I tried a link sent by a friend on Facebook, but it was unsuccessful. I only had one friend on that account. Despite this, when I search for my name on Google, the account still shows up, indicating it still exists. On August 24, [redacted], I decided to wipe my Facebook account clean to start afresh. The process indicated that it would take 30 days, scheduled to be completed by September 24. During that period, I was abroad. Currently, when I check on Facebook using my iPhone, I see a profile picture of me and another account with my name but no picture. On my iPad, there is no profile picture, only my first name displayed. I am unsure how to remove or rectify these discrepancies.

I am attempting to access my Facebook account. I accidentally triggered the option saying it wasn't me logging in, after resetting my password. Now, I am unable to log in without verifying my identity. Although my email remains the same, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account. Unfortunately, many of my Facebook contacts are known by nicknames, making it challenging to verify them. Also, using a different device to log in is not feasible as I usually only do so on my fiancé's phone. I am inquiring if there are alternative methods available to verify my identity. Facebook has completely blocked me out, including Messenger. They are requesting a photo of my ID, but even after submitting one with my address and driver's license number blocked out, they are still insisting on the full ID. My friends have informed me that my account now appears as black. I reported several instances where individuals posed as government grant representatives on Messenger. Upon realizing my friends never received any money, I reported these incidents together. Shortly after, my account was blocked. I am unsure if it's the grant-related individuals causing this issue rather than Facebook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

They claimed to have resolved hacking and security issues on my FB account and computer, mentioning that entities from Germany, Russia, and the US had accessed my identity. I was charged for technical service and provided with antivirus, malware protection, and security for all my devices for two years. My account got hacked, and the password was changed. I can't access the email linked to the account. I've gone through the steps to recover my Facebook, including submitting my ID. After submitting my ID, Facebook sent me an email stating the issue was resolved, but it wasn't. I replied to that email, but received no response. I need to follow a different process to demonstrate ownership of the account for it to be unlocked.

Facebook has reportedly been displaying misleading Trump ads about Biden. The platform has been accused of influencing elections in the past, and now, it appears they are at it again this time around. Zuckerberg has made changes exempting political candidates from fact-checking, which many find unethical and dishonest. Given Facebook's vast reach and influence, it should be held accountable to the public, their interests, and national security. It's concerning that such misinformation can be promoted to such wide audiences. The least we can expect from Facebook is fairness and honesty.

As a teacher, when I created my account years ago, I used a pseudonym to shield it from students. Recently, Facebook disabled my account and requested identification. I submitted various forms of ID which don't correspond to the name on the account. I attached my driver's license with a photo matching images on the account.
