My name is J.M. I am a practicing Muslim. I received an Islamophobic text message and posted a screenshot on Facebook to speak out against racism and bigotry. Facebook suspended me for 30 days for violating Community Standards and "hate speech". The message I received is hate speech, but I don't understand why I was punished when my intent was to condemn racism. Could someone advise me on what to do?

My friend's account in Nigeria was suddenly changed from Victoria Funke to Rebecca James, which is not her real name. She mentioned it was hacked and she cannot access it anymore. Can you please investigate the account history from 4 to 5 years ago when it was under the name Victoria Funke? The hacker changed the name around 8 hours ago.

I was simultaneously logged into Chrome and Firefox. I typically play Texas Holdem poker on Chrome since the app does not function on Firefox. When prompted to enter a verification code sent to my phone number, I encountered difficulties with both of my numbers. Despite clearing the cache and waiting for an extended period, I continue to receive a message urging me to slow down due to potential excessive activity.

I have been hacked and can no longer access my account. I am worried about the safety of my children's photos that were saved there. I have created a new account but am unable to delete the hacked one. The system is requesting trusted contacts I never set up and has a strange email for recovery. When I indicate that I don't have access to any recovery options, it insists on trusted contacts which I never established. I desperately need help to secure my account and protect my kids' pictures from any potential harm.

I am a concerned mother of a 13-year-old boy. Recently, when I was invited to join a Messenger Kids page by a friend, I discovered that my criminal sister-in-law had set up an account claiming to be the parent of my son. Due to her criminal background and drug use, she is not allowed unsupervised contact with my son. She denied any involvement when confronted, but the account mysteriously disappeared the next day. I believe I have the right to know when the account was created, if any conversations took place, the date it was deleted, and who deleted it. As the legal parent and owner of my son's messenger account, I am worried about potential fraudulent use or harm, especially if it involved a predator. Do I need to involve law enforcement to investigate this situation promptly?

Upon realizing this, I promptly reverted it back, reported the hack, and changed my password. Throughout the day, I have faced ongoing issues as if someone was trying to access my account. About a month ago, I encountered an issue with the Messenger app that logged me out. I tried various ways to log back in using my password, phone number, and email without success. Hello, I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus from a person on Facebook with the ID "ch shani newaz" on October 15. I inquired several times if the phone was unlocked, and he assured me it was. I paid him $[redacted] in cash at the Santa Clara Caltrain Station. I sent the phone to my brother as a gift, but when he tried to use a new SIM card, it was locked. I reached out to the seller through Facebook Messenger, and despite keeping all our conversations as proof, he suggested I contact AT&T for unlocking the phone. Our business has been utilizing a Facebook page for company promotions. To enhance our advertising efforts, we aim to utilize Facebook Ads by linking it to a Business Manager account. Once we created the Business Manager account, we attempted to connect our Facebook page to it. However, upon adding the page, we encountered a notification stating it is pending confirmation. I got locked out of my account due to an issue with two-step verification. Despite getting emails from Facebook encouraging login attempts, I couldn't access my account as I'm abroad and lost my phone. My mother, Alma O., is locked out of her account. I tried assisting her with the code she received on her phone, but I am unable to add trusted contacts for her when she gets locked out again. This is not a scam or hack; we are from the Philippines, and she is not very tech-savvy. My nephew initially created her account, but unfortunately, he cannot recall the password. Over the weekend, I encountered a potential virus on Facebook messenger. After changing my password and enabling 2 factor authentication, I experienced heightened anxiety about the virus.
