I came across an advertisement from ibios.store on Facebook promoting an RC Airplane, which seemed impressive. However, upon ordering, I received a toy that cannot fly and appears to be a low-quality product found at a flea market. A friend had a similar experience a few weeks earlier. When I requested a refund after realizing it was a scam, they declined and sent the same inferior toy my friend received. After sending an email with a photo illustrating the discrepancy, they only offered a partial refund of 30%. This isn't the only misleading item I've purchased through Facebook ads. I am frustrated that Facebook seems to allow such false advertising on their platform without taking responsibility. Facebook should be accountable for the ads they permit as they indirectly endorse these misleading practices.

I organized a birthday fundraiser for Imagination Now that concluded on October 24, [redacted]. I am inquiring on behalf of Imagination Now about the $[redacted] in online donations received. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to set up payments for Imagination Now on its Facebook page, which is listed as a nonprofit. The specified links in the help center to do so are not visible in the menu options sidebar. Additionally, the responses I received mentioned that I had never set up a fundraiser or made a donation via Facebook, but these statements are inaccurate. I am seeking guidance on how the funds will be transferred and the expected timeline. Our EIN # is 46-[redacted]. I am willing to provide any necessary bank deposit information to facilitate the transfer. Thank you, Cheryl R. Founder/Executive Director [redacted] Imagine the best!

On 10/29/19, I shared a picture of my sleepy rabbit on my messenger story and also mentioned about finding the switch for my car's mini wipers on Facebook. Shortly after, upon trying to post again when I reached work, I discovered I was blocked from my account for 3 days without any prior notice or explanation. I believe this is a mistake on the part of the tech support team. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Facebook, I keep receiving the same automated email response, indicating there may not be a human resolving this issue. All I seek is to regain access to my account, as I feel unfairly blocked or compromised. I urgently need this matter resolved so I can redirect my focus to more productive tasks. Thank you.

I haven't installed any apps in a long time. However, a short while ago, I decided to update my Facebook app. Since then, my phone has been continually bombarded with popup ads, no matter what app I am using. Just to clarify, I was connected to a secure home network, not a public unsecured Wi-Fi network. As someone knowledgeable in IT, I changed my router passwords. I am puzzled as to why Facebook would include adware in their downloads. Isn't the revenue from users enough? It's concerning how Facebook displays ads related to my recent searches or website visits, indicating they monitor and access our phones without consent. Why include adware in the app though?

I recently logged out of all my devices, but when I tried to log back into Facebook, it asked for a generated code from another device I wasn't using. The next option was receiving a code via SMS on my phone. However, the codes I received didn't work. Despite requesting multiple codes, I kept getting the message that I had asked too many times and needed to wait. Now, two days have passed, and I still haven't received a working code. One message suggested replying "stop" if I didn't want more codes on that phone number, but clicking the link ended future code messages to that number. It seems like I accidentally blocked the code messages, leaving me unable to access my account. I'm unsure how to contact Facebook to resolve this issue and regain access to my account.

I received two emails from Facebook at 7 a.m., one indicating my account was accessed from an unknown device in London, despite being in Newcastle. Upon discovering this, my account was already deactivated. After submitting my ID and going through their review process, I was told my account violated their policies without specific details provided. Despite trying to prove I was hacked with evidence, they refuse to reinstate my account or engage further. This has resulted in the loss of access to Facebook, Instagram, and work-related contacts on my Page, hindering my professional progress. Contemplating legal action, I am uncertain about its efficacy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Maddy T.

Hello, I am reaching out again as I have not received any response from your team. I am confused as to why my account has been permanently blocked. I have always followed Facebook's terms and regulations. If there was any misconduct on my part, I believe a warning should have been issued beforehand, which I did not receive. This situation is unjust as I heavily rely on Facebook to stay connected with my business, family, friends, and loved ones across the globe. With the loss of family members this year, my memories with them are cherished on my Facebook profile through pictures and posts. I am deeply distressed by this issue and require a prompt resolution. Your actions have left me disappointed, as I am unaware of any violations I have committed. I am determined to have my account reinstated promptly. Sincerely, Lorna F.

I had a post removed on Facebook after engaging in banter with another user in the group. Surprisingly, both the other person and I were blocked. I'm curious as to why this happened since we were just playfully teasing each other. It seems unfair that we were both targeted. It's disheartening to see such generalizations about black men being made. We should all strive to be respectful and avoid derogatory statements. It's important to promote understanding and kindness in our interactions online. Let's all work towards creating a more positive and inclusive environment for everyone.

Hello, I am having trouble regaining access to my Facebook account. On Monday, I received a notification on my phone stating that my account couldn't be authenticated, and I was logged out. When I tried to enter my password, it said it had been changed 18 hours ago, which I did not do. Microsoft suggested that the email address linked to my account may have been compromised and passed on to someone else, preventing me from accessing my account. I can't log into the email associated with my Facebook for the verification code to reset my password. I really hope for assistance to recover my account as Facebook is the only way I can contact my family and friends.

