Hello, I am facing an issue with my two accounts - one which is significant to me for nearly 5 years, and the other is just for communication with a specific individual. I used to switch between these accounts on my Android phone easily by entering the password. However, today when I tried logging into my important account, I received a notification stating that I can't access it due to Facebook restrictions. I attempted different email addresses, passwords, and even my old phone number, but nothing worked. Interestingly, I can still log into the second account without any trouble. Unfortunately, when I try to access the first account, an error message pops up stating that there is no account associated with the email I provide. I am worried as this account holds vital information for me. Can someone advise me on what steps I can take to resolve this issue?

My fiancée's Facebook account has been hacked, and someone has changed the details, name, and access. We are unable to reset the password because the hacker has control, possibly due to an old email address without recovery options. The hacker seems to have set up their own recovery accounts. We just want the profile completely deleted. The current profile name is "Muhammed Ali" but used to be Gemma Blythe before it was hacked, which doesn't make sense with all her pictures still there. Facebook support is slow and challenging to navigate. We need assistance deleting this account permanently. We are willing to provide any necessary proof.

I primarily use my cell phone for Facebook access. Recently, due to a security breach or potential hack, I was forcefully logged out of my account. Despite going through all the necessary steps to verify my account and reset my password, I am still unable to regain access. Surprisingly, the email shown on my account now is not the one I originally used; it displays a part of the email and mentions a Yahoo account, but I exclusively use Gmail. As a result, I am unable to access the associated email address. Facebook now suggests using the authentication app, which I have downloaded and linked to my Google account. However, I am unable to manage the settings on my Facebook account to allow the use of authentication codes. The codes produced are futile in unlocking my Facebook account, and unfortunately, I am at a standstill in the verification process.

Hello, I recently experienced a troubling situation with someone who posed as a friend but then posted untrue information about me online. This individual took our text conversations out of context, twisted the content, and created misconceptions about my intentions towards them. Despite clarifying that I was only seeking friendship and providing relationship advice, this person misinterpreted our interactions and misrepresented me in a Facebook post. Even though I don't have a Facebook account, my partner saw the post, and it has caused unnecessary strain on our relationship. I addressed the issue with the individual and severed contact when I realized their romantic intentions. Now, I am requesting assistance in having the false post removed as it has created a damaging portrayal of me that is far from the truth. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled around the 20th of October, and I am upset about it. I had all my family photos on there, and it's how I keep in touch with out-of-state relatives. I am certain I didn't violate any rules. I suspect my account may have been hacked. I tried to appeal by submitting my original profile picture and explanation, but I am not sure if I received an email response because my old email is no longer active. I have a new email for Facebook to contact me. Please assist me, thank you.

I've had my Facebook account since before [redacted], primarily using it for my music page where I have dedicated fans. Recently, while adding people and managing my friend list, I encountered multiple verification requests. After mistakenly completing the ID photo verification, I also struggled with verifying my phone number. Despite trying to use my own number, the system claimed it was already in use. Ultimately, a friend's number was used, but since then my account has been disabled for a month. This situation is distressing as I have a three-year relationship documented on the profile and posts from my late sister. I've attempted various methods to appeal and prove my identity, but to no avail. The frustrating experience has led me to consider leaving Facebook altogether, which is disheartening considering the effort I've invested in my music page. I'm open to any necessary verifications, such as Skype, to regain access to my account. It's concerning to see scammers exploiting this situation for personal gain. I sincerely hope to have my account reinstated promptly to resume normal activity.

Approximately a week ago, I received several unexpected emails from Facebook indicating password reset requests that I did not initiate. After promptly rejecting all three requests and disabling the password reset option on my account, I woke up today to a notification that an unfamiliar ad had been endorsed on my Facebook account. Upon attempting to log in to address the situation, I discovered my account had been deactivated. According to my husband, my profile picture had been altered to an unknown image with a black backdrop and white text before the disablement. It is evident that my account was hacked, leading to the posting of inappropriate content and subsequent deactivation. Consequently, my linked Instagram account has also been deactivated. I am eager to regain access to my accounts as they hold cherished memories and vital social connections that I will lose if I must establish new accounts. I urgently seek assistance in resolving this matter. The emails linked to my Facebook account are [redacted] and [redacted] My name is Hannah Altman (formerly von Oeyen). My Instagram handle is von.altman.

