In November [redacted], Facebook announced that Canadians can fundraise on the platform. However, I came across conflicting information on Facebook regarding fundraising for charities in Canada and Australia. Charities in Canada and Australia are unable to set up a donation account through Facebook Payments. Instead, these charities can collect donations on Facebook using PayPal Giving Fund. To enroll, you can find more information here. It seems unclear whether nonprofit organizations in Canada like mine, Project Abraham, are able to set up a donate button on Facebook. Could someone clarify this for me?

I feel that Facebook once again unfairly blocked my account. There have been instances when I received warnings for scrolling or posting too quickly and threatened with a ban if I don't slow down. Today, my account was blocked allegedly for using it in ways unintended (such as engaging in political discussions?), even though I have been using it the same way for years. APPLE has informed me that there is no rule against scrolling or posting rapidly and advised me to question the block. If my account is under scrutiny, perhaps the issue lies with the monitor, not my activity. It might be helpful to assign a different monitor to resolve this. I kindly request the prompt unblocking of my account or a clear explanation for the current block. Thank you.

Facebook urgently requires a customer service representative. In early October, I was locked out of my original Facebook account and unable to regain access. Subsequently, I created a new account, only to receive threatening messages from strangers accusing my old account of selling fake items on the marketplace. Despite never selling such products, individuals claimed I sold them for amounts ranging from $[redacted] to $[redacted]. After speaking with these individuals and explaining the situation, I reported my old account to Facebook for removal, which they seemingly did. However, this Sunday, my new account locked me out and displayed a 6-digit code on the screen that I can't seem to receive or bypass. I urgently need assistance in accessing my Facebook account, as these attacks are tarnishing my reputation and making me feel like I need legal counsel.

I recently became Facebook friends with Silke Vesterager Jespersen, who is the late Louisa Vesterager Jespersen's sister. Silke announced her decision to leave Facebook today, possibly due to harassment related to her sister's tragic murder by Isis sympathizers in December [redacted]. Her Facebook page has been hacked by someone named Carlos Victor, who posted gruesome photos. I urge for an investigation into the page and removal of the graphic content. It's essential to identify and address the individual responsible for these distressing actions. My heart goes out to both families. Sincerely, Lori Ann Martindale.

Hello, I posted my house ad on Facebook Marketplace and paid to have it boosted. However, there are two significant issues: 1) The ad states 2 Beds, 0 baths, but my house actually has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. 2) Searching the address on Marketplace yields "No listings found for [redacted] Richland Ave. Baton Rouge within 40 miles," which is incorrect as that is my current location. I tried calling customer service but only reached an automated system that redirected me back to the unhelpful online help center. I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance for these problems. Thank you.Karen S.

I recently advertised my house on Facebook Marketplace and paid to boost it. However, there are two major issues: 1) The listing shows the house as having 2 beds and 0 baths, while it actually has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. 2) When searching for my address on Marketplace, it says it can't find any listings within 40 miles of my location, which is incorrect as it is my current address. I attempted to contact customer service but only encountered an automated system that directed me back to the online help center, which did not address my concerns. I have reached out to the provided email addresses, but one bounced back due to a full mailbox and the other was no longer available.

I serve as the Legacy contact on Facebook for Doug Bowling, who passed away on June 18, [redacted]. I have maintained his page for friends and family to share pictures and memories of him. Recently, Traci Lynn has been misusing his profile to post harmful content. After being informed by one of Doug’s friends, I have adjusted the settings to Legacy view only. I have unfriended and blocked Traci Lynn to prevent further incidents. However, she persists in posting inappropriately. I now wish to completely close Doug Bowling's page to honor his memory appropriately. His email was [redacted] I believe that social media platforms should not be misused for defamation. Traci Lynn’s actions are tarnishing the reputation of Facebook and are utterly disrespectful. I am Gerry Darling, and I kindly request the closure of the Facebook page for my beloved partner of 12 years. Let us remember him with respect and love. Thank you, Gerry Darling.

My Facebook account has been mistakenly disabled. I have been using it since [redacted] under the name Prince Okey Emezu. In [redacted], my account was suspended, and after submitting my identity, Facebook requested that I remove "Prince" from my name. Despite resubmitting my identity, my account has been disabled again. I believe this is due to not removing "Prince" as requested. I have submitted my ID again, willing to provide more documents if needed. The email linked to the account [redacted] is inaccessible, but I have access to [redacted] I suspect activation messages are being sent to the unavailable email. I have also linked my number [redacted] to the account. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a Facebook account associated with the email [redacted] and my old phone number [redacted]. Recently, I changed my phone and now use the number [redacted]. I forgot my Facebook password and tried to reset it using my email. However, the app requires me to authenticate via a code sent to my old number, which I no longer have. In frustration, I created two more accounts with [redacted] and [redacted], but they got disabled for unknown reasons. Now, I want to delete those new accounts and regain access to my original one. Can I receive the login code on my new number [redacted]? I have already submitted my TX driver's license through the web support page to verify my identity. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you, Adriana Zertuche Ramos.

