I defended the truth about Israel by providing factual accounts to dispute false accusations made by someone. I referred to those who murder young Jewish boys as barbarians, specifically stating "the Arab barbarians that murder Jewish boys." The individuals who commit these acts in the West Bank are Arab, and I questioned if this language was against community standards. I don't believe I violated any guidelines as I was condemning the actions of murderers, not attacking the person I was debating. I feel the consequence was appropriate for the situation. Can you please reverse this decision and reactivate my account activity? Thank you.

I'm having an issue with my marketplace posting. When I post on marketplace, I have the choice to post to at least 10 other buy sell sites. Initially, I joined multiple local buy sell groups on Facebook to maximize the visibility of my items for sale. At first, I could select from various groups for additional posts, usually opting for ones with more members or ones specific to my item. However, now when I post on marketplace, the list of additional buy sell sites I can choose from is shorter than the actual sites I'm part of. I'm unsure how to access my complete list of buy sell sites for additional postings, limiting my ability to reach more potential buyers. When I use marketplace to post and select additional buy sell sites, I'm unable to fully optimize my item's exposure. Any assistance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Hello, my Instagram account @zuccccccccccc, along with over [redacted] others, was banned a few months ago without warning. I am trying to appeal this decision as I believe my account did not violate the terms of service. If I did, I apologize. My account was very important to me; it was the reason I woke up every morning. I dedicated a lot of time and effort to it, and it had even reached over 1 million followers. I received numerous messages from people expressing how my account helped them during tough times or reduced their stress. It was fulfilling to know I could positively impact others worldwide through my phone. Without it, I feel lost and unsure of how to spend my day. I miss the joy of bringing happiness to people. I kindly request a re-evaluation of my account to determine if the ban was justified. Even just an email response would mean a lot to me. I have been trying for months but have yet to receive a reply. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to hear from you soon.

I encountered fraudulent advertisements on Facebook. I purchased 5 carports from an ad and was charged $[redacted]. After reaching out to the provided contacts via phone and email, I have not received any response. This situation is troubling, especially since I am on a fixed income. Yesterday afternoon, I attempted to use my Facebook app but was prompted to log in again due to an expired session. After doing so, I was greeted with a message stating that my account had been disabled, impacting my access to Instagram and Messenger as well. Despite filling out the appeal form and submitting my photo ID, the email response I received stated that I am not eligible to use Facebook without providing a specific reason for this decision, citing safety and security concerns. My posts have always been family-oriented, mainly featuring pictures of myself and my children, with nothing inappropriate or offensive to my knowledge. This situation has left me feeling disappointed as I am now unable to access and cherish numerous memories with my loved ones on the platform.

I have made several attempts to reach out for help. Both my debit cards and Facebook account were hacked, resulting in financial losses and a complete takeover of my account with new email and password details. The hacker is now uploading photos from when I was a minor. I am willing to provide identification, past login locations, answer security questions, list names from my friends, former workplace, date of birth, and more to verify my identity. I urgently need access to my account, especially as my grandmother is unwell, and Facebook is my only means to update others. The hacker changed the account email from [redacted] to an unknown one. Hello Team, My name is Rajiv Gandhi D, and my Facebook account has been hacked by someone. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account as it is requesting a 6-digit code that I am not receiving through my phone or email. I have already recovered my Gmail account, but Facebook is still inaccessible. When attempting to request a text message with the code, I receive an error stating that there have been too many requests. Dear Facebook Marketplace Admin, I recently purchased a car listed on Facebook Marketplace. After agreeing on a price, I picked up the car. However, I inadvertently transferred an excess amount to the seller who now refuses to acknowledge the mistake. The seller has also removed the marketplace ad. I am aware of the buyer and seller responsibilities, and I am considering pursuing this matter in small claims court to recover the overpayment. To do so, I require a copy of the original ad with the agreed-upon price as evidence. Thank you.

My Facebook account has been hacked by someone named Tracy Marie Adams Lightner. She created a fake profile under the name Kelly Lightner, even though I go by Ashley Lightner. Tracy has been posting false comments and spreading lies, including sharing my mugshot with fake charges added. She's even contacted my landlord, falsely accusing me of things I didn't do. This is all happening because my brother Gary is divorcing her. Tracy is targeting his family, including me and his daughter, with vicious lies online. I'm concerned this could impact my job and home. There's also someone named Sofia Night commenting on Tracy's behalf. I'm not sure if it's Tracy using a different name or a friend. This situation is escalating, and I need help to stop Tracy from slandering me and hacking my posts.

