I tried to share links from our website on Facebook, update profiles, like, comment, follow accounts, and post with captions. However, our website bombtress.com got blocked on Facebook and Instagram. We unknowingly violated their guidelines and are unsure which content caused the issue. We want to use these platforms normally without any issues. We haven't used any spam-generating apps and our social media growth is organic. Our content focuses on hair and beauty, and we're disappointed to be locked out of our accounts. Our Facebook fan page is bombtress, and Instagram handle is also bombtress. Your help and guidance on what needs to be adjusted would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am Timothy C. N., and I've forgotten my password for my account on July 7th around 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. I tried to use instant messenger to send pictures to my friends, but my account got shut down. Despite trying the code sent to me through the help system over 20 times, it wouldn't work. I've had the same phone number since [redacted]. My account was hacked over the past weekend. I created a new account and began adding back my friends. Everything was going well until last night when Facebook asked me to verify my identity by downloading a picture of myself. They stated that they needed to review the photo before granting me access to my account. I am feeling very upset because my account was hacked initially, and now I am unable to access it. The Facebook app and Messenger are not working on any of my devices. On June 29th, the Facebook app froze on both my phone and iPad, and I was logged out. Since then, I've been unable to log back in. The first message I received said my session timed out. The following message requested an SMS for verification, but I have not received any codes despite waiting. I have Adam G. Price, Ryan S., and Fernando M. as trusted contacts for help when this gets fixed. I've provided photos of my jacket and cane for identity verification. I apologize for any frustration but hope you understand my situation. The Help Center policies sometimes feel harsh, and given my past experiences, this is very distressing for me. Please consider adding a live chat feature for better support. I have tried to provide clear photos, but the lighting is not ideal. I have sent various photos of my ID, jacket, and cane as requested. I'm unsure what more Facebook needs. If anyone has direct contacts at Facebook, I would appreciate help in quickly resolving these ongoing issues.

I reported a problem today, indicating it was resolved, but it is not. Someone named Sean Yg Scaff is using my profile pictures on their Facebook accounts: https:**www.facebook.com*TheKingMf** & https:**www.facebook.com*al.loyalty.*. He has taken my personal photos and altered them. One account displays a distorted image of me, while the second account features my dogs. Sean continues to harass me, using derogatory language. I have been dealing with this harassment for years despite my efforts to secure my pictures. Please assist me in having these accounts banned. I have invested a significant amount, over $25,[redacted], in Facebook games over the past two years.

I am facing a significant problem with Facebook as my account has been disabled multiple times. Each time I try to create a new account, it gets closed again. I had a business page on Facebook through which I was conducting transactions and now I fear I have lost money as I can no longer reach my clients. This has affected my business, especially a deal with a client from Belgium who was supposed to meet me in Greece for property and land sales. I feel isolated from my local clients as well, missing out on potential work opportunities. Despite sending the requested photo three times, there has been no response from Facebook and I am unable to access Messenger to communicate with my family. I am at a loss and feeling extremely frustrated.

I recently posted some photos on my Facebook timeline. A friend involved in the pictures informed me that someone who has been harassing her left offensive comments on the post. She requested I remove the comments and prevent further ones from him. Since the comments were in Polish, a language I don't understand, I attempted to follow online instructions to block the individual and delete the comments. However, I encountered an issue when I couldn't remove his comments even after blocking him. Upon unblocking and trying to block him again, I was informed of a 48-hour waiting period. I suspect he may have set his comments in a way that prevents removal. Can someone advise me on how to successfully delete these comments and block this individual? Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing difficulties with the Facebook app and Messenger across my devices. On June 29th, I encountered issues where the app froze on both my phone and iPad, causing me to be logged out. I have submitted more ID screenshots as requested, but the issue remains unresolved, preventing me from connecting with my friends for almost a week. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution by Facebook's support team.

I am facing threats, harassment, and false accusations from individuals claiming I am selling an unreleased CD by Cherie Currie. I have reported this identity theft to the label company, who are investigating the situation. I urgently need help removing these harmful posts that accuse me of slander and defamation. There is even a fake Facebook account using my name and photo, which I believe may still be active. Please remove any posts by Sharee Carri and Cherie Currie that mention me, Donnie Hall, without my consent. Cherie Currie has shared these accusations on her personal Facebook and on her official page, along with someone named GD Johnson. I am deeply troubled by these actions and the impact they are having on my safety and well-being.

I have been using my Facebook account for years without any issues. However, since upgrading to an iPhone 8 last week, I have been unable to access my account. Despite trying various solutions like watching videos, following step-by-step instructions repeatedly, contacting Verizon for assistance, and visiting their store, I am still unable to log in. The system prompts me to create a new password and verify my identity using another device, but these attempts have been unsuccessful. My account is registered under Lynn Gover Volden. I have submitted my photo thrice for an identity verification process, but the link provided to resolve the issue did not work. This account is not only personal but crucial for my small business, which is my primary source of income during the summer months. Hello, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced on Facebook marketplace. I frequently utilize the platform and recently utilized it after relocating to acquire furniture. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I purchased an iPhone from an individual named Savanah Durham residing in Roseville, CA. During the transaction, Savanah informed me that her "boyfriend" was handling the sale of the phone. Despite meeting up for the exchange and paying $[redacted] for an iPhone 6s, the phone remains locked as promised. Despite my attempts to reach out, both Savanah and her boyfriend have ceased communication. I suspect I may have been sold a stolen phone. I believe it is necessary to report this incident to Facebook for further investigation into their activities. The individual's main Facebook account is under the name Vicente Quintana, and he has created another account named Vicente Quintana Diaz. He is currently communicating with a young girl named Yadira Reyes. I discovered this because the individual is my boyfriend. He has also posted inappropriate content on his Facebook page. I encountered an issue while trying to use my Facebook account. I was abruptly logged out while sending messages to friends. When attempting to log back in, my password was not accepted even after trying a new one. Subsequently, I was required to confirm recent message recipients and change my password again. Despite this, I still couldn't access my account, as it continually prompted me to log in. Several attempts later, I found myself stuck in a loop of logging in and changing my password. Frustrated, I couldn't regain access to my account. Regrettably, this experience is not unique to me; some of my friends faced the same problem on Facebook. This ongoing login issue may lead many users, including myself, to consider switching platforms.

I urgently need my Facebook account re-enabled. This account holds all my cherished memories and is my primary means of communication with family and friends. Despite sending my ID to Facebook, they seem to misunderstand my request and keep sending irrelevant links instead of helping me. The added complication is that I never registered an email on my disabled account; I solely used my phone number for login. Despite sending my ID, Facebook keeps sending unhelpful links instead of understanding my plea to restore my account. What complicates matters is that I never registered an email to my account, as I solely used my phone number for login. Facebook now requires an email to communicate about the disabled account. Two days ago, while at home in bed, I tried to log back into my Facebook account. Even though I always log out, this time when I entered my information, it said I had entered a previous password. It instructed me to enter my current password, which I knew was correct as I hadn't changed it. Today, as I continue to try to log in, I keep receiving the same message. Seeking advice from friends, some suggested I may have been logging in and out too frequently or that I might have been blocked. Facebook claims I have been temporarily blocked, but I am unsure of the reason or how long the block will last. I always maintain appropriate behavior on Facebook. My Facebook email is [redacted]
