On Monday morning, October 28, [redacted], I discovered I couldn't access my Facebook account. Upon attempting to reset my password, I noticed my email address had been altered and my phone number wasn't functioning. This issue stemmed from a call I received on Sunday, October 27, [redacted], at 5:28 pm from someone claiming to be part of a WhatsApp group I'm in. They mentioned an online meeting at 6 pm requiring a code. Despite my busy state, I shared my code without verifying. When they later asked for my WhatsApp verification code for a supposed meeting, I declined, realizing it was a scam. Unfortunately, I inadvertently gave them my Facebook password reset code and security code instead. Despite my efforts, I can't regain access as they've tampered with my email. Since October 19th, I have been attempting to regain access to my Facebook account. However, every time I try to log in, it tells me my password is incorrect, even though it's the same one I have always used. I followed the password recovery steps by requesting a code to my phone number, which I entered correctly, but then I was prompted to enter a new email address. After receiving a confirmation code in an email, I couldn't find where to input it. My concern is losing access to precious family photos and memories stored on my account. Despite the system indicating a password change, I assure you that I never altered it. I am desperate to regain entry to my account; the repeated temporary lockouts have been very frustrating.

I was contacted by a Facebook friend mentioning an opportunity to offer financial support to those in need. I reached out to a group called Amazon Investment as instructed. They requested my Facebook password to verify my identity by checking my recent posts. After providing this, I was approved for assistance but required to pay a $65 fee to proceed. My Facebook account was hacked two days ago. The hacker changed my email, deleted my phone number, and I'm unable to log in. I was using my Facebook app when I received a notification about a login from an unfamiliar device. This morning, I received an email about a password change request at 3:02 am while I was asleep. I realized it wasn't me and found out my Facebook account was disabled. Despite reaching out to Facebook, they mentioned a permanent loss of my account for not following their terms. I explained the situation, emphasizing that my account was targeted by hackers. The lack of help from Facebook is frustrating as I have lost access to my business page, causing financial implications. Moreover, the loss of irreplaceable photos and messages, including those from my late Nan, adds to the distress. Despite my efforts to explain, Facebook insists on the permanent deactivation of my account without any resolve. For the past two months, my account is in a different language. I checked the settings, and the UK English setting is correct. I do not understand this language. Here is a message that keeps appearing:

On October 6th, my account (N.C.) was hacked. Despite restoring my password, on October 8th, I received a notification that someone had changed my password and primary email. Attempts to secure my account failed due to a delay, losing access to it. There was a mention of a specific IP address trying to access my account.
Creating a temporary account, I secured it, but later, when trying to sign out, I received an alert that someone tried to access it, mistakenly confirming it was me. Now, I cannot logout as the second account is compromised.
My concern is as an admin of a 5-star hotel, the hacker could target my business page through my personal account. I’ve tried contacting Facebook without success after submitting my ID.
I urgently need access to both accounts to secure them, especially with a pending campaign in November that requires retrieving information linked to a credit card.
Appreciate any assistance.

My Facebook and Instagram accounts have been disabled. I recently noticed someone from a different country tried to access my Instagram account, which I reported. Later, I had a friend request accepted that I did not send, so I blocked it. When I tried to log back in that night, both accounts were disabled, citing a violation of terms resulting in permanent loss. I have valuable content on there that I don't have backed up elsewhere. I feel violated and frustrated because there's no one available to help me. I need my case to be reviewed by a human, not just by an automated system.

My name is Shawn L. Blumenfeld, and I have been banned for using the term "white trash" towards someone who scammed me out of $16,[redacted]. His name is Chris Hann, and he often solicits money through live videos. I have reported him to the police and district attorney. I tried to complain multiple times but this is the first time I feel heard. Facebook is crucial for me to connect with others. I assisted Chris Hann with good intentions, buying him a car thinking he would work, which he never did. After refusing him more money, he accused me of the ban-worthy insult. I plea for my ban to be lifted to raise awareness about his fraudulent activities. I regret being deceived and wish to prevent others from falling victim to Mr. Hann. My Facebook account has been compromised. There is a post made by someone else after gaining unauthorized access to my account. I have tried to secure it by setting up two-factor authentication. Unfortunately, I am locked out now and struggling to verify my identity.
The options provided to confirm my identity are not working smoothly. It suggests verifying from a different computer, reaching out to Facebook friends for security codes, or identifying recent posts. I suspect the hacker may be manipulating the last option to prevent me from regaining access.

I am encountering difficulties logging into my Facebook account from a different device. Despite being away for a year, someone has managed to access my account from their device. My Instagram and Facebook accounts have been disabled due to a single post, in my opinion. I submitted it for review as an ad related to my music, a £30 ad for a 6-day period running for 2-6 hours. I find it unfair that my account was deactivated without explanation regarding my active promotion. They haven't removed or approved my promotion despite the situation. I greatly value my accounts for modeling and security work, as I need them for my career. I have been using Instagram for years without encountering this issue before. If certain content needs to be removed, I am willing to do so, but losing my accounts would lead to conflicts with my modeling agency and affect my work and photos. I have been using the Facebook Messenger app without a Facebook account. It was working perfectly until this morning when I got logged out. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I use the app on my phone and had set a four-digit passcode. However, when I tried entering the passcode recently, it was saying it's incorrect. I removed the passcode and tried to log in, but now it's asking for a password I changed 4 or 5 months ago when I got a new iPhone. I can't remember changing it. I'm not sure which email I used to sign up back in [redacted], and when I attempt to reset the password, it seems like it's sending information to an email I can't access. The account search by my mobile number is not working, possibly because my account is set to private. I have precious pictures of my daughter on this account and really need help. My name was listed as Rachel Frazier but changed it to Rachel Weldon with a profile picture of me and my daughter from August. My email still contains Frazier.