I am experiencing issues with posting comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite for the third time. Although this problem has been resolved before, it keeps happening frequently now. Despite reaching out multiple times to the help center, the issue persists, and I am still unable to comment. Facebook has been a part of my life for over 4 years, and I find it a fantastic platform to express my thoughts. On October 6th, [redacted], I tried to access my Facebook account via the app but found myself logged out. After changing my password multiple times due to unauthorized logins, none of my passwords worked. Despite submitting my ID and receiving a response indicating the issue was solved, it persists as of October 29, [redacted]. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and I have re-uploaded my ID numerous times with no progress. Unable to access the associated hacked email, using my phone number for a reset seems like a simple solution. The delay of almost a month in resolving this matter is unacceptable, especially considering the importance of my Facebook account for work purposes. If not for work, I would have created a new account by now.

My son's Facebook profile was memorialized by Victoria Bradshall without our consent. When I access my son's account from his phone, it redirects me to her account. Victoria has several Facebook accounts and has been previously banned for inappropriate content. She somehow gained access to my son's account. Yesterday, I changed my password, but today when I tried to log in, I couldn't receive a code to reset the password via email or phone. When I contacted customer service, I was informed my number had been compromised from Chicago. Shortly after, I got a call from Illinois, which I didn't answer. The representative advised me to buy a Google Play card to resolve the issue, which seemed suspicious. The call got disconnected but was reconnected from a California number [redacted]. The Illinois number was [redacted]. I need help accessing my account, changing my password, and updating security questions, but I can't do it through text or email. I prefer a phone call and would appreciate it if Facebook contacts me since my number has been compromised. My Facebook page was blocked due to a terms of service violation, which has disrupted my support network. As someone on the autistic spectrum, I relied on this platform to connect with friends and family who understood my situation. I followed all the rules, had permissions in place, and contributed positively to various groups. Facebook's actions feel excessive and unjust, targeting law-abiding users instead of enhancing community safety. Policing the platform is essential, but singling out and ostracizing individuals for past mistakes is not the solution. Facebook's approach seems more like an abuse of power than a genuine security measure. It is disappointing to see them alienate users instead of fostering inclusivity and understanding.

Various individuals have been posting, messaging, and calling under my name. I urgently request to deactivate all my Facebook accounts and seek assistance within 24 hours or sooner to address this serious legal issue. I encountered a Facebook issue about two months ago when asked to log in on my phone. For got my password, so I tried the password recovery option only to realize the email linked to my account was outdated. I ended up unintentionally creating a new account by entering my cell phone number and resetting the password. I prefer to access my original account with 10 years' worth of photos and memories rather than start anew. While my husband can see my old account, I can only find the new one on the app. My last post was on September 6, mentioning a family trip to see the movie “It.” I am seeking assistance to update my email address and regain access to my existing account.

I haven't been able to access my Facebook account for nearly 48 hours. I had been automatically logged in for months and when I logged out, I couldn't remember my password. I've tried to reset it, but the only option available is to find my account (which I know the name of). I submitted my ID to Facebook on Sunday, but they haven't resolved the issue yet. It shouldn't take this long for them to confirm my identity and provide me with a new password, or at least notify me via text or email.

I recently discovered that my deceased father's Facebook page has been memorialized without our knowledge. Multiple individuals have reached out to me reporting that invitations were sent from my father's name. Upon investigation, his original Facebook page appears to be missing. Various individuals have mentioned accepting friend requests from accounts claiming to be my father, such as Dan Mulholland/Daniel B. Mulholland/Daniel Mulholland located in PA and Florida. These accounts mention having a wife, Donna Mulholland, and a son, Scott Mulholland. I urgently need to address two issues with Facebook: 1) The immediate closure of the false account of my deceased father to prevent any unauthorized interactions with friends and potential identity fraud. 2) The memorialization of his official account to prevent further identity fraud, with the possibility of me managing the account as his son. Concerns are rising amongst our friends and family due to these suspicious activities. I request guidance on how to reach Facebook promptly, as identity theft may be taking place.

I purchased a new phone over a week ago and reset my old phone, erasing everything before trying to log into Facebook on the new device. Unfortunately, I forgot my password. I attempted to use the trusted contacts feature but received an error message of misusing the feature. After waiting for 4 days, I found my most recent password in my email and tried it, but got stuck in the process of selecting an email/phone number to gain access. I received a confirmation code on my new email but couldn't log on to confirm it. Repeated attempts with the trusted contacts feature still failed. I've been trying for days without success. Accessing my 15-year-old Facebook account has been quite challenging.