Hello Facebook/Instagram Support, I need assistance regarding an impersonation issue that has led to the disabling of my account. Despite submitting the required forms with my ID pictures multiple times, there has been no response after three days. The imposter's account is still active. I have used Instagram for over 7 years without facing such problems. It is concerning that a newer account could impact mine in this way. The imposter has taken my content, yet I have been incorrectly labeled as the impersonator. I believe a thorough review, including post dates and account history, should be conducted in these cases. My Instagram handle is tokyokilljoy (instagram.com/tokyokilljoy), and the impersonator is layla2badd_ (instagram.com/layla2badd_). I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Ephraim Klestzick, but on Facebook I go by Effie Klestzick. Approximately two weeks ago, my account was hacked by someone who tricked me under the pretense of selling me a ticket to a music concert. I unknowingly shared my Facebook password with them, thinking it was necessary to receive the ticket. Consequently, the hacker changed the email linked to my account along with the phone number associated with it. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times, I have yet to receive a response. Consequently, I created a new account using the same name and began reconnecting with my old friends. Unfortunately, it seems my new account has been disabled, likely due to suspicions of being a scam account. Consequently, I am currently unable to access either my old or new account. I would greatly appreciate any assistance as I have been struggling to resolve this issue on my own. Thank you for your help.

My old email address associated with my Facebook account was deleted by Hotmail due to inactivity. Despite still being able to log in to Facebook using this email, someone exploited a loophole to hack into my account by recreating the same email address. The hacker then violated Facebook's terms by sharing inappropriate content, leading to my account being disabled. I'm attempting to appeal the decision on Facebook, but all communication from them is being sent to the compromised email address. Microsoft has been unable to assist me in resolving this issue. This situation is especially problematic as my business relies on Facebook for operations, which are now inaccessible due to the hack. Your assistance in this matter is immensely appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my account is under review. This happened yesterday as well, and I am still unable to get back in today. I primarily use my iPhone 10x with either Google or Safari browsers. I initially created the account using Safari and set up two-step verification. My real name on Facebook is Nicole Koliopoulos, and I have a profile picture with my baby. I am located in London currently, but my account shows random locations. I am uncertain why this is happening. I have a learning disability, making it challenging to contact Facebook through the usual channels. Please guide me on how to regain access to my account. Thank you, Nicole Koliopoulos.

I've been locked out of my Facebook account since yesterday. Facebook is currently reviewing my request after I accidentally deleted my profile photo while trying to upload a new one with my daughter. I am unsure if Facebook needs to confirm this change before I can access my account again. My recommendation to Facebook is to please communicate via email about the decision regarding my account access. I am the original account creator, noting Manchester as the most recent location on October 23rd. I have always used two-step verification on my iPhone, which is my only device for accessing my account. This sudden issue arose yesterday with a message preventing me from logging in, and the same issue persists today. Unable to contact Facebook for assistance due to being locked out of my account, I am seeking clarity on the reason for this action and how long I may have to wait for resolution. I would appreciate it if my photo could be verified promptly to allow access again; if not, I kindly request an explanation. A timeframe for resolution would greatly help with my situation. Thank you, Nicole K.

My mother-in-law has had a Facebook account for over a decade. She has a significant amount of photos on her account, including images of her late mother who passed away a year ago on October 25th. Her Facebook account was unexpectedly removed, and after checking her emails we discovered that it was due to some content deemed inappropriate. Despite our efforts, we are unable to access the specific content causing the issue. Consequently, she created new accounts using the same and then a different email address, only to have each of them disabled shortly after. This situation began shortly before the anniversary of her mother's passing, preventing her from accessing cherished images. The repeated removals have caused confusion and distress. I am seeking clarification on why this is happening as she does not engage in any harmful behavior on the platform. The sequence of events is puzzling, and it feels unjust towards her. I sincerely request assistance in resolving this matter and understanding the reasons behind these actions. Thank you.

I previously used Facebook by logging in with my email address and password, but recently I noticed a new feature where I could access my account by clicking on my profile picture. However, after forgetting my password and switching phones, I can no longer access my account using my email and password. I even tried using the "forgot password" option with no success. I attempted to log in using my name, but it hasn't worked. I'm seeking assistance from Facebook to regain access to my account.

I have been disabled on Facebook without any identifiable reason. Even after setting up a new account, it was disabled as well. I am frustrated by the lack of communication with Facebook as I cannot access my accounts to report the issue. I previously reached out to GetHuman for help, but the issue remains unresolved. I am reaching out again to seek assistance. I assure you that I have not violated any Facebook rules and I am cautious about my social media usage due to my professional obligations. The sudden disablement has caused me to lose contact with family and friends abroad, and I am eager to resolve this situation.

I am currently traveling when Facebook unexpectedly blocked me from posting for 7 days due to a comment I made. I expressed my disagreement as I commented on a video where someone was insulted and physically assaulted, but I was blocked for stating my opinion. I feel singled out considering the content I see on the platform daily that goes unpunished. The 7-day block feels excessive, especially when considering the violent content that is often left untouched. I am not endorsing violence, but I am being penalized for a minor comment while bigger issues seem to go unnoticed. This censorship feels like an attack on my freedom of speech, especially when contrasted with the leniency shown towards more severe content. I urge Facebook to reconsider this decision and lift the block sooner as I rely on the platform to update my loved ones during my travels. This restriction is truly unjust and unreasonable. - C.

I am Katherine Thompson, and my email is [redacted] I've been encountering an issue with a picture of KathyTaylor appearing when I try to reset my password on Facebook. Despite providing my passport and driver's license to Facebook's team to verify my identity, they insist the picture isn't of me. My Facebook account displays a photo of me and my husband as the profile picture. It seems this KathyTaylor individual is somehow linked to my email, which has a mix of upper and lower case letters. I am unsure how to resolve this situation.