I am having trouble logging into Facebook on my mobile phone. It seems like there was an unauthorized attempt to access my account, which was actually me trying to sign in on my new phone. Despite verifying my identity with a code and a picture, I am still unable to access Facebook on my phone. I was able to log in on my laptop, but it is crucial for me to access my account on my phone quickly as I need to inform friends about a recent passing. Please assist me promptly in resolving this issue. You can reach me on my cell phone, which is associated with Verizon and my Facebook account. This situation is distressing for me, and I would greatly appreciate your urgent help. Thank you.

My Facebook account got hacked last Monday. I was only using it in the morning, then after I woke up from a nap, I tried to log in again but found out I had been logged out of Facebook and Messenger. When I tried to log in, it said I was using an old password, mentioning that I changed it four hours ago. I attempted to recover my account following Facebook's steps but noticed that everything had been changed - my email and phone number were different. I even created a new account to try to reach out using Messenger, but I got blocked. I posted through the new account to report the hacking issue. Many of my friends have reported strange activities on my account, and it's worrisome that the hacker might be using it for scams or other malicious activities. I'm really anxious and eager to secure my account again, so please help me regain access.

I recently made a purchase of boots on Facebook, but instead of receiving one pair, I received two and was billed for both. None of the pairs were the correct size, and there was no contact information provided on the package except for it coming from China. My credit card company advised me to reach out to you to help locate the merchant. I don't want any additional boots sent to me. The bill on my credit card shows charges on 10/02 and 10/11 for $39.95, under the name SP*FULLINO HELMOND. Could you please confirm if this merchant is legitimate? My name is Vickie N., and I reside at [redacted]-24th Ave., Kenosha, Wisconsin [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted]. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have two accounts. I created a new one about 6 months ago as I couldn't receive the reset code for my initial account. However, I've been locked out for several months since the associated phone number is wrong and there's no email for a reset code. I would like to regain access to both accounts. I can provide a picture of my driver's license and any other required verification. The accounts are under Becca Rae Baker Messer and BecRae Baker Messer. Thank you.

While Facebook has been a useful platform for keeping in touch with loved ones, I am now hesitant to endorse a company that benefits from misleading advertisements. This isn't solely about free speech but concerns profitability. One instance of election interference is one too many. Unless Facebook aligns with the actions Twitter has recently taken, I am considering deleting my account.

As a blogger named Akinola, I operate the website money247.com.ng. Recently, I encountered an issue with Facebook where all posts from my domain were deleted from my page 'letgoonline.' Despite creating a new page named 'money24712,' I have been restricted from sharing any content related to my site on Facebook, including Instagram. I believe this action was taken because Facebook may have mistaken my site for spam. I want to clarify that money247.com.ng is a legitimate source for money-related news, success stories, online and offline money-making tips, celebrities' net worth, financial advice, and discourages illegal activities. The website does not engage in scams or request money from visitors; it solely focuses on news and articles. I kindly request Facebook to review my site to verify its authenticity and remove any misconceptions. I am eager to continue using Facebook to share valuable content with my followers and maintain a positive relationship with the platform. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

I am having trouble accessing my account because I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. Hello. I recently lost my mother, and I had to log out of her Facebook account because her husband kept accessing it. Despite the ongoing divorce between my mother and her husband, he reached out to Facebook, and they granted him access to her account. I, as her daughter, find this unacceptable. My mother's name on Facebook is Vera Wright, and the previous email associated with the account was [redacted] The initial password was MashBurn64, which I changed to EmilyHazelWofford3232$$ after her passing. Unfortunately, her husband now has control of the account, and I am unable to log him out. I kindly request that the account be deleted or that the necessary information be provided to me. There is no valid reason for him to be using her account.

I have been harassed repeatedly by a group from Nigeria. They contacted me through various social media platforms using different profiles each time, asking for personal information and passwords related to my job. Despite my efforts to block them on multiple platforms, they continue to persist. I have saved some of the conversations on WhatsApp and reported a few instances. The latest attempt claimed to be from Facebook, requesting my password due to suspicious activity, but their communication was unprofessional. I reported them but kept the conversation for records. I hope we can collectively work to eliminate these scammers. Thank you for your help, and have a good day.

Earlier this year, my Facebook account got hacked, which is why I set up two-factor authentication. Today at work, I got logged out of Facebook, and when I tried to log back in, it required a code that it didn't send to me. I only use my phone as a known browser, so I'm unable to access the code. Facebook mentioned they would text it, but I never received it. I just want to regain access to my account. Can someone advise on what steps I should take?
