. I am considering suggesting to my employer to switch to a different delivery service as FedEx Priority Overnight seems unreliable in attempting to deliver packages.

I've resided here for 3 years without delivery issues. My duplex is located behind a building with 3 white garage doors in front, which I can't see from home. Unfortunately, my recent deliveries of 3 heavy boxes were left in front of the garage door marked with [redacted] instead of being brought to my porch as usual. This made it difficult for me, a disabled senior who relies on a cane. Today, 2 more heavy boxes were left in the same inconvenient spot, prompting me to struggle with unpacking them. In my area, the driver consistently leaves my packages on my mailbox, located a 1/4 mile from my house, making them vulnerable to theft. Despite the clear risk, packages are not brought to my door. This seems to be a recurring issue depending on the driver. In the past, my medical supplies were left in an abandoned car at the end of my driveway without notification. The lack of communication regarding package placement is concerning, especially since I rely on monthly medical deliveries and other items. I have had difficulties contacting customer service, as there is no option to speak with a representative. My understanding was that express boxes have a flat rate, regardless of weight or destination within the United States (excluding international shipments). It has been some time since I last shipped a package, but I recall being charged a fixed rate for each box size. I need help with tracking package # [redacted]20. It was scheduled for delivery on October 22nd but has been on a truck for over a month. The most recent update shows it was delivered on November 26th, but our university in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was closed for Thanksgiving and the building was inaccessible. I am once again disappointed with the service provided by the FedEx office in Superior, Wisconsin. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but never reached me. This has happened several times before, with the driver claiming delivery attempts were made when we were at home all day waiting. The excuses given, such as no one being home or weather delays on clear days, are consistently false. This behavior reflects poorly on FedEx and needs to be addressed. Additionally, the unprofessionalism extends to the delivery vehicle, sometimes a worn-out Budget Rent a Car truck with bald tires in winter. I reside on a bustling street, with our front porch door secluded. Deliveries are often left there, staying unnoticed for days. A clear sign is displayed requesting all packages to be left at the back door under the carport. Despite this, when the FedEx courier arrived, he opted to leave the package at the front. I tried to instruct him to leave it at the back, but he harshly declined, stating: "No, I am leaving it here."

I am frustrated with the recent FedEx delivery experience I had. Initially, my package was marked as being on the other side of the country when it was supposed to be delivered to me today. When I reached out to customer service, they simply reassured me the delivery was on time. However, just an hour before the scheduled delivery, the status was changed to delayed with no new delivery date specified, now showing as pending with no delivery date. I have previously encountered issues with FedEx losing packages and delivering them weeks later, even though I had paid for expedited shipping. The lack of consistency is disappointing. I believe FedEx should take responsibility for these delays and offer an apology rather than dismissing the inconveniences of customers who have paid for faster shipping services. I received a notification from Fed-X stating that my package with tracking number [redacted]61 was delivered and left by the garage, but I do not have a garage. It has been more than 48 hours since the supposed delivery. My address is [redacted] Drawdebil Court, Gilbert, SC [redacted]. I am unable to use the phone due to my hearing impairment, so phone communication is challenging. The issue remains unresolved, as I have yet to receive my package.

My package was picked up by FedEx for overnight delivery on Thursday, Dec. 2 around 6:00 PM. Even though the online tracking shows that FedEx has the package and has moved it between multiple facilities far from the recipient's location, it has yet to arrive two days later. Unfortunately, there is no estimated delivery time on the website. The package needs to be received today to finalize a real estate closing. I have been unable to connect with a person over the phone for assistance.

I shipped a package with FEDEX from Norcross, Georgia to Hemet, CA on Nov. 23. It should take 1-5 days, but it's been stuck in Olathe, KS since Nov. 28. I received an email on 12/4/21 stating my order [redacted][redacted] was dropped off, but it never arrived. After tracking it, it showed delivered on 12/4/21 at 18:14 PST. I saw a FedEx driver drop off a package labeled for Ricky Walker at my doorstep, but it wasn't meant for me. Ricky came to retrieve it, and his address is not even close to mine. Now the part I ordered is with someone else, leaving me without a car as I had it sent for a repair. When I called the provided number, I encountered unhelpful service. I demand that my paid-for part be delivered to my correct address without further delay or confusion.

We've been without water in our kitchen for 2 weeks due to a broken part in the faucet that's under warranty. Dealing with Moen's automated system has been frustrating, but after contacting a representative, they sent the part via FedEx. It was scheduled to arrive last Friday by 8:00 pm, but it never came. A notification indicated delivery would be attempted hopefully today. How can we ensure it arrives today? Why didn't it come on Saturday as expected? Last week, I was notified of a shipment from Snap Power, but the only delivery I received that day was from Weather Tech. On November 18, [redacted], I ordered a personalized set of 3 soaps from Personalization Mall for a 97-year-old lady's birthday on November 29, [redacted]. The item was supposed to ship in 4-5 days, but it didn't arrive in time for the party. After contacting the company, they advised me to reach out to Fed Ex. Fed Ex informed me that they delivered the package on 11/26/[redacted] at 12:27 pm, a time when I was out grocery shopping. Tracking number [redacted]90. I suspect the package might have been stolen from my porch. I filed a claim with Fed Ex (Claim No. C-4[redacted]) and was told someone would follow up in a week, but I haven't heard from them since. Regarding Master package #[redacted]23, which is one of three deliveries, I have encountered a recurring issue with the delivery driver leaving packages at my mailbox, located over [redacted] feet away from my house. Unfortunately, due to my disability, I am unable to retrieve these packages easily. My tracking number is [redacted]08 for a 90 lbs table. It has failed to be delivered to my address multiple times supposedly due to weather, although the weather has not been an issue. I even came home early today expecting delivery by the end of the day, but no table again. Can someone explain why this keeps happening? I hope there is a valid reason other than just blaming the weather. It's frustrating to see the item loaded and not delivered repeatedly to Portland. Tracking number [redacted]90. I received an email on 12/2 and 12/3 saying my package would arrive that day, but it didn't. A status check now says "No scheduled delivery date available." When I called customer service, I was told there are no supervisors available until 10:30 Eastern. This experience with the Austell, GA office is disappointing. FedEx isn't what it used to be, and I've had issues with deliveries from there before. I miss the reliable service FedEx provided in the past.