Hello, I need assistance as my Instagram account (createdbykathryn.art) has been blocked due to allegations of using a "liking" service to boost followers or likes, which I have not done. I refrain from giving out my password to third parties to engage in such practices. I participate in the Painting hashtag to appreciate fellow artists' work and engage in a supportive community. Though I have been blocked briefly in the past, this time it's until 11/08/[redacted], disrupting my plans to promote my upcoming Art Show in New York City on November 7th, a significant event post my graduation from Michigan State University. I'm eager to resolve this issue promptly to share about my first NYC exhibition. Thank you for your attention and assistance in helping me resolve this matter before my art show. I recently returned home from a much-needed nine-month break and encountered an issue with accessing my Facebook account. Upon trying to log in, I realized I had forgotten my password. I believe my account may have been compromised and the password changed while I was away, preventing my access. I have tried seeking assistance through Facebook's help center without success. Two days ago, I was logged out of my Facebook account. I attempted to log back in, but Facebook prompted a security check by sending a code to my phone number. Concerned about unauthorized log-in attempts, I opted for the "Forgot Password" option and reset my password using my email address for verification. However, upon trying to sign in with the new password, I was again asked for a verification code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I am unable to retrieve the code, as the number is no longer in use. I have relied on my Facebook account for nearly 7 years, and am eager to regain access. Although I have access to my email, Facebook is still requesting verification through the outdated phone number. I am willing to provide identification documents if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I am Hawwa Sharyfa, and the email linked to my Facebook account is [redacted] I've unfortunately forgotten my Facebook password and the associated email is no longer accessible. Despite multiple attempts to regain access, I have been unsuccessful. This has left me unable to access my Facebook page where I have important photos, documents, and regularly interact with friends. I have already sent copies of my national identity card twice to the Facebook team but have not received a response yet. I am willing to provide further documentation to verify my identity if needed. I am eager to regain access to my account and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

My Facebook account has been locked since last February because I forgot my password. I've made numerous attempts to seek help by submitting requests, sending a copy of my driver's license, and providing all my personal information. Unfortunately, due to issues with my old Gmail account and changed phone number post-divorce, resolving this has been challenging. I updated my email, but now need three specific friends to verify me, causing confusion for them. I'm Angela Heeney from Naples, FL, and can be reached at My_Angela12345&aol.com or [redacted]. Please let me know what additional information I can provide to unlock my account; I'd rather not create a new Facebook page as it contains important photos and memories from the past two to three years.

I received a text from a friend asking me to contact a person who claimed to be giving away $35,[redacted]. They asked for personal information like my name, last name, birthday, gender, and even my Facebook login details, requesting my password. Though I gave incorrect passwords, someone named Ernie (last name forgotten) and another person named Aaron managed to access my account overnight. Aaron, supposedly the one giving away the money, insisted I send $[redacted], then reduced it to $[redacted], and even asked for $[redacted] as a goodwill gesture because he claimed to be Christian. However, I refused after realizing I was being scammed. Beware of such scams, as I fell victim to their hacking attempts.

I recently posted a photo of couples hugging on Facebook, and it was flagged for violating the nudity and sexuality policy, which I find ridiculous. Despite not allowing explicit content on my popular Facebook page, I have been banned from posting for 24 hours. It is my birthday tomorrow, and I'm frustrated that I cannot share anything on my page. Facebook should reconsider their policies instead of unfairly penalizing users like me. This situation highlights the need for a discussion about these issues with Mark Zuckerberg. I strongly feel that this action taken against me is unjust and needs to be rectified promptly.

I encountered difficulties accessing Facebook Dating on the Facebook app as it was missing from the menu bar and did not appear in the search results. Through Google, I found a link to access Facebook Dating on a webpage. When attempting to sign up, I encountered an error message stating, “It’s not you, it’s us - something went wrong, and we’re working to make it better.” This issue has persisted for some time, and I am eager to resolve it and successfully access Facebook Dating.

Dear Team, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my old Facebook account. I usually had no trouble logging in, but now, after resetting the password, I am being asked to verify my identity through contacting old "friends" for a code or uploading an ID, which is problematic since most users, including myself, did not use real names on the account for privacy. I read an article suggesting alternative methods like recognizing tagged friends in photos, but I do not see this option during the verification process. As a frequent traveler, I find these verification steps inconvenient as I do have access to my recovery email and phone number linked to the account. Given the discrepancy between my ID and profile names, and the distant relationships with the suggested "friends," I am unsure how to regain access. I am reaching out for assistance as the article from your support team did not offer helpful information as promised. Thank you.

I recently moved to Pasadena, Texas, and had a disagreement with a man who was pushing the lawnmower my uncle Gary Goodwin had given me. The argument escalated, and he threatened me, leading to him calling the police. Today, I discovered through a girl's research that the man shared photos of me from his neighbor's camera online, falsely accusing me of trespassing. Despite the situation, I have been actively using Facebook's marketplace for years and appreciate the platform's relevance. I would like to press charges against this man and seek assistance from Facebook. Please contact me via phone to provide an email or phone number to share the necessary evidence. You can reach me at my email address [redacted] Thank you.

I signed up for "Facebook Dating" and I have some questions. Is there a fee for this service? If my credit card has been used without my knowledge, I consider it theft and fraud. I find it disappointing that there is no customer service available to talk to. If there are any charges on my credit card for "Facebook Dating," you need to refund me immediately and contact me. It is unacceptable not to clearly notify users about potential charges associated with the service. While I support Facebook and its innovations, I cannot accept unauthorized charges on my card. Please reach out to me to clarify the situation and refund any charges if applicable. I value transparency and expect to be informed about any fees before they are incurred. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account and couldn't recall my password. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset it as the email linked to my Facebook account was deleted due to its age. Moreover, I didn't have my phone number associated with the account for password recovery. I'm eager to regain access without creating a new account. I value my connections with friends and family on Facebook. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, like my ID, to resolve this issue promptly. It's crucial for me to update my email and add my phone number as a security measure. Additionally, I suggest Facebook implement a solution for users facing similar predicaments, considering that I was young when I created the account and circumstances change over time. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
